This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery on purchasing decisions at J&T Express Bekasi branch in 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 21 program. The result of this study indicates that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meanwhile the price did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions whereas the results of the partial test show that Ho is accepted. and Ha is rejected, and timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test showed that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As a simultaneous test results showed that brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the simultaneous test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions given in this study include the company is expected to always improve the quality of service related to company employees in serving consumers and improve the quality of delivery of goods so that there are no delays.

The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is a direct and indirect influence between cartels and ticket tariffs of airlines business competition in Indonesia or not. The problems in this study were due to the high ticket price and public’ indication and suspicions of domestic airlines cartels practicing. The method used in this research was path analysis, to determine the direct and indirect effects of each variables. The result of the study states that the direct and indirect effect between the cartel, ticket rates, and business competition variables are equally significant. This could be seen from the result of the hypothesis analysis which state that the coefficient is above 0.300. It means that the influence is very strong. From some previous research of monopoly and price, it was found that monopolies in the aviation industry are often unavoidable because they protect airlines from losses. The result also shows that several customers in different levels do not matter about ticket price. For this type of passengers, they only need the route and flight schedule.

Based on Break Event Point (BEP) in this article, the most effective plane is Boeing 737-800 used by Sriwijaya Air which has the route from Jakarta to Makassar. The ticket price is ranging. The ticket for the upper class is Rp 1.650.769,- while the lower class is Rp 608.333,- For middle class ticket, the price is Rp 850.000,- The total revenue for a one time flight from Jakarta to Makassar is Rp 211.609.327,-The researcher concludes that Sriwijaya Air with its Boeing 737-800 although offers a reasonable price for the route Jakarta-Makassar still gains high income.

Tanjung Priok Container Terminal is a terminal that serves the loading and unloading process of containers with high service performance standards. Termnal Container customers expect the performance of the services provided by the company to meet their satisfaction or expectations. This study aims to determine the level of conformity between service performance and customer satisfaction or expectations at the container terminal. This study analyzed the data of 67 Container Terminal customers obtained by providing a questionnaire to the customers. The results of the suitability level analysis show that the service performance provided by the container terminal management is satisfied or very satisfied because it has a conformity percentage of 91.93%, besides that the index value of the gap or gap between performance and customer satisfaction / expectations is at -0.28. Where at this value, Container Terminals generally have met customer expectations, but in terms of reliability and assurance, it is still necessary to improve so that it is expected to increase the number and loyalty of Container Terminal customers.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran. The research method used quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study was employees of Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran and the sample was saturated with a total of 36 samples. The results show that Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance has a strong influence. From the coefficient determination, the contribution value of the Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment variable on Employee Performance is 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is another variable which is not examined in this study.

PT. Tresnamuda Sejati, as one of the manufacturer export documents, is always trying to serve neat and clean work for their customers. To keep their customers loyal in the competition era, they try their best to satisfy them. Customers’ satisfaction is one of the important things in running the company. In order to do so, the company should evaluate all the employees’ performance especially employees who are handling the customers. This study is aimed at finding out the employees’ performance of PT. Tresnamuda Sejati in satisfying the customers. The methods used are combination of quantitative and qualitative. Likert Scale and Cartesius are used to find out the performance indicators. The result of this study shows that their employees do not perform well and do not fulfill the indicators. The employees’ performance needs to be improved especially performance related to responsiveness and assurance.

The implementation of the School Safe Zone (ZoSS) provision program in the Depok City area for early childhood education, basic education and education that has not been implemented optimally is in accordance with the objectives of implementing the ZoSS program. The purpose of this research is to increase traffic awareness in the area to school, where many parents, teachers and children do not care about good driving and care for the safety of themselves and others. The problem in this study is the lack of public awareness of how to get to the school area safely. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data collection methods by interviewing children who go to school in Depok and secondary data from journals. The results showed that the application of ZoSS in the city of Depok has been implemented with priority in 7 elementary schools (SD) with traffic signs and officers optimally.

The objectives of the research are to identify and analyze circulation of passengers and services at PuloGebang Integrated Terminal waiting area during peak season. Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal is the South-East Asia’s largest terminal, inaugurated in December 2016. The method used in this research was simple linear regression. The result shows that the value gap between the level of expectation and the level of performance is negative, with the correlation coefficient of 0,751 and coefficient of determination of 56,4%. The hypothesis test result shows 10,913 > 1,66, meaning that the quality of services has strong and positive effects towards passengers’ satisfaction at Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal departure waiting area.

The object of this research is PT Baruna Raya Logistics in Jakarta. This company operates the ships main service which provides logistic support for offshore exploration, drilling, construction, production, and other activities related to offshore petroleum and mining industries. The company also develops business related to the boats’ crew, anchor handling vessel and supply vessel. This study conducted to know the effect of Anchor Handling Towing Vessel operating Harrier Supply to the performance of PHEONWJ PT Baruna Raya Logistics in Jakarta. The researchers use the linear regression method and look for correlation of the research object. From the data processing can be seen that there is a significant effect on the operation of a ship Anchor Handling Towing Supply PHEONWJ Harrier of performance. The influence of these two variables is significant which can be seen from the results of hypothesis: t-count> t-table or 3.384> 1.701.

The purpose of this study is to determine and identify the effect of warehouse infrastructure and spare parts procurement on ship operational performance with the effectiveness of ship maintenance as an intervening variable on ships owned by PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk in 2020. Methods of data analysis use linear regression analysis, simple correlation, partial or simultaneous and path analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that there is a significant positive direct effect of warehouse infrastructure on the effectiveness of ship maintenance, there is a significant positive direct effect of spare parts procurement on the effectiveness of ship maintenance, there is a significant positive direct effect warehouse infrastructure on ship operational performance, direct positive which is significant the procurement of spare parts on the operational performance of the ship, there is a significant positive direct effect of the effectiveness of ship maintenance on the operational performance of the ship, there is an intervening effect between warehouse infrastructure on the operational performance of the ship through the effectiveness of ship maintenance and there is an intervening effect between the procurement of spare parts on vessel operational performance through effective ship maintenance on vessels owned by PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk.
