Abstract

Study Purpose. This study aims to describe the traditional tapa gala game based on local wisdom as a strengthening of mutual cooperation character in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile for elementary school students in Physical Education Sports and Health learning. Materials and methods. This research is a literature study research, by searching relevant literature to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts of traditional tapa gala games based on local wisdom as a strengthening of mutual cooperation character in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile in Physical Education Sports and Health learning. Results. Mutual cooperation character education in traditional tapa gala game sports shows that traditional tapa gala game sports contains various aspects of mutual cooperation character education. The traditional game sport tapa gala has the potential to be implemented in Physical Education Sports and Health learning in an effort to strengthen the character of mutual cooperation to promote cooperation between students in learning. Conclusion. The traditional game sport tapa gala based on local wisdom is also a local cultural heritage that must be preserved by students in learning Physical Education Sports and Health as a strengthening of mutual cooperation character to implement the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Study Purpose. The success of the learning process depends on the educator, where an educator plays an important role in the learning process. This study aimed to determine the effect of learning media on the learning achievement of forehand strokes in table tennis games. Materials and Methods. The method used in this research was a quasi-experimental research with one group pre-test post-test design. The population used in this study were students in MTS Sunan Giri class VIII the sample used was 36 students. The research was conducted 4 times. The data collection technique used was a table tennis forehand test. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, normality test, and hypothesis testing. Results. There was an effect of learning media on the learning achievement of forehand shots in table tennis games. this is evidenced by the t-test results obtained of 0.00 which means a significant value <0.05. Conclussion.Through these results, it can be concluded that there was a significant influence of learning media on the learning achievements of forehand strokes in table tennis games.

Abstract

Study Purpose. The use of learning media has a role in the learning process. The use of appropriate media can improve student learning achievement. This study aimed to determine the effect of slow-motion learning media on forward-roll learning achievement. Materials and methods. This research was a quantitative descriptive research in the form of a quasi-experimental. The population in this study was all classes of V at SDN Balonggabus with the sample used, namely 31 students. This research was conducted 4 times. The data collection technique used was the learning achievement test instrument. The analysis technique used was descriptive, normality test, and hypothesis testing to prove the influence of learning media on student learning achievement. Results. Based on the analysis results, the results showed that there was influence as evidenced by the hypothesis test results of 0.00, which means <0.05. Conclussion. Concluded that there was a significant influence of the application of slow-motion learning media on learning achievement of forward roll.

Abstract

Study purpose. Adaptation is very important for student development, especially in the academic field. This study aims to describe the level of ability of physical education students in adapting to the academic environment in 2023. Materials and Methods. Quantitative research methods were used to achieve the research objectives. A total of 54 physical education students were part of the research sample. The research data was accommodated using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online via a google form link. Quantitative data analysis using ideal standards and ideal mean values was used to determine the classification of student adaptability. Results. The results showed that 11 students had very high adaptability, 29 students had high ability, 13 students had moderate ability, 1 student had low ability, and no students had very low ability. Conclusions. Based on the results found, it can be concluded that the adaptability of Physical Education students is dominantly in the high category.

Abstract

Studi purpose. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of physical education students in learning tennis Materials and Methods. The research method used was classroom action research using two cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. The method in this research was carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions collaboratively to improve tennis learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were all seventh-semester students who took part in tennis lecture, totaling 35 students. This research was conducted from March 2023 to May 2023. The data obtained is then selected what is needed and can be used as a reference in compiling a research report. After getting an overview of the problems and constraints found in cycle 1, the next step is for researchers to rearrange the activity plan to get good results in the second cycle. Results. The results showed that in the first cycle the students' completeness was 69%, and in the second cycle the students' completeness was 94% Conclusions. The conclusion in this study is that the application of mobile learning-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning tennis.

