Abstract

This study investigates the impact of advertising effectiveness on online purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms, focusing on Shopee, using the EPIC Model (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication). It also examines the moderating role of brand image in this relationship. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active Shopee users. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model to assess the relationships between advertising effectiveness, brand image, and purchase decisions. The findings indicate that advertising effectiveness significantly and positively influences online purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image plays a crucial role in strengthening the relationship between advertising effectiveness and purchase decisions, highlighting its importance in enhancing the impact of advertisements on consumer behavior. This study emphasizes the need for e-commerce platforms to implement effective advertising strategies and cultivate a strong brand image to foster consumer loyalty and drive purchasing decisions. These insights offer valuable guidance for marketers to optimize advertising outcomes in competitive e-commerce environments.

Abstract

This study explores the role of product innovation and digital promotion in enhancing the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In globalization and digital transformation, SMEs face significant challenges, including shifting consumer preferences and heightened competition. Product innovation is critical in adding value and differentiating SME products. Meanwhile, digital promotion provides a cost-effective avenue for SMEs to reach broader audiences than traditional media. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method targeting SMEs across various sectors. The sampling used the total sampling method, with a sample of 70 people. The total sampling technique was used, and data were collected through Likert scale-based questionnaires. The findings reveal that the synergy between product innovation and effective digital promotion strategies significantly enhances SME competitiveness, increased sales, stronger customer loyalty, and improved market positioning. These results highlight the importance of adopting sustainable innovation practices and leveraging digital platforms strategically to thrive in an ever-changing market landscape. This study offers practical insights for SMEs to strengthen their market presence and maintain a competitive edge.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of Islamic communication in the Information era. The digital era has presented various challenges that must be faced by society, because the digital era presents various conveniences in accessing information whose validity is sometimes still questionable. Islamic communication that has the target of realizing khairu ummah/The Best Society as an ideal form of society that is aspired to. An ideal society is a society in which the social process runs with collective awareness to provide mutual benefits, uphold what is ma'ruf, collectively prevent every destructive social thought and action, and always consistently maintain faith and religious beliefs. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in order to provide a structured discourse on a situation, problem, event, matter, or plan. The results of the study showed that the Implementation of Islamic Communication is the best alternative in achieving the goals of khairu ummah. The Implementation of Islamic Communication is still chosen to resolve various problems of the community towards a safe, peaceful, harmonious and tolerant social life condition. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi komunikasi Islam di era Informasi. Era digital telah menghadirkan berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat, karena era digital menghadirkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi yang kadang validitas kebenaranya masih dipertanyakan. Komunikasi Islam yang memiliki sasaran terwujudnya khairu ummah/Masyarakat Terbaik sebagai bentuk ideal masyarakat yang dicita-citakan. Masyarakat yang ideal adalah masyarakat yang di dalamnya proses sosial berjalan dengan kesadaran kolektif untuk saling memberi manfaat, menegakkan yang ma’ruf, secara berjamaa’ah mencegah setiap pemikiran dan tindakan sosial yang merusak, serta selalu konsistem untuk mempertahankan keimanan dan keyakinan beragama. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskkriptif, guna memberikan wacana secara terstruktur tentang suatu keadaan, masalah, kejadian, perihal, atau rencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Komunikasi Islam merupakan alternatif terbaik dalam pencapaian tujuan khairu ummah. Impleemntasi Komunikasi Islam tetap dipilih guna penyelesaian berbagai permasalahan ummat menuju kondisi kehidupan sosial yang aman, damai, harmonis dan toleran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth the planning, implementation, and follow-up of learning assessment in science subjects for grade III at SDN 02 Kabila. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which allows researchers to describe phenomena in detail and contextually. Data were collected through non-participatory observation, where researchers observed the learning process without directly participating, and in-depth interviews with two class teachers who were responsible for the science learning. In addition, analysis of student assessment documentation was also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of the assessment. The results of the study showed that the assessment carried out by teachers covered three main domains, namely the cognitive domain related to aspects of knowledge, the affective domain including attitudes and values, and the psychomotor domain related to student skills. This assessment is carried out continuously using two types of assessments, namely formative assessments which aim to monitor student learning progress periodically, and summative assessments which are used to evaluate competency achievement at the end of learning. Teachers also adjust the methods and forms of assessment to the characteristics of each student so that the assessment results are more valid and can describe student abilities accurately. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta tindak lanjut dari penilaian pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas III di SDN 02 Kabila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggambarkan fenomena secara rinci dan kontekstual. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipatif, di mana peneliti mengamati proses pembelajaran tanpa ikut serta secara langsung, serta wawancara mendalam dengan dua guru kelas yang bertanggung jawab atas pembelajaran IPA tersebut. Selain itu, analisis dokumentasi penilaian siswa juga dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai pelaksanaan penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru mencakup tiga ranah utama, yaitu ranah kognitif yang berkaitan dengan aspek pengetahuan, ranah afektif yang meliputi sikap dan nilai, serta ranah psikomotorik yang berhubungan dengan keterampilan siswa. Penilaian ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan menggunakan dua jenis penilaian, yaitu penilaian formatif yang bertujuan untuk memantau perkembangan belajar siswa secara berkala, dan penilaian sumatif yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian kompetensi pada akhir pembelajaran. Guru juga menyesuaikan metode dan bentuk penilaian dengan karakteristik masing-masing siswa agar hasil penilaian lebih valid dan dapat menggambarkan kemampuan siswa secara akurat.

