Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of exposure, perception, and enthusiasm of FISIPOL UNTIDAR 2024 students towards the independent Instagram account @republikuntidar_, which functions as an advocacy platform. A descriptive quantitative method was used with a sample of 88 selected respondents through stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Descriptive analysis showed that 92% of respondents knew the account and 85% followed it, with a mean exposure of 4.1 (median 4.0). Student perceptions were positive (mean 3.9; median 4.0), where 70% agreed that this account clarified advocacy issues, 68% felt the benefits of the information, and 66% assessed the credibility of the message. Enthusiasm was reflected in the mean 3.7 (median 3.8): 69% were interested in participating in the advocacy campaign, but only 50% were ready to allocate time, indicating implementation barriers. The limitations of the descriptive design and limited sample size encourage recommendations for further research using inferential analysis (regression), population expansion, and mixed approaches (quantitative-qualitative) to explore motivations and barriers to advocacy participation. Moderator variables such as audience trust and media literacy need to be explored, and evaluation of content formats (video, infographics, stories) can improve the effectiveness of digital advocacy strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik surat pengantar kartu keluarga di Kantor Kelurahan Maccorawalie kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 orang yang mendapatkan pelayanan sejak 2 bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis variabel yakni variabel X (pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia) dan variabel Y (kualitas pelayanan). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample jenuh, sebesar 57 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS statistik 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia “Berpengaruh/Signifikan” terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik surat pengantar kartu keluarga di Kantor Kelurahan Maccorawalie kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi variabel kualitas pelayanan publik dengan hasil persentase 59,2% berada pada kategori kurang setuju dan rekapitulasi variabel kualitas pelayanan publik dengan hasil persentase 57% berada pada kategori kurang setuju. Selain itu dari hasil uji ANOVA didapatkan fhitung sebesar 74.162 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 hal ini menunjukkan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0,05 secara parsial thitung (8,612) > ttabel (2,004) artinya pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia “Bepengaruh/Signifikan” terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik surat pengantar kartu keluarga di Kantor Kelurahan Maccorawalie kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan R square sebesar 57% berada pada kategori kurang setuju dan sisanya 43% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme kerja aparatur dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan melibatkan 39 responden dari total populasi 39 orang melalui rumus sampling jenuh atau non probability sampling. Selanjutnya, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis linear sederhana dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistik 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Rekapitulasi variabel X, dengan persentase rata rata keseluruhan mencapai (69%), yang mencerminkan tingkat profesionalisme kerja yang tergolong cukup baik, 2) Rekapitulasi variabel Y, dengan tingkat kualitas pelayanan publik secara keseluruhan berada pada persentase rata rata (67%), yang menandakan tingkat pelayanan yang cukup baik namun masih menyisakan ruang untuk perbaikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Pangkajene, Maritenggae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of patients who received treatment at the Puskesmas Pangkajene, totaling 125. The sample in this study was 55 respondents determined using Slovin's formula and random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data were then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. Based on the results of the processed data, the research results show that Tcount 4,251 ≥ Ttable 1,675, meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction at the Pangkajene Community Health Center, Maritenggae subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang district. And the influencing factors are 1, Awareness factor with a percentage of 75% in the good category, 2. Regulation factor with a percentage of 82% in the very good category, 3. Ability factor with a percentage of 87% in the very good category, 4. Opinion factor with a percentage of 74% in the good category, 5. Skills and ability factor with a percentage of 75% in the good category, 6. Service facilities factor with a percentage of 82% in the very good category