Abstract

Studi purpose. This study aims to determine the ability of elementary school students, especially the lower classes, to do layups Materials and methods. The sample is 117 elementary school students, 52 boys, and 65 girls. The layup ability test is carried out by giving five opportunities to students. Admission is scored one, and non-entry is scored 0. Descriptive and non-parametric analysis is used to explain the data that has been collected. Results. The results showed little difference in the skill of laying up between boys and girls of low-grade elementary school students. This can be seen from the average layup ability and standard deviation values , which are not much different. This similarity is even more convincing when a non-parametric statistical test is carried out, which gives a significant count of 0.165 Conclusion. This concludes that there is no difference between boys and girls in the ability to do the lay up

Abstract

Studi purpose. Physical fitness is one of the important indicators of success in a soccer game. However, during its implementation, students' physical fitness is not paid enough attention and is not even used as a benchmark for preparing training programs. This study aims to determine physical fitness in extracurricular soccer students. Materials and methods. In this study using a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method, where in this study tests and measurements were carried out. The population is extracurricular soccer students at SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana Kayong Utara. The sampling technique with perposive sampling so that 20 students were sampled. The instrument in this study used the Indonesian physical fitness test (TKJI) aged 13-15 years. Percentage descriptive data analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 software. Results. The results showed that 10% of students were in the good category, 15% were in the poor category and 75% were in the moderate category. Conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that extracurricular soccer students are in the moderate category, so the results of this study can be a reference for sports trainers and teachers in providing suitable training programs to improve physical fitness.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to prove that the integration of the PjBL models with the inclusive teaching style can improve the underhand service volleyball skills. Materials and methods. The research used classroom action research methods. The research design uses the model from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of 4 stages, namely 1.) Planning, 2.) Implementation of action, 3.) Observation and 4.) Reflection. The research subjects were students of class X A SMA Negeri 1 Salam Babaris with a total of 27 people consisting of 13 boys and 14 girls. Results. Collecting data using quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results of the observation data stated that there was an increase through two cycles. Preliminary observation data shows that 37.04% complete and 68.96% incomplete, then cycle I observation data shows that 59.26% complete and 40.74% incomplete, followed by cycle II observation data shows that 85.18% complete and 14.82% incomplete and has achieved the minimum completeness criterion , namely 80% with KKM 75. Conclusions. It can be proven that the integration of the PjBL models with the inclusive teaching style can improve the underhand service volleyball skills.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the practice of hitting the ball on the results of volleyball smashes in extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Materials and Methods. In this study the method used was an experiment with the design of One Group Pre test Post test, namely statistics to determine the influence between two symptoms, the data collection technique used was by test. Smash punch test to measure the results of a smash punch in a volleyball game. The population in this study was male students who participated in volleyball training activities at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. The sample consisted of 14 male students of SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Results. The magnitude of the influence between the practice of hitting the ball on the results of the smash punch was that it could be seen by the hypothesis using the t test obtained a t count of 1.951 and a t table price of 1.761. So t count > t table, thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of the practice of hitting the ball on the results of volleyball smashes in extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Conclusions. The conclusions of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of hitting the ball practice on smash results in volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1.

Abstract

Studi purpose: As an athlete who has a demand to excel when competing, anxiety in athletes becomes one of the conditions that athletes often experience which affects the athlete's performance in facing the match. One of the mental factors that trigger athletes' psychology is anxiety, self-confidence, and resilience factors. This study aimed to determine the level of anxiety, self-confidence, and resilience of Sian Soor junior athletes in the sport of tennis. Materials and methods: This type of research was descriptive quantitative, which is to see a description of the psychological aspects of junior athletes Sian Soor tennis court. The research location was conducted at the Sian Soor tennis Mayor of Jayapura City Papua. The population in this study were all junior athletes Sian Soor Jayapura City Papua involving 25 people from the age group 10 to 18 years. The sample was taken based on random sampling with a total of 18 athletes. The instruments used in data collection were anxiety, self-confidence, and resilience instruments. Results. Based on data analysis from 18 athletes the results that the anxiety aspect was very high (5.56%), high (22.22%), moderate (44.44%), and low (27.78%). Aspects of confidence were very high (5.56%), high (16.67%), medium (61.11%), and low (16.67%). The resilience aspect was high (16.67%), medium (66.67%), and low (16.67%). Conclusions. Based on the results obtained in this study, it is concluded that Junior Sian Soor athletes in Jayapura City Papua on the dominant anxiety aspects of the moderate category, aspects of self-confidence in the moderate category, and resilience in the moderate category. therefore it is suggested to the coach to provide interventions in the form of mental training, especially to increase self-confidence and resilience, so that the degree of anxiety competing can be minimized.
