Abstract

Persediaan adalah aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang tersedia untuk dijual atau barang yang akandigunakan dalam produksi produk perusahaan. Dengan persediaan, perusahaan dapat mempertahankan keberlanjutan. Perusahaan sering mengalami masalah dalam pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan diri. Tujuan dilakukannya observasi pada PT. SENTRUM BANGKIT SENTOSA untuk menganalisis apakah penilaian pencatatan metode sistem persediaan PT. SENTRUM BANGKIT SENTOSA sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) Nomor 14 tentang persediaan. Jenis penelitian adalah riset deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa catatan persediaan perusahaan menggunakan sistem penilaian dan pencatatan menggunakan metode FIFO (First-in first out). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pencatatan akuntansi persediaan barang dagangan telah sesuai dengan PSAK 14 tentang persediaan.

Abstract

In current conditions, competition in the restaurant business in Jember Regency is very tight. One of them is the Gudeg Lumintu restaurant in Jember district. In facing this competition, companies must have a strategy to gain loyalty from their customers through brand image, product quality and good service quality. This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of brand image, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Gudeg Lumintu Restaurant in Jember Regency simultaneously or partially, (2) variables that have a dominant influence on customer loyalty at Gudeg Lumintu Restaurant. Data was taken directly from respondents using a survey method via questionnaires. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of data analysis using SPSS 23 software show that (1) simultaneously, brand image variables (X1), product quality (X2) and service quality (X3) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), (2) partially, image variables brand (X1) and product quality variables (X2) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), while the service quality variable (X3) has an insignificant effect on customer loyalty (Y), (3) the variable has a dominant effect on customer loyalty (Y ) is the product quality (X2).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the sand banana product which has been produced for a long time but is still a favorite product for teenagers. However, as time goes by, coupled with the development of technology, more and more business competitors are selling similar products, making sand banana products marginalized. The location of the Banana Pasir Buk Lis UMKM is located at Gang Gotong Royong No. 4, Mergelo, Balongsari, Magersari District, Mojokerto City. This research aims to: 1) Analyze internal and external factors in the marketing strategy of banana sand at the UMKM Pisang Pasir Buk Lis. 2) Determine and analyze appropriate strategies in the marketing strategy for banana sand at the UMKM Pisang Pasir Buk Lis. 3) Determine and explain the priority strategies of several alternative marketing strategies for banana sand at the UMKM Pisang Pasir Buk Lis. By using calculations, the data analysis method used in this research is conducting internal and external observations of the company which are examined through IFE and EFE, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM analysis to be able to determine alternative strategies. Based on the results of the QSPM calculation research, it was found that the main priority strategy was improving and maintaining product quality, taste and service with a TAS score of 6.96.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which includes overall satisfaction (consumer overall satisfaction after consuming services), experience satisfaction (level of satisfaction experienced by consumers while consuming services), feeling comfortable when using the service, willingness to use the service repeatedly, willingness to recommend ( willingness to recommend) consumers are not yet completely satisfied. Of the five indicators, consumers still feel dissatisfied. This is a problem regarding consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which requires solving and analyzing what factors can influence consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the significant influence of price, service quality and location on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. This type of research is exploratory and conclusive research, where conclusive research can be classified as descriptive and causality research. The population of this research is consumers of Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool is multiple linear regression analysis and uses exploratory and conclusive methods. The research results prove that price, service quality and location have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The implications of this research can be a consideration for business managers so that they can optimize pricing, service quality and location so that they can increase consumer satisfaction and the business runs well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of breeder characteristics, extension, partnership institutions on the ability of sheep fattening cultivation which has an impact on the income of sheep breeders (partners) in Bondowoso Regency. This research can be classified as Explanatory Research. The data acquisition method used is a questionnaire which aims to obtain detailed, factual data, facts and information by collecting recap results from respondents' answers by providing a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Path Analysis Model. The results of this research show that breeder characteristics, sheep cultivation extension and partnership institutions have a significant effect on the ability to fatten sheep cultivation and have a significant impact on the income of breeders (partners) in Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Klungkung village and Krangpring Lor village, Sukorambi sub-district, Jember district, the method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary data through field surveys, interviews and questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and snowball sampling technique. The analysis in this research includes Value chain mapping analysis and Hanlon Model Analysis for farmers, communities, and value chain actors and traders. The aim of this research is to analyze the value chain in organic coffee business activities and also identify priority problems that must be immediately resolved through value chain analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research will have a positive impact on organic coffee farmers in improving the people's economy.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive business competition with many similar products released by competitors is the background for research. J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember is a company that launched donuts as a product it offers and has many competitors. The aim of this research was to test and analyze the influence of product, price, location and promotion on donut purchasing decisions at J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. A sample of 50 respondents was taken from the consumer population who purchased donuts directly. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for Windows. The conclusion from the results of this research is that product, price, location and promotion variables simultaneously  have a significant influence on the decision to purchase donuts at J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. Partially, the results of this research concluded that the product, price and promotion variables partially had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while location partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis, location is the variable that has a dominant influence on the decision to purchase donut products at J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember.

