Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the effect of work commitment, work compenstation on the performance of air traffic controller with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the AirNav Indonesia, Palembang. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal study design. Data collection through questionnaires and analyzed using multivariate-Structural Equation Model analysis. The researcher employed job satisfaction as an intermediary variable to investigate the impact of commitment and compensation on ATC performance in this study. The data analysis revealed that ATC performance is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction and commitment, while compensation does not have a significant direct impact on ATC performance. Additionally, the data analysis results demonstrated that compensation has a substantial and beneficial effect on job satisfaction, which in turn indirectly influences ATC performance. As a result, it is feasible to conclude that compensation and commitment are indispensable variables that significantly impact ATC performance, both directly and indirectly, via employment satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines how workload and organizational communication impact work engagement among air traffic controllers at AirNav Indonesia, Palembang, with interpersonal conflict as an intervening variable. Using a causal quantitative design with a structural equation model, findings show that a high workload negatively affects work engagement through increased interpersonal conflict. In contrast, effective organizational communication enhances work engagement and reduces conflict. Thus, while workload diminishes engagement through conflict, good communication boosts engagement and minimizes conflicts among air traffic controllers.

Abstract

Indomethacin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is most often used to treat inflammation and pain due to rheumatic diseases. Forced degradation is carried out to save time in carrying out contamination analysis on pharmaceutical preparations. Forced degradation is carried out by providing extreme exposure conditions. The aim of this research is to determine whether indomethacin is stable under various degradation conditions such as acid, base, oxidation, photolysis and temperature. The HPLC method is the main choice because it can simultaneously separate compounds, identify compounds and measure concentrations. The mobile phase used was formic acid: acetonitrile (55:45), C18 column with a flow rate of 1.5 ml/minute and a wavelength of 240 nm. The results of this research show that the validation of Indomethacin meets the validation requirements which include selectivity, linearity, precision, accuracy, LOD, LOQ, and resilience. Indomethacin stability tests under acidic, alkaline, oxidation, photolysis and temperature conditions found that Indomethacin was unstable under all conditions.
