Abstract

Permasalahan kedisiplinan yang sering terjadi antara lain keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran, dan perilaku tidak sopan yang dapat mengganggu proses pembelajaran dan menimbulkan suasana tidak nyaman di madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara fungsi pengawasan kepala madrasah dengan kedisiplinan siswa di MTs Tunas Pelita Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara fungsi pengawasan kepala madrasah dengan kedisiplinan siswa, dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,779 lebih besar dari rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,3610. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin baik fungsi pengawasan kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah perlu meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi dengan strategi yang lebih sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih disiplin dan kondusif.Kata Kunci: Supervisi, Kepala Madrasah, Kedisiplinan Siswa, Pembelajaran The common disciplinary issues include tardiness, absenteeism, and disrespectful behaviour, which can disrupt the learning process and create an uncomfortable atmosphere in the madrasa. This study aims to analyse the relationship between the supervisory function of the madrasa principal and student discipline at MTs Tunas Pelita Binjai. This research employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. The results indicate a positive relationship between the supervisory function of the madrasa principal and student discipline, with a calculated r-value of 0.779, which is greater than the table r-value) of 0.3610 at a 5% significance level. The conclusion of this study is that the better the supervisory function of the madrasa principal, the higher the level of student discipline. The recommendation from this research is that the madrasa principal should enhance the effectiveness of supervision through more systematic and sustainable strategies to create a more disciplined and conducive learning environment.Keywords: Supervision, Principal Madrasah, Student Discipline, Learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Surah Al-Jum’uah berdasarkan dua tafsir terkemuka, yaitu Al-Misbah karya Quraish Shihab dan Al-Wasith karya Wahbah Zuhaili. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dimensi pendidikan yang dapat dijadikan panduan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Surah Al-Jum’uah memiliki pesan moral dan spiritual yang mendalam, terutama terkait dengan pentingnya ilmu, pemanfaatan waktu, dan keutamaan ibadah. Dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah, Quraish Shihab menyoroti pesan-pesan universal Al-Qur’an yang relevan dengan tantangan modern, sementara Tafsir Al-Wasith oleh Wahbah Zuhaili memberikan pendekatan linguistik dan analisis tematik yang memperkaya pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam surah ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis tematik, yang mencakup identifikasi tema-tema utama, interpretasi teks berdasarkan kedua tafsir, dan penarikan kesimpulan dari temuan-temuan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Surah Al-Jum’uah meliputi nilai keimanan, yang mengajarkan kesadaran tentang kebesaran Allah dan pentingnya pengakuan atas tauhid; nilai ilmu pengetahuan, yang menekankan pentingnya pendidikan holistik mencakup aspek spiritual dan intelektual; serta nilai amal shaleh, yang menegaskan perlunya keseimbangan antara ibadah dan aktivitas duniawi. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kajian pendidikan Islam serta menjadi pedoman praktis bagi umat Islam dalam menjalani kehidupan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai Pendidikan; Tafsir Al-Misbah dan Al-Wasith; Pendidikan Islam; Surah Al-Jum’uah This article examine the educational values contained in Surah al-Jum'uah based on two prominent interpretations, namely Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab and Al-Wasith by Wahbah Zuhaili. The objective of this study is to explore the educational values contained in Surah al-Jum'uah that can serve as a guide in everyday life. Surah al-Jum'uah contains a profound moral and spiritual message, particularly concerning the significance of knowledge, the utilization of time, and the merits of worship. In the interpretation of al-Misbah, Quraish Shihab emphasizes universal messages of the Qur'an that are pertinent to contemporary challenges. Conversely, Al-Wasith's interpretation by Wahbah Zuhaili employs a linguistic approach and thematic analysis to enhance the comprehension of the educational values contained in this Surah. The research method employed is a literature study with a thematic analysis approach, which includes the identification of the main themes, the interpretation of text based on the two interpretations, and the drawing of conclusions from these findings. The results of the study indicated that the educational values inherent in Surah al-Jum'uah encompass the value of faith, which fosters awareness of the grandeur of God and the significance of recognizing monotheism; the value of science, which underscores the importance of holistic education encompassing spiritual and intellectual dimensions; and the value of charity pious, which substantiates the necessity for a balance between worship and worldly endeavors. This article is expected to contribute to the study of Islamic education and become a practical guide for Muslims in living a life based on the values of the Qur'an.Keywords: Education Values; Tafsir Al-Misbah and Al Wasith; Islamic Education; Surah Al-Jum’uah

