Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

In research that has been carried out with the title "Management of Prosperous Village-Owned Enterprises in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency" This research is based on the phenomenon that exists in Purbalingga Regency, where Purbalingga Regency has several sub-districts and villages in Purbalingga Regency, namely in business villages which are called Village-Owned Enterprises, which have a good and significant impact starting from human resources and natural resources, have increased from year to year, especially in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency with the progress of BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera. This research uses qualitative methods and is supported by methods using informant selection techniques, data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The results found that the existence of the Management of Makmur Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprises, has shown the difference between the existence of BUMDes and the absence of BUMDes, this is shown by several factors, namely starting to increase business units, adding PADes, as well as providing prosperity for the community around BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera , this is proven by the existence of jobs for local youth and for traders around the village and around BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera, this cannot be denied by the concept of POAC. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprise Management has succeeded in making a significant difference to the village and community, this is supported by planning, structural organization and the existence of good control and supervision, this is what makes BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera progress. and as an example from other BUMDes in the Purbalingga Regency area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of Islamic Education (PAI) learning through the Kurikulum Merdeka at MTs Negeri 3 Tambakberas Jombang. The main focus of the research includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of PAI learning, effective strategies that can be applied, and the obstacles and solutions faced in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the vice-principal of the curriculum, PAI teachers, and students. The findings indicate that planning involves improving teachers’ abilities through training and the development of teaching materials. The implementation of learning emphasizes differentiated instruction, the use of flexible methods, and focusing on the learning process rather than just the final result. The evaluation includes formative assessments during the learning process and summative assessments after completing the material. Effective strategies include empowering teacher communities (MGMP), periodic supervision, flexible teaching methods, training to improve teachers’ skills, and promoting religious activities to build students’ character. The main challenges identified are differences in student engagement, abilities, character, and environment, which are addressed through differentiated learning, guidance and counseling support, and the application of flexible teaching methods. This study provides practical contributions for teachers and policymakers in developing more effective PAI learning strategies and offers insights into the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in a local context.

Abstract

The principal is someone who leads a school institution where the role of the principal is very important in the progress and progress of education in the school. Principal innovation is a new thing or idea initiated by the principal which aims to advance the school with various new innovations. In learning, teachers are an important aspect for student development. In this case, schools play an important role in improving the quality of teachers by providing innovations aimed at improving the quality of teachers so that with these innovations the school principal can improve the quality of teachers to be better, which will enable progress and effectiveness in learning. In this research, researchers were able to find several innovations provided by school principals in improving the quality of PAI teachers, namely Class Control via Electronics and digital-based learning, from several of these innovations the principal succeeded in improving the quality of teachers. The results of this research can not only be used as a reference for further research, but can also be a motivation for readers to become innovative individuals. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods. Researchers in collecting data use interviews, observation and documentation. The research which aims to collect this data was carried out in 2024. From the results of this research the researcher concluded that the school principal had made innovations to improve the quality of PAI teachers at MAN 3 Jombang and had succeeded in improving the quality of PAI teachers.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN Purisemanding 1 Jombang. The Focus of the study covers three main aspects, namely: (1) Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum, (2) constraints in the implantation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning, (3) efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with daya collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants involved in this study included the prinical, deputy curriculum, PAI Teachers, and Student. The data obtained were analyzed using data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study showed that: (1) planning the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning was carried out by upgrading teacher skills by participating in training; implementation of learning began learning whith greetings an prayers, learning refers to learning Modules, learning refers ti the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method; evaluation was carried oud using formative assessment and summative assessment. (2) the obstacles faced were limited book facilities and learning media, and different student understandings. (3) efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occur include providing oral questions and daily tests, and forming study groups.

