Abstract

The study explores a new phenomenon in which digital agency workers express their emotions to ChatGPT, marking a shift in human–AI communication patterns. The purpose of this study is to understand how emotional interactions with AI are interpreted and experienced by users in the context of urban work. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with four informants who actively use ChatGPT in their professional and personal routines. The results show that ChatGPT is not only seen as a functional work tool, but also as an "emotional safe space", a "digital friend", and a medium for emotion regulation in the face of work pressure. The participants described an affective bond with ChatGPT, which is used as a place for reflection, self-validation, and emotional release. However, this proximity also gives rise to symptoms of emotional dependence as well as the blurring of the boundaries between human empathy and algorithmic responses. The study concludes that ChatGPT serves as a symbolic actor in the digital affection ecosystem—providing emotional support while posing new psychological risks. These findings highlight an important paradox: while AI can improve emotional well-being through expressive mediation, it also reconstructs the meaning of intimacy, empathy, and authenticity in human–technology relationships. The implications of this research extend to the fields of digital ethics, work psychology, and AI design, emphasizing the need to develop emotionally intelligent AI systems to support the well-being of users without creating over-dependence. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of emotional work in the era of artificial mentoring and the social-technological impact

Abstract

The increasing number of young crypto investors in Indonesia has not been matched by adequate financial literacy. This study aims to analyze the impact of Financial Influencers and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on the experience of investing in crypto assets, with financial literacy as a moderating variable in Generation Z in Indonesia. The research approach uses a quantitative correlation method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). Data were obtained from 192 respondents aged 17–29 who actively invest in crypto assets through an online survey. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment experience (? = 0.536; p < 0.001), while Financial Influencers (p = 0.913) and FOMO (p = 0.468) have no significant effect on financial literacy or investment experience. The R² value of 0.303 indicates that the research variables explain 30.3% of the variation in Generation Z investment behavior. This finding confirms that cognitive factors, especially financial literacy, are more dominant than social and emotional factors in shaping digital investment behavior. The results of this study strengthen the Behavioral Finance Theory and emphasize the importance of strengthening financial education for the younger generation to improve analytical skills and rational investment decision-making. Furthermore, the findings offer practical implications for the development of more effective financial education strategies, as well as theoretical contributions that deepen the understanding of determinants influencing digital investment behavior among young investors.

Abstract

Credit unions continue to face challenges arising from economic crises and rapid digital transformation, making organizational resilience (OR) increasingly essential. This study investigates whether Ethical Financial Management Practices (EFMP) contribute to strengthening OR both directly and indirectly through Financial Transparency and Responsibility (FTR) and Cooperative Culture (CC). Using survey data from 381 administrators and members of credit unions, analyzed with GSCA Smart PLS, the study found that all proposed relationships were statistically significant. EFMP demonstrated a positive influence on FTR, while both FTR and CC significantly affected OR. Furthermore, FTR and CC were shown to partially mediate the relationship between EFMP and OR. These findings highlight that ethical practices, transparency, and cooperative cultural values operate as mutually reinforcing mechanisms that enhance resilience by fostering trust, minimizing information asymmetry, improving accountability, and encouraging member participation. Integrating EFMP with strong transparency mechanisms and cooperative values provides a comprehensive governance framework that supports sustainable and resilient credit union operations. Practically, the study suggests that leadership should institutionalize ethical financial standards, improve disclosure quality, strengthen accountability practices, and create inclusive participatory routines to sustain member trust and organizational adaptability in the face of uncertainty and systemic disruptions.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of sustainability report disclosure and examine the moderating role of audit quality in this relationship. The independent variables investigated include firm size, profitability, leverage, and institutional ownership. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test both direct effects and interaction effects. The findings reveal that firm size and institutional ownership have a significant positive effect on sustainability report disclosure, while profitability and leverage show no significant influence. Furthermore, audit quality is found to moderate the relationship between firm size and institutional ownership with sustainability report, but not for profitability and leverage disclosure. These results highlight the importance of audit quality in enhancing corporate transparency and accountability, particularly in sustainability reporting which has increasingly attracted stakeholder attention.

Abstract

The coal feeder of our company's pulverizing system adopts JGC-30 weighing metering coal feeder. The raw coal in the raw coal hopper falls onto the coal feeder belt through the coal drop port by its own gravity. The existing design of high belt skirt on both sides is 60mm. A small amount of coal blocks falls off on both sides of the belt during the falling process. Due to the wind force of the coal feeder sealing wind and the operation of the belt, a small amount of coal blocks are scattered and stuck at the coal feeder weighing device. The inaccurate coal quantity measurement leads to large fluctuations in the coal feeding quantity of the pulverizing system, that will makes inducing abnormal vibration of the coal mill, insufficient coal powder output, large amount of slag discharge from the coal mill and other problems, which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the pulverizing system. In this regard, the coal feeding belt was modified, and the skirts on both sides of the coal feeder were increased to 100mm. After the modification, it can be ensured that the raw coal does not fall from the skirts on both sides during the operation of the coal feeder, thereby solving the problem of inaccurate coal quantity measurement caused by coal blocks stuck in the weighing device.