Abstract

Lamongan Regency is known as one of the largest rice producers in East Java with a contribution of 8.76 percent to total rice production in East Java. The use of computer-based technology really supports planning, one of which is mapping. The aim of this research is to map rice production in Lamongan Regency using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. This research uses spatial data in the form of administrative maps of Lamongan Regency in 2017, sea depth maps in 2018 and rice production data in Lamongan Regency in 2017 and 2019. The results of the research show that rice production in Lamongan Regency is not much different in 2017 and 2019. There are fluctuations in rice production in each sub-district. The largest rice production is in Sugio District while the smallest production is in Paciran District. Factors that influence rice production include the area of ​​rice fields, land characteristics, and Lamongan Regency Government policies. Based on spatial analysis with maps, the largest rice production is in Sugio District because it is lowland with a high level of fertility and has the largest area of ​​rice fields. Meanwhile, the lowest rice production is in the Brondong, Paciran, Solokuro, Kalitengah and Deket sub-districts because the limestone mountains are rocky and areas prone to flooding and have limited rice fields. Apart from that, Paciran, Solokuro and Brondong sub-districts are more prioritized in developing the industrial, tourism and trade sectors

Abstract

Rice is the leading food commodity in Banyuwangi Regency. The development of rice food crops cannot be separated from the availability of quality rice seeds. UD. Sritanjung is a business entity that operates in the field of rice seed breeding to provide quality rice seeds, especially in Banyuwangi Regency. Development of rice seed business at UD. Sritanjung needs to be implemented to support the development of rice food commodities in Banyuwangi Regency. This research aims to design a strategy based on UD's internal and external environmental conditions. Sritanjung Banyuwangi. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research using the SWOT and QSPM methods. SWOT analysis is aimed at obtaining the best strategic alternatives, while QSPM analysis is carried out to rank these alternative strategies based on strategic priorities. The results of the research show that there are five alternative strategies produced, namely: 1) increasing the quantity of seed product production, especially seeds with high sales, 2) improving the quality of rice seeds produced through certification of new products and products that have not been certified, 3) opening shops in various existing marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, JD.id, and other marketplaces, 4) increasing promotion of certified rice seeds inside and outside the city directly, and 5) collaborating with the Banyuwangi Regency Government. The priority strategy in this research is to directly increase the promotion of certified rice seeds inside and outside the city.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of new drink shops that are appearing, one of which is coffee drink products. The company that produces coffee drinks in the city of Situbondo is Kopi Male. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of product quality, brand image and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Kopi Male, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased coffee beverage products at Kopi Male with a sample of 40 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.00. The results of this research can be concluded that the variables product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and price (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at Kopi Male Situbondo Regency. Partially, the results of this research can be concluded that the product quality (X1) and price (X3) variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Kopi Male, Situbondo Regency, while the brand image variable (X2) has an insignificant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at Kopi Male. Situbondo Regency. The price variable (X3) is the variable that has the dominant influence on consumers' purchasing decisions (Y) at Kopi Male, Situbondo Regency.