Abstract

The aim of this research is Technology Integration in Character Education: Building a Generation with Character in the Digital Era. The type of research is a literature review. Research results: The integration of technology in character education is a strategic step to build a generation of character in the digital era. Technology is not only a learning tool, but also a medium for instilling moral, ethical and cultural values ​​that are relevant to the challenges of the times. By utilizing interactive digital platforms, gamification, and value-based educational content, educators can create engaging and meaningful learning experiences. However, the success of this integration requires collaboration between educators, parents and the community to ensure that technology is used wisely, purposefully and in accordance with the goals of character education. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Budgeting Planning Analysis in Optimizing Training. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. Research results Effective budget planning is very important in optimizing the implementation of training (education and training) in an organization. By planning the budget appropriately, organizations can ensure efficient allocation of funds for training activities, so that the goal of developing participant competency can be achieved optimally. A good budgeting process also allows for easier evaluation of the achievements and impact of the training activities. Therefore, a mature management budget is a key factor in improving the quality and desirability of the training programs being held.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of using small group discussion strategies in improving students' reading comprehension compared to whole-class teaching strategies. Conducted at SMPN 1 Banyakan, this research focuses on second-year students divided into experimental and control groups. The findings reveal a significant difference in students' reading comprehension between the two strategies. The small group discussion strategy promotes greater student participation, enhances motivation, and creates an interactive learning environment. In contrast, the whole-class strategy, though effective for general content delivery, limits personalized interaction and engagement. These results suggest that small group discussions are more effective for improving reading comprehension and addressing individual learning needs in classroom settings.

Abstract

Relaas panggilan persidangan memerlukan jasa dan biaya, baik persidangan manual atau elektronik. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi mampu memperkecil panjar relaas panggilan terutama dalam persidangan elektronik. Namun, kondisi tersebut akan terjadi apabila tergugat/termohon berpartisipasi dalam persidangan setelah disampaikan relaas panggilan. Penelititan ini ingin mengkaji tentang pembaharuan terhadap relaas panggilan persidangan berdasarkan prinsip biaya ringan sehingga panjarnya tidak hanya menjangkau penggugat/ pemohon melainkan juga tergugat/termohon. Penelitian bersifat yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Dilakukan dengan mengkaji atau menganalisis data sekunder berupa bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembengkakan biaya relaas panggilan dikarenakan tergugat/ termohon tidak berpartisipasi dalam persidangan, dan untuk mengatasinya perlu konsep baru yakni setiap awal kesepakatan yang diperjanjikan ditambahkan klausula tercatat tentang kejelasan alamat domisili, kewajiban partisipasi dalam persidangan dan jika abai maka dilakukan pemblokiran sementara untuk layanan keperdataan sampai sidang diputus dan selesai. Dengan demikan, upaya tersebut diharapkan terjadi efisiensi biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk relaas panggilan.

Abstract

The education of Aqidah Akhlak plays a crucial role in shaping a child's character and personality. One effective method to instill Aqidah Akhlak is through homeschooling. Homeschooling offers the opportunity for more personalized and in-depth education, allowing for a better understanding of the core concepts of Aqidah Akhlak. This article aims to discuss the application of Aqidah Akhlak in homeschooling education, specifically focusing on teaching the essential attributes of Allah and magnifying His greatness, as well as instilling virtuous character traits such as honesty and respect for parents. Additionally, the article will explore effective strategies for implementing Aqidah Akhlak in daily life. Homeschooling provides an ideal environment to strengthen spiritual growth and character development, offering flexibility to integrate Islamic teachings into daily activities. By using role modeling, interactive learning, and real-life application, parents can guide their children to understand the divine attributes of Allah while nurturing moral values. This holistic approach ensures that children not only learn about their faith but also apply it in their actions and interactions with others. Aqidah Akhlak serves as a crucial foundation in shaping a faithful and virtuous character. By understanding Aqidah, children can better appreciate the moral values taught in Islam, such as honesty, compassion, and peace.

Abstract

The music industry in Indonesia continues to grow. This can be seen from the increasing variety of music that is present in Indonesia. One of these types of music is J-Pop. J-Pop is a type of pop music originating from Japan. JKT48 is one of the J-Pop music groups that carries the concept of idols and has its main base in Jakarta. JKT48 is a sister group or branch group of the Japanese idol group, AKB48. The idol concept owned by JKT48 is the concept of fostered idols. The concept of fostered idols focuses on showing the struggles, processes, and efforts made by members of the fostered idol group in order to become a perfect idol. One form of content created by fans is Kamaniya's Diary. Kamaniya's Diary created a special account on social media X with the username @kamaniya_diary which is dedicated to capturing the moments of a JKT48 member named Greesella Sophina Adhalia. This study aims to determine the fanaticism of the @kamaniya_diary fansite in creating brand attachment between fans and idols through social media content. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Research data were obtained through informant interviews and observations as primary data and documentation from informants, articles, previous research, and relevant content as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the fanaticism of the Kamaniya's Diary fansite is positive fanaticism.