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is an educational discipline that aims to cultivate students' spiritual, moral, and character development. To this end, numerous educational institutions (madrasas) have effectively implemented character education programs, utilizing models that they have developed autonomously. This particular madrasa exemplifies the optimal approach to character education through religious instruction in Indonesia. The objective of this study is to investigate the efficacy of Islamic religious education at Mas Du Al Muhajirin Padang Cermin. The present study employs a qualitative approach. The data was collected through a combination of interviews, group discussions (focus group discussions), observations, and documentation. The results indicated that the role of the madrasa head was found to be of significant importance in the continuity and support of the development of religious activities in the madrasa. Furthermore, the PAI teacher was identified as a central figure in the success of the religious development and the style of student religious thinking. Additionally, the role of the Rohis position was determined to be very strategic in developing the younger generation who had moderate, tolerant, and Islam rahmatan lil alamin beliefs. The implementation of tadarus at the commencement of each lesson, the duha prayer, congregational prayer, the implementation of PHBI, cult after congregational prayers, cultrian, pesantren kilat, and mentoring became a reinforcement or standard in the implementation of religious activities in madrasas.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas prinsip albiah khoiruh ummah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Al Washliyah Stabat. Prinsip ini menekankan pembentukan umat terbaik melalui pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip Albiah khoiruh ummah dalam proses pendidikan karakter siswa serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan moral dan sosial mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di MAS Al Washliyah Stabat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip albiah khoiruh ummah diimplementasikan melalui berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembiasaan, seperti pembinaan akhlak, pembelajaran berbasis nilai Islam, serta interaksi sosial yang berlandaskan kesantunan dan kejujuran. Implementasi prinsip ini secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang religius, disiplin, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab sosial yang tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip Albiah khoiruh ummah di lingkungan pendidikan dapat menjadi model efektif dalam membangun karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk terus mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam guna mencetak generasi yang berintegritas. The findings indicate that the Albiah khoiruh ummah principle is implemented through various learning activities and habituation, such as moral coaching, value-based learning, and social interactions grounded in courtesy and honesty. The application of this principle significantly contributes to shaping students with religious devotion, discipline, and a strong sense of social responsibility. The study concludes that implementing the Albiah khoiruh ummah principle in educational settings can serve as an effective model for developing students with noble character. Therefore, it is crucial for Islamic educational institutions to continuously develop teaching methods based on Islamic values to foster a generation with integrity. Abstract

In the context of the global economy, the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) not only serves as a moral responsibility, but has also become a legal obligation in various jurisdictions, including Indonesia. Indonesian regulations show inconsistencies in the use of CSR terms, scope, and enforcement mechanisms, as reflected in Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) and Law No. 25/2007 on Capital Investment (UUPM). The UUPT limits CSR obligations to companies engaged in natural resources, while the UUPM requires CSR for all investors, regardless of business sector. This lack of synchronization creates a legal loophole that allows companies outside the natural resources sector to avoid CSR obligations. In addition, the sanction mechanism for companies that do not implement CSR is still weak, so compliance with this regulation tends to be low. This research aims to analyze the optimization of liability for companies that do not implement CSR in Indonesia through a normative juridical approach. The main findings show that legal uncertainty in CSR regulations has an impact on ineffective implementation and is often only symbolic. Some companies still consider CSR as a mere image strategy, with no real impact on society and the environment. Therefore, more stringent regulatory harmonization and more effective law enforcement mechanisms are needed. Policy revisions, strengthening sanction mechanisms, and increased supervision by relevant authorities can improve corporate compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

