Abstract

Abstract, Mulla Sadra is one of the Islamic figures recognized by the world regarding his philosophical thoughts, Mulla Sadra calls Islamic philosophy Al-Hikmah al-muta'aliah. Mulla Sadra's philosophical thoughts originate from the Koran and Hadith and he changes the way of thinking of someone who so far has thought that philosophy only provides absurd doctrines. This study aims to find out Mulla Sadra's way of thinking through philosophy based on the Al-Quran and Hadith and also knowing the nature of God and humans. This writing uses literature review, namely the appearance of scientific reasoning arguments. The library sources used are books, articles and previous research journals that are relevant to the theme of this subject. As well as using descriptive analysis based on Mulla Sadra's thoughts. The results of the study show that 1) Al-hikmah Al-muta'aliyah is a philosophical teaching that examines a study through rational thinking, a study that can be proven rationally and by analogy but the study still does not depart from Islamic law. 2) Having four spiritual journeys in Mulla Sadra's concept and a person is able to do it if he has cleansed his heart from all contents of the world 3) Knowledge can be obtained by humans according to Mulla Sadra in two ways: first is hard work, second is getting inspiration from the creator while Surahwardi knowledge is intrinsically holy, so humans need to purify themselves first, and also God who has no limits and does not depend on anything. Abstract

Abstract, Musyarakah is the concept of cooperation in an economic business based on sharia principles, which in this case uses a profit-sharing system, where profits and losses are share. There is a practice of collaboration with the name Pawon Emak As_Na with a business in the form of intestinal chips. This cooperation is carried out by two people. The two people agreed to collect capital to set up a business and the implementation of the business was carried out jointly, from the production process to marketing. This research aims to find out the mechanism of cooperative practice in the intestinal chips business at Pawon Emak As_Na and how this cooperation is practiced from a musyarakah perspective. This research is a qualitative research, descriptive, field research. The results of this research are that the mechanism of business cooperation practices at Pawon Emak As_Na is carried out by two people with the same portion of capital. Both of them are running their business, be it the search for raw materials, the production process, to marketing. The cooperation agreement is made verbally. Their principle is mutual trust because they already understand the character of each party. Then the practice of cooperating with intestinal chips at Pawon Emak As_Na in the musyarakah perspective is included in the uqud musyarakah, namely syirkah mufawadhah. The pillars and conditions of the musyarakah contract have been fulfilled, but ijab and qabul of their business cooperation are not strong, because the agreement has not been written so that if a conflict arises it can be denied by one of the parties. Abstract

Abstract, this paper aims to map how historical facts about pluralism in the Medina era (prophetic era) occurred?, and to what extent did the scholars' discussions about pluralism in this era emerge. The reality of pluralism does not only occur in the area of culture, but this reality also occurs in the area of religion and ethnicity. However, if this plurality is not managed properly, it will result in conflict and conflict between existing groups and between religions. An understanding of singular claims in some of the matters mentioned above (particularly with regard to religion, ethnicity and culture) can affect inharmonious relations in the life of the nation and state of a human being. The understanding that these prophetic events influenced the understanding of Muslims towards the pluralism events that occurred in the Medina era can be used as a basis for Muslims in dealing with the dynamics of pluralistic contemporary life, therefore this study was written. This paper concludes; that Islam and pluralism in the Medina era were mapped into three categories; namely in the field of religion, in the field of ethnicity and ethnicity and in the field of culture. It is this factor that encourages the need to make a charter agreement as one of the wisest efforts to reduce widespread social conflict. Especially if accompanied by strong sanctions for violators. Abstract

Abstract This article discusses Jamaluddin Al-Qasimi's thoughts or manhaj regarding the Science of Al-Jarh Wa Al-ta'dil in writing his book entitled Al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil. The book by Al-Qasimi is used as a reference to find out the life history and quality of the narrators. Jamaluddin Al-Qasimi also took part in contributing to providing data on hadith narrators. From the book, it can be seen the comments of the hadith scholars who are critical of their opinion about the condition of each narrator, whether the narrator is accepted (maqbul) or rejected (mardud) so that later the status of hadith and the degree of hadith can be determined by the flow of transmission by the narrator. This article was reviewed using the library research method and also through the content analysis method approach. headlines from previous generations of critics. And after Jamaluddin Al-Qasimi compared his book with other critics' books of the same type, finally Jamaluddin Al-Qasimi's idealism in the book was not well connected between the concepts in the book and its reality. The source of the data for this article is in the form of documentation consisting of: The Book of History of Hadith Science, Introduction to Hadith Science, Mustalah al-Hadith Science, the book of al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil, the collection of hadith 9 (pole al-tis'ah) and the sharh -his. The findings of this study are as follows: a). There are four schools of scholars in determining the quality of hadith, namely, mutasyaddid (strict-strict), muta'annut (excessive), mutawassit (moderate) and mutasahhil (soft-permissive). b). The implication of different schools of thought in determining the quality of hadith for the life of Muslims for the mutasyaddid (strict) school is that a hadith that does not meet the validity criteria cannot be used as proof of syar'iyyah. Likewise the mutawassit (moderate) schools of thought, unless there is another stronger argument (Qur'an-hadith) as its support. The muta'annut and mutasahhil schools of thought tend to use low-quality hadiths, especially for the virtues of charity and morality. Keywords: Jarh, Manhaj, Ta'dil, Hadith, Rawi.

Abstract

Abstract People should have good ethics and morals. However, in the modern era, morality towards God and man began to decline. This is evidenced by the many viral news and people's daily lives that have deviated. They feel that they are far away and cannot be changed because it has become who they are. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate how to behave toward God and man without exaggeration so that good is more apparent than bad. The research method used is literature study, with historical-critical-philosophical approach and descriptive-analytical analysis. The results were that 1) Ibn Miskawaih's ethical thinking was built on his view of the human soul. Where man first knows his soul by cleansing from heart disease and excessive love for the world. Heart disease and soul cleansing can be done by always learning a lot to do good, staying away from greedy friends, living in simple circumstances even though it has advantages, preparing to fight lust, learning about religion, and introspection. 2) The importance of the middle position as a guide in the point of goodness according to Ibn Miskawaih is important. Where one must not be extreme deficient or extreme excessive. It must be a middle extreme or middle position which is said to be the true good and must be used as the foundation of the individual. 3) Implementation can be done by cleansing the heart, then getting used to doing good so that later it becomes a habit that leads to divine health. The culmination of Ibn Miskawaih's ethical thought from the above is being able to do good directly without thinking because it has become a habit to do good. Abstract

Political differences between Islamic Traditionalists and Secular Modernists have resulted in massive progress in the landscape of Islamic political thought. This is highlighted by the formation of a third group, which differs from the traditionalist and secular perspectives on Islamic politics. Fazlur Rahman, who established himself as the neo-modernists' spokesperson, is one of the key figures in this category. This study aims to analyze Fazlur Rahman’s view regarding the Islamic concept of the state, seems more inclined to argue that Islam neither commands nor teaches clearly about the constitutional system but acknowledges that there are a number of values and ethics in the Qur'an. Thus, the qualitative method will be employed in this work, along with a historical study approach gleaned from books, journals, and related publications. This study discovered that Fazlur Rahman's idea of an Islamic state seems to be a somewhat flexible formulation, not too stringent given specific circumstances. This type of formulation will avoid differences of opinion among Muslims, which can lead to the non-recognition of friendly countries as Islamic countries due to different visions, both due to differences in theological schools of thought and schools of law, as well as strategies for implementing and fostering them.