Abstract

The Role of Bawaslu in Supervising the Neutrality of State Civil Apparatus in the 2024 Pilkada in Pinrang Regency. Supervised by Sapri and Kamaruddin Sellang.This research aims to understand and analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Pinrang Regency in overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the 2024 Regional Election. The focus of the research includes three main aspects, namely: (1) prevention (preventive) (2) active supervision (3) law enforcement. The research results show that the Pinrang Regency Bawaslu has carried out its functions through preventive efforts by socializing the principle of ASN neutrality both formally and informally. Active supervision is conducted both directly in the field and digitally through social media monitoring. Law enforcement is carried out through coordination with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the GAKUMDU Center. However, supervision still faces challenges such as budget and human resource limitations. Violations of ASN neutrality often occur in symbolic forms in the digital space and through indirect participation in campaign activities, reflecting a lack of understanding of the principle of "impartiality and non-involvement" as explained by Yamin (2013). Thus, strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing the capacity of supervisors, and providing continuous education to ASN are crucial for achieving more effective oversight and maintaining the integrity of democracy at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance in the Kulo sub-district office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is 31 employees who work in the kulo sub-district office. This study uses a quantitative method and uses two types of variables, namely the physical work environment (X) and employee performance (Y). The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique of 31 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire and literature study. Using the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 application. The results of this study show that the physical work environment variable (X) with a recapitulation result of 67% is categorized as good. Therefore, the physical work environment must be improved again. The performance of the employee (Y) with the achievement of the respondent is 50%, so that the value of t is calculated > t table, or 5.580 > 2.045, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning significant. So the influence of the physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Kulo sub-district office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of the BPJS Kesehatan program study on the implementation of health service policies in Mataram City based on Law Number 36 of 2009 is to evaluate the quality of services and identify success factors and challenges that arise. And using the theory of Van meter and Van Horn to measure the implementation of HEALTH POLICY IN LAW NUMBER 36 OF 2009 REGARDING HEALTH SERVICES: A STUDY OF BPJS MATARAM CITY. Collecting comprehensive information about the success of the services provided, this study uses qualitative techniques such as document analysis, key staff interviews, and field observations. With a high participation rate of 99%, the results of the study show how well BPJS, local governments, and health facilities collaborate to provide equitable health services to all levels of society. However, problems with service capacity and efficiency remain, therefore collaboration and periodic evaluation are needed. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of resource allocation and community participation as well as stakeholders to improve service delivery and advance larger goals, namely health equity and social welfare in Mataram City. Periodic evaluations need to be carried out to produce results from BPJS.

Abstract

Hasil Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Komisi Informasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tahun 2024 terhadap keterbukaan informasi publik di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat menunjukan baru 46,66% Perangkat Daerah dengan kualifikasi informatif, artinya mayoritas Perangkat Desa masih belum berkualifitasi informatif. Penulisan tesis ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) Kalimantan Barat Nomor 22 Tahun 2016 Terhadap Keterbukaan Informasi Publik di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Adapun objek pada penelitian ini adalah PPID Pembantu/Pelaksana pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Permasalahan yaitu masih terdapat 53,34% Perangkat Daerah dilingungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang belum berkualifikasi informatif, dukungan anggaran terhadap PPID Pembantu/Pelaksana, terbatasnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang tercermin dari rangkap tugas staf PPID pada mayoritas Perangkat Daerah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang “Implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Kalimanan Barat Nomor 22 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Penggelolaan Pelayanan Informasi Publik dan Dokumentasi dilingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat“. Jenis penelitian menggunaan metode kualitatif dengan terjn kelapangan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan suatu permaslaahan regulasi dalam penganggaran PPID Pembantu/Pelaksana yaitu disebabkan tidak terakomodirnya nomenklatur “Pengelolaan Pelayanan Informasi dan Dokumentasi “ pada Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD). Saran: 1. Dilakukan komunikasi yang intensif dan terpola ditingkat PPID Pembantu/Pelaksana pada kurun waktu tertentu, 2. Penyediaan staf fungsional dengan kualifikasi Pranata Humas, Pranata Komputer dan Arsiparis pada PPID Pembantu/Pelaksana, 3. Penganggaran terpusat/satu pintu melalui PPID Utama, dan 4. Penerapan kembali Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) Nomor 41 Tahun 2017.