Abstract

Dental implants as a solution for tooth loss rehabilitation are increasingly developing with various approaches and techniques tailored to the clinical needs of each patient. This review article aims to summarize and analyze two recent studies on dental implants, namely the Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) technique, and factors affecting marginal bone loss in implants. This study adopted a literature review method with a focus on case report articles related to dental implants. Data were collected from articles published over the past ten years through the Google Scholar database. The first article explored the use of GBR technique for bone augmentation in patients with mandibular bone volume deficiency. This method was shown to be effective in increasing bone volume and implant stability through the use of xenograft bone graft. The second article identifies various factors that contribute to marginal bone loss in the early postimplant stage. The analysis showed that abutment selection and retention need to consider implant positioning, aesthetics, and ease of long-term maintenance. The GBR technique has been shown to be effective in increasing the bone volume that supports implant stability, although its application still requires long-term evaluation. In addition, marginal bone loss is caused by multifactorial factors such as bone quality and the surgical technique used. Selection of the right method and an in-depth understanding of the patient's clinical condition are essential for successful dental implant therapy. ABSTRAKImplan gigi sebagai solusi untuk rehabilitasi kehilangan gigi semakin berkembang dengan berbagai pendekatan dan teknik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis masing-masing pasien. Artikel review ini bertujuan untuk merangkum dan menganalisis dua penelitian terbaru mengenai implan gigi, yaitu teknik Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR), dan faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi penurunan tulang marginal pada implan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode tinjauan literatur dengan fokus pada artikel case report terkait implan gigi. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan selama kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir melalui database Google Scholar. Artikel pertama mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknik GBR untuk augmentasi tulang pada pasien dengan kekurangan volume tulang mandibula. Metode ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan volume tulang dan stabilitas implan melalui penggunaan bone graft xenograft. Artikel kedua mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap marginal bone loss pada tahap awal pasca pemasangan implan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan abutment dan retensi perlu mempertimbangkan posisi implan, estetika, dan kemudahan perawatan jangka panjang. Teknik GBR terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan volume tulang yang mendukung stabilitas implan, meskipun penerapannya masih membutuhkan evaluasi jangka panjang. Selain itu, penurunan tulang marginal disebabkan oleh faktor multifaktorial seperti kualitas tulang dan teknik bedah yang digunakan. Pemilihan metode yang tepat dan pemahaman mendalam tentang kondisi klinis pasien sangat penting untuk keberhasilan terapi implan gigi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tax consultants’ perceptions of the use of the Coretax system in the reporting of Value Added Tax (VAT). Coretax is part of a digital transformation initiative by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax administration. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study was conducted at Ferdian & Partners Tax Consulting Firm in Surabaya. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with tax consultants who have hands-on experience using the Coretax system. Thematic analysis was applied by referring to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which includes five key dimensions: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. The results indicate that Coretax is generally perceived positively, as it offers convenience, efficiency, and improved accuracy in VAT reporting. However, technical challenges such as unstable servers, limited features, and insufficient technical support from the DGT remain significant obstacles. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing system reliability and support policies to ensure broader acceptance and optimal implementation of Coretax in the tax compliance process. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi konsultan pajak terhadap penggunaan sistem Coretax dalam pelaporan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN). Sistem Coretax merupakan bagian dari transformasi digital yang diinisiasi oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi administrasi perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan dilaksanakan di salah satu Kantor Konsultan Pajak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap konsultan pajak yang telah menggunakan Coretax secara langsung. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan mengacu pada model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), yang mencakup lima dimensi utama: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, dan behavioral intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Coretax dipandang positif karena memberikan kemudahan, efisiensi, dan peningkatan akurasi dalam pelaporan PPN. Namun, tantangan teknis seperti gangguan server, keterbatasan fitur, dan minimnya dukungan teknis dari DJP masih menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sistem dan dukungan kebijakan agar implementasi Coretax dapat berjalan optimal dan diterima secara luas oleh para pelaksana pajak.