AbstrakSpiritual merupakan aspek penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak yang dapat dibentuk melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an dengan metode yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode An Nadhliyah dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual anak di Rumah Tahfidz At Taqwa Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes hafalan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode An Nadhliyah efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur'an dan mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak melalui pendekatan komprehensif dan terpadu. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan metode ini antara lain keterlibatan aktif guru dan orang tua, lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, serta strategi mengajar yang bervariasi. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi antara lain perbedaan kemampuan menghafal dan konsistensi penerapan metode di luar kelas. Dengan demikian, metode An Nadhliyah dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak melalui pembelajaran tahfidz yang aplikatif dan bermakna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah metode ini dapat diterapkan secara lebih luas dengan dukungan sistem pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan aktif berbagai pihak.Kata Kunci: Metode Al-Qur'an; Kecerdasan Spiritual; Metode An Nadhliyah; Pembelajaran Anak; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas AbstractSpiritual intelligence is an important aspect of child development that can be formed through learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an with the right method. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the An Nadhliyah method in improving children's spiritual intelligence at Rumah Tahfidz At Taqwa Binjai. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and memorization tests and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the An Nadhliyah method is effective in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an and developing children's spiritual intelligence through a comprehensive and integrated approach. Supporting factors for the success of this method include the active involvement of teachers and parents, a conducive learning environment, and varied teaching strategies. However, challenges faced include differences in memorization ability and consistency in the application of the method outside the classroom. In conclusion, the An Nadhliyah method can be an effective alternative in developing children's spiritual intelligence through applicable and meaningful tahfidz learning. The implications of this study suggest that this method can be applied more widely with the support of a sustainable learning system and the active involvement of various parties. By fostering collaboration among educators, parents, and community members, the An Nadhliyah method can create a holistic learning experience that nurtures spiritual growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP) Kelas IV Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara individu, masing-masing variabel juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, meskipun dengan tingkat pengaruh yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif, kepuasan kerja yang optimal, dan motivasi yang tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan komunikasi, pengawasan, dan pemberian insentif untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, KSOP Gunungsitoli This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP) in Gunungsitoli. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to measure the relationships among these variables. The findings indicate that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction collectively have a significant impact on employee performance. Individually, each variable also exerts a significant influence on employee performance, albeit at varying levels. The study concludes that effective leadership, optimal job satisfaction, and high motivation play crucial roles in enhancing employee performance. Abstract

Notaries in Indonesia have the authority to make authentic deeds, including auction minutes, as stipulated in Article 15 paragraph (2) letter g of the Notary Position Law (UUJN). However, this provision contradicts the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 189/PMK.06/2017 which stipulates that class II auction officials have the authority to make auction minutes. The conflict of norms between these two regulations has created legal uncertainty that risks causing disputes related to the validity of the deed of minutes of auction made by a notary. This research aims to analyze the legal certainty of the deed of minutes of auction made by a notary and propose a legal solution in the form of regulatory harmonization to avoid overlapping authority. The research method used is normative legal research with a statute approach, conceptual approach, and historical approach. The results showed that the inconsistency between UUJN and PMK No. 189/PMK.06/2017 can cause the cancellation of the deed of minutes of auction made by a notary, increase the potential for legal disputes, and cause uncertainty for the parties involved in the auction transaction. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize the regulations by adjusting the UUJN or PMK so that the rules related to the authority to make the deed of minutes of auction are clearer and do not overlap. This step is expected to provide legal certainty for the community and improve administrative efficiency in auction practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Reform is a call for renewal and modernity, therefore. Much study and refutation were attributed to it, in comparison with others, it always needs to be set and defined, that’s not for its difficulty but it’s connected to its concept with the ideologies of its advocates and their projection of its connotations and meanings on the contents of their projects and visions. For this reason, there was a dilemma among the advocates of reform in defining this concept accurately, this dilemma has dimensions that made it more obvious, by shedding light on the Ideology of reform and historical criticism of “Muḥammad ʻAbduh, Aḥmad Amīn, and Sayyid Quṭb”, we will find that their visions were for the aim of reform, the research has focused on three great thinkers with different ideologies, it started with Muḥammad ʻAbduh, one of the most prominent reformers and advocates of reform in the modern age, He contributed in liberating the Arab mind from its stagnation which inflicted it for centuries and awaken the nation’s culture awareness, reviving the Ijtihad in the intellectual and cultural aspects. Then, Aḥmad Amīn who started his journey through research and exploration of the historical, religious, and intellectual life of the Arabs, produced several historical writings that reflect his ideology in the field of reform and historical criticism. Finally, Sayyid Quṭb wrote many books, treatises, and articles that were reformist writings in various fields, including the historical field.

Abstract

Abstrak The Independent Curriculum, as one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, is expected to produce a generation that is innovative and adaptable to the changing times. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in shaping an innovative generation in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this research involves teachers, students, and school principals as informants. The findings indicate that the Independent Curriculum holds significant potential in shaping an innovative generation. The curriculum's flexibility allows teachers to tailor learning materials to students' interests and talents, while also promoting active and student-centered learning. Furthermore, the project-based learning characteristic of the Independent Curriculum provides opportunities for students to develop creativity and problem-solving skills. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum faces several challenges, including insufficient teacher preparedness, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination among stakeholders.
