Abstract

Human resources (HR) to support the sustainability and growth of the business. This study examines the implementation of training and development programs at UMKM Es Teh Jumbo Kay in Madiun as part of a strategy to improve employee performance in the face of business expansion. Training focuses on improving technical skills, such as machine operation and customer service, while development is directed towards preparing employees to occupy managerial positions in the new branch. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the dynamics of the implemented program. The findings indicate that training and development programs make a significant contribution to improving employee performance and support business readiness in expanding their business networks. Thus, human resource management through training and development has proven to be an important factor in supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Mbalong Kawuk culinary tourism development in empowering the local economy of the Sumberejo Kulon Village community, Ngunut District, Tulungagung District. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the development of this culinary tourism area succeeded in increasing some of the income of the Sumberejo Kulon Village community, creating new business opportunities, and strengthening local cultural identity through culinary preservation. The village government and BUMDes Sumber Mulyo have an active role in managing the tourism area based on community participation. In addition to providing economic impact, this development also strengthens social relations and builds a sense of belonging to tourist destinations. This study concludes that local-based empowerment and community participation are effective in driving sustainable village economic growth, and this representation can be replicated in other areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which work discipline and workload influence employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of East Kalimantan Province. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both work discipline and workload have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work discipline contributes to the creation of a productive work environment, while a proportional workload enhances focus and work effectiveness. The research model explains 66.4% of the variation in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of systematic human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as measured by the financial ratios CR, LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO and NIM on stock prices. The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2021-2023. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative through the data analysis method of classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that ROE and ROA have a significant positive effect on stock prices, CR and BOPO have an insignificant negative effect on stock prices, and CR and NIM have an insignificant positive effect. Simultaneously, CR, LDR, ROE, ROA, BOPO, and NIM variables have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of brand awareness, live streaming, review, and rating on the purchase decision of Binasyifa Products on shopee, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is quantitative with a non probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. The study involved 68 samples consisting of consumers who purchased Binasyifa Products through shopee live streaming. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, assisted by SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously, brand awareness, live streaming, review, and rating have an influence on the purchase decision of Binasyifa Products on shopee. Partially, brand awareness and live streaming do not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Binasyifa Products on shopee. However, review and rating partially have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Binasyifa Products on shopee.

Abstract

Work-life balance has become an important issue in human resource management, mainly because of its impact on employee satisfaction and performance. This study examines the influence of work-life balance on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a causal approach with 115 employees at PT. Biotis Agrindo. The data was analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The study results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. These findings confirm that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between WLB and performance, reinforcing the social exchange theory that perceptions of fair treatment from organisations will be reciprocated with positive work behaviours. The practical implication of this research is that organisations need to implement work policies that support work-life balance as part of performance improvement strategies.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of consumer trust in mediating the influence of electronic word of mouth and brand image on the review of purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-marketplace in Banda Aceh City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 115 respondents through a purposive sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM AMOS. This study concludes that e-wom and brand image are proven to be able to increase consumer trust and purchasing decisions on Shopee in Banda Aceh City. In addition, trust also helps increase consumer decisions in purchasing various products offered by Shopee. Consumer trust in this study is proven to partially mediate e-wom and brand image on Purchase decisions on Shopee in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Deluga Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) produce amplang made from flat fish which turns river catches into value-added products. To compete with similar products, manufacturers need to pay attention to appropriate marketing strategies. The aim of this research is to determine consumer satisfaction with the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) Deluga MSME, research was conducted for 5 months, starting from November 2024 to April 2025. The sampling method used Accidental Sampling carried out randomly and willing to be interviewed with a total of 25 respondents. This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The results show that consumer satisfaction with the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) of Deluga amplang products shows that there are five elements included in the satisfaction category, namely product (8.76), price (8.6), promotion (7.96), and process (8.76). Apart from that, two elements that are included in the very satisfied category are people (9.08) and physical form (8.96). However, there is one element that is included in the dissatisfied category, namely place (5.08), because the sales location is considered less strategic. Based on cumulative calculations, an average score of 57.2 is obtained, which is included in the satisfied category. This shows that in general, consumers are satisfied with the marketing mix carried out by MSME Deluga.

Abstract

Abstract. There are undoubtedly a lot of things that influence consumers' desire to purchase, such as price breaks, brand perception, and promotions. Consumers' interest in purchasing items starts with their attention, which is followed by interest, desire, and action, all of which eventually result in the purchase of the product. However, other influences like other people's opinions and unanticipated events that necessitate purchasing can have an impact on buying interest. The goal of this study is to determine and examine the impact that price reductions, brand image, and promotions have on consumers' desire to purchase goods from the Hijab by Aida Kudus Shop. This study takes a causality research strategy and use descriptive quantitative tools. A questionnaire was employed in the sample approach with a population of Hijab Shop customers by Aida Kudus. Using the SPSS version 26 analysis tool, the accidental sampling approach was used to get samples for this study. This method was based on Slovin's hypothesis. Despite the effects of other variables not considered in this study, the findings indicate that the three binding variables promotion, brand image, and price reductions have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, which is buying interest.

Abstract

Extra-role behavior and employee commitment are important factors in enhancing employees' sense of pride in their organization. This study aims to analyze the level of employee pride in the organization in terms of extra-role behavior and commitment among employees in the Talent Management and Training Department of PT INKA (Persero). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that some employees have not yet had the opportunity to engage in extra-role behavior, and employee commitment is generally driven by personal factors rather than internal organizational factors. These findings are expected to provide insights to enhance employees' sense of pride in the organization through the perspectives of extra-role behavior and employee commitment.