Abstract

Bandung City faces a high risk of flooding due to its geographical conditions, poor drainage systems, river sedimentation, and low public awareness of environmental preservation. In this context, the role of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), particularly the synergy between Lanal Bandung (Navy) and Kodim 0618/BS (Army), is crucial in disaster mitigation efforts. This study aims to formulate strategies to strengthen cooperation between the two units in flood mitigation. A qualitative descriptive method was employed with 21 participants, using literature review, field observation, and in-depth interviews with TNI personnel and relevant stakeholders. The analysis was based on the theories of cooperation, synergy, and social systems. The findings indicate that synergy can be enhanced through clear role distribution, improved coordination mechanisms, regular joint exercises, and the use of information technology to accelerate response. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an integrated strategy model that combines operational, structural, and community education aspects to overcome sectoral ego between units. The study concludes that integrated collaboration not only strengthens TNI preparedness in flood mitigation but also improves community resilience in urban areas. This strategy model provides practical contributions to cross-sectoral cooperation and serves as a reference for disaster management in other regions. ABSTRAKKota Bandung memiliki kerentanan tinggi terhadap banjir yang dipicu oleh kondisi geografis, buruknya sistem drainase, sedimentasi sungai, serta perilaku masyarakat yang kurang peduli lingkungan. Dalam konteks ini, peran TNI, khususnya sinergi antara Lanal Bandung (TNI AL) dan Kodim 0618/BS (TNI AD), menjadi krusial untuk mendukung mitigasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi penguatan kerjasama kedua satuan dalam penanggulangan banjir. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 21 partisipan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara mendalam dengan personel TNI serta pemangku kepentingan terkait. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka teori kerjasama, sinergitas, dan sistem sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembagian peran yang jelas, penguatan mekanisme koordinasi, latihan bersama secara rutin, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mempercepat respons. Temuan utama penelitian ini adalah model strategi terpadu yang menggabungkan aspek operasional, struktural, dan edukasi masyarakat, sehingga mampu mengatasi ego sektoral antar satuan. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi yang terintegrasi tidak hanya memperkuat kesiapsiagaan TNI dalam mitigasi banjir, tetapi juga meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat perkotaan. Model strategi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi peningkatan kerjasama lintas sektoral serta referensi bagi pengelolaan bencana di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Credentialing of healthcare personnel is a vital mechanism for ensuring service quality at community health centers (Puskesmas). Through document verification, competency assessment, and assignment of clinical authority, credentialing ensures that healthcare workers perform within their professional scope. However, its implementation still encounters structural and technical challenges. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of credentialing for nursing personnel in determining clinical authority at Puskesmas in Depok City, using the input–process–product (IPP) evaluation model and the 5M framework (Man, Money, Machine, Material, Method). This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a naturalistic study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review involving 14 informants from the Health Office and various Puskesmas. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles & Huberman. Credentialing has been carried out in accordance with procedures, although not yet optimally across all components. The input phase revealed the readiness of human resources and supporting documents, but gaps remain in understanding clinical authority. The process was systematic but lacked direct observation and adequate feedback mechanisms. The product showed positive impacts on service quality and professionalism, though quantitative measurements were limited. Credentialing serves as both a quality management strategy and a tool for strengthening human resource governance. Credentialing is a strategic instrument to ensure healthcare service quality and professional accountability, whose effectiveness depends on system support, human resources, regulations, and continuous capacity building. ABSTRAKKredensial tenaga kesehatan merupakan mekanisme penting dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan di Puskesmas. Melalui verifikasi dokumen, asesmen kompetensi, dan penetapan kewenangan klinis, kredensial memastikan bahwa tenaga kesehatan menjalankan praktik sesuai kapasitas profesionalnya. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala struktural dan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kredensial tenaga kesehatan keperawatan dalam penetapan kewenangan klinis di Puskesmas Kota Depok, dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi input–proses–produk (IPP) dan kerangka kerja 5M (Man, Money, Machine, Material, Method). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi naturalistik. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen terhadap 14 informan dari Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode interaktif Miles & Huberman. Pelaksanaan kredensial telah sesuai prosedur, meskipun belum optimal di seluruh aspek. Input menunjukkan kesiapan SDM dan dokumen pendukung, namun belum merata dalam pemahaman kewenangan klinis. Proses kredensial sudah sistematis, tetapi kurang dalam observasi langsung dan umpan balik. Produk menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap mutu layanan dan profesionalisme, meski belum terukur secara kuantitatif. Kredensial berperan sebagai strategi manajemen mutu dan penguatan tata kelola SDM kesehatan. Kredensial merupakan instrumen strategis dalam menjamin mutu layanan dan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan, yang efektivitasnya bergantung pada sistem, SDM, regulasi, dan pembinaan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the motivations for marriage in Islam using the perspective of Maqashid Syariah and to compare them with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory.The fundamental difference between the two theories lies in their orientation and theoretical foundations. The Maqashid Syariah framework is derived from Islamic texts (nash) and considerations of maslahah (benefit) from a Sharia perspective, while Maslow’s theory is based on the psychological analysis of human needs without incorporating religious elements. This research is a library study employing content analysis methods on literature related to Islamic jurisprudence on marriage (fiqh al-zawaj), principles of Islamic law (usul al-fiqh), and motivational theory. The findings indicate that marriage motivations according to Maqashid Syariah can be categorized into three levels of benefit: Dharuriyyat (essentials), Hajiyyat (complementary needs), and Tahsiniyyat (refinements). Motivations under dharuriyyat include the preservation of religion (hifz al-din), honor (hifz al-‘a’radh), emotional well-being (hifz al-qalb), life (hifz al-nafs), lineage (hifz al-nasl), intellect (hifz al-‘aql), and wealth (hifz al-mal). Hajiyyat motivations pertain to the fulfillment of sexual and health-related needs, while tahsiniyyat motivations relate to aspects of refinement, such as virginity, chastity, and physical appearance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji motivasi pernikahan dalam Islam dengan menggunakan perspektif Maqashid Syariah serta membandingkannya dengan Teori Motivasi Maslow. Perbedaan mendasar antara kedua teori tersebut terletak pada orientasi dan sumber teori. Teori Maqashid Syariah disusun berdasarkan nash dan pertimbangan maslahat dari perspektif syariat, sedangkan Teori Maslow berangkat dari analisis kebutuhan manusia secara psikologis tanpa memasukkan unsur keagamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan dengan metode analisis isi terhadap literatur-literatur fiqh pernikahan, ushul fiqh, dan teori motivasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi menikah menurut Maqashid Syariah dapat dikategorikan ke dalam tiga hierarki maslahat: dharuriyyat, hajiyyat, dan tahsiniyyat. Motivasi dharuriyyat meliputi pemeliharaan agama (hifz al-din), kehormatan (hifz al-‘a’radh), hati (hifz al-qalb), jiwa (hifz al-nafs), keturunan (hifz al-nasl), akal (hifz al-‘aql), dan harta (hifz al-mal). Motivasi hajiyyat terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan seksual dan kesehatan, sedangkan motivasi tahsiniyyat berkaitan dengan faktor kesempurnaan seperti keperawanan, keperjakaan, dan penampilan fisik.

