Abstract

Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the succes of an organization. In simple terms, administration is a process that includes planning, organizing, controling, and supervising various activities to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze employee training administration at PT INKA (Persero). The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result show that the administration of employee training at PT INKA (Persero) still faces challenges, mainly due to the lack of awareness among some employees, about the importance of organiizng training document properly. Moreover, imporevemnts are needed in the areas of record-keeping, documentation, and traininf data management to ensure a more systmatic and structured approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, price, and halal labels in the purchase decision of wardah cosmetic products in Kudus City. Wardah cosmetic products that always occupy the top brands in Indonesia show that many use this product. So that many consumers already believe in Wardah cosmetic products. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to all people in the holy city with a sample of 125 respondents. And the data was calculated using SPSS version 20. Where the brand image is (X1), price (X2), halal label (X3) and purchase decision (Y). And this study aims to show whether brand image has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products, whether price has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products, and whether halal labels have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction based on work-life balance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. This research employs a qualitative method, involving seven permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro as the research subjects. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analiysis follows the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, comprisisng data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The redults indicate that employee job satisfaction, as viewed from the perspective of work life balance, falls into a satisfying catefory. Work life balance plays a role in enhancing employee job satisfaction. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on how work life balance can implove job satisfacation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of BAKTI BCA as a strategic initiative in strengthening external stakeholder engagement and corporate sustainability at PT Bank Central Asia (BCA). The research focuses on how structured corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices can be integrated into strategic management to support long-term legitimacy and organizational resilience. Adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method. The primary sources of data include the 2024 BCA Sustainability Report, peer-reviewed academic journal articles, and information from the official website of PT Bank Central Asia. Data were collected through document analysis and examined using interpretive and thematic techniques, guided by theoretical frameworks on strategic management, stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. Finds that BAKTI BCA functions as a strategic platform that links corporate vision with external sustainability goals. With programs in education, economy, health, culture, and environment, BAKTI BCA demonstrates how corporations can move beyond symbolic CSR and create measurable impact. It contributes significantly to stakeholder trust, strengthens BCA’s ESG standing, and aligns corporate operations with national sustainable development goals. The integration of CSR as a longterm strategy enhances institutional reputation and supports social and environmental value creation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the technical efficiency of herbal product sales at PT X, Sleman branch, with a focus on determining the most efficient input and output variables. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to measure efficiency. Several input variables are assessed, including the number of active employees, basic salary, allowances, and bonuses, while the output variable considered is the total amount of herbal product sales. The results, obtained through efficiency measurement using the WinDEAP software, reveal that 50% of the Decision-Making Units (DMUs) are inefficient. Specifically, DMU 1, DMU 3, DMU 4, DMU 5, and DMU 6 fail to achieve optimal efficiency levels. To address this, recommendations for improvement are provided by referring to the efficient DMUs. These recommendations involve tailored input and output adjustments aimed at optimizing sales. Efficiency can be realized if each employee earns a salary of Rp 4,109,733.00 while achieving a minimum sales target of 146 herbal products. Following these recommendations, an assessment of employee performance is conducted. The findings indicate that 30% of marketing employees demonstrate efficient sales performance, whereas 70% still struggle to reach efficiency targets, necessitating further adjustments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-control, cyberloafing and emotional exhaustion on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. This study is a quantitative study and the type of research is associative. The population in this study amounted to 100 generation z employees and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, referring to a 5-point Likert scale then distributed to 100 respondents of gen z employees in Bima City offline and online. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 2016 application. With the stages of conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests) then continued with multiple linear regression tests, multiple correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study: 1) Self Control shows a significant effect on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. 2) Cyberloafing shows no significant effect on the job performance of gen z in Bima City. 3) Emotional Exhaustion shows no significant effect on Gen Z job performance in Bima City. 4) Self-control, Cyberloafing and Emotional exhaustion have a significant effect on Gen Z job performance in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions regarding the use of the Livin by Mandiri mobile banking application. The research is grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on two main constructs: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Data were collected using a qualitative content analysis approach, with user comments on the Google Play Store serving as the primary data source. The findings reveal that while many users express positive attitudes toward the functionality and features of the application, a significant portion also reports dissatisfaction with system performance, user interface, and customer service response times. The study contributes theoretically by validating the applicability of TAM in the context of mobile banking, and practically by offering insights for developers to enhance the user experience of Livin by Mandiri. Furthermore, this research introduces a novel methodological approach by utilizing digital user reviews as a primary data source. It is recommended that future studies incorporate broader data sources, including social media comments and surveys, to strengthen the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

Abstract. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in driving local and national economic growth, especially in creating jobs and increasing community income. However, new entrepreneurs in the MSME sector often face various challenges such as limited capital, lack of managerial experience, limited market access, and low utilization of digital technology. This study aims to analyze MSME development strategies for new entrepreneurs through a mentoring approach in Padang City. The method used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature analysis, government program reports, and observations of MSME mentoring practices in the field. The results of the study show that effective development strategies include entrepreneurship training, facilitation of licensing and access to financing, business digitalization, and the formation of business communities as a forum for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Structured and sustainable mentoring programs have been proven to increase the capacity of new businesses, accelerate technology adaptation, and expand their market networks. This study recommends the need for synergy between the government, academics, and the private sector in designing contextual and targeted mentoring programs, as well as encouraging the integration of entrepreneurial competencies into the vocational education curriculum.

Abstract

Shopee serves as a vital digital marketplace for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) like PT Mount Vera Sejati, facilitating the online promotion of their Nata De Aloe Vera products. However, the intense competition from numerous similar products poses significant marketing challenges. This study aims to examine the implementation of Shopee’s promotional features on PT Mount Vera Sejati’s account and analyze the impact of each feature on sales performance. The features investigated include Free Shipping, Vouchers, Discounts, Flash Sales, Product Search Ads, and Similar Product Ads. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive methodology, data were collected from daily sales records between December 2024 and March 2025, complemented by observations and interviews with the business owner. The analysis reveals that Free Shipping, Discounts, and Vouchers are the most effective promotional tools, collectively facilitating the sale of 72 units during the 58-day observation period. Specifically, Free Shipping accounted for 70 sales, Discounts for 38 sales, and Vouchers for 72 sales. In contrast, Flash Sales and product advertisements showed limited effectiveness. These findings highlight the necessity for PT Mount Vera Sejati to prioritize and optimize the use of Free Shipping, Vouchers, and Discounts to enhance sales growth on Shopee, thereby improving their competitive position in the e-commerce landscape.

Abstract

This research is designed to identify the determine of consumer preferences on meatball products on purchasing decisions. The technique applied is quantitative descriptive method, with the population considered in this study being individuals who have experience enjoying Bakso Idola Mojosongo, Surakarta. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 59 individuals. The instrument test uses the F test and T test formulas and hypothesis testing using the Chi-Square test. This study’s conclution reveal that there is an important correlation between consumer preferences and consumer purchasing decisions. This is validated by the outcomes of the Chi-Square test which shows the level of significance of each variable as follows: flavor (p= 0.001), texture (p= 0.000) and variance (p= 0.017).