Abstract

The standard of care plays a vital role in directly influencing how satisfied patients feel in healthcare settings. From early observations in the inpatient unit Dr. Hafiz Hospital (RSDH) Cianjur, several patient complaints were still noted regarding certain service aspects that were seen as lacking. This highlights the need for a thorough assessment and overall enhancement of care quality. Research employs a quantitative descriptive method through a survey approach. total 222 inpatients, selected through purposive sampling, took part in this study. Information was gathered using a structured questionnaire that had previously been tested for reliability and validity. Data collected were analyzed both descriptively and statistically using the chi-square test with the support of SPSS software version 27. Show that most participants perceived the service quality at the hospital to be favorable. In addition, a significant correlation was found between the level of care quality and patient satisfaction. These outcomes suggest that better service delivery is closely tied to higher levels of satisfaction among patients. Therefore, efforts to improve service quality are crucial for hospital management to foster patient trust and enhance their overall experience. Recommendations from the study include strengthening staff capabilities, refining service protocols, and conducting routine quality reviews.  ABSTRAKKualitas layanan merupakan komponen esensial yang secara langsung berdampak terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna di institusi layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan observasi awal di ruang perawatan inap Rumah Sakit Dr. Hafiz (RSDH) Cianjur, masih ditemukan sejumlah keluhan dari pasien terkait beberapa aspek pelayanan yang dianggap belum maksimal, sehingga diperlukan peninjauan dan perbaikan kualitas secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sebanyak 222 pasien rawat inap yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive menjadi partisipan dalam studi ini. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui angket tertutup yang sebelumnya telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan menggunakan uji chi-square melalui bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menilai mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit tergolong baik. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara mutu layanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, maka tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan akan semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, peningkatan mutu layanan menjadi langkah strategis yang perlu diupayakan oleh pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk menjaga kepercayaan dan memperkuat pengalaman positif pasien. Adapun saran yang diberikan meliputi penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penyempurnaan prosedur pelayanan, serta pelaksanaan evaluasi mutu secara berkala.
