Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito or Aedes albopictus. The characteristics of the infectious vector determine the spread and timing of the occurrence of infection. The habitat of aedes mosquitoes is generally in regions with tropical climates, high rainfall, and hot and humid temperatures. The design of this study is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study uses a total sampling technique of 45 samples. The data analysis presented was using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of this study were obtained as age variables with a pvalue of 0.012, education pvalue 0.028, house ventilation pvalue 0.016, water shelter condition pvalue 0.000, mosquito repellent with pvalue 0.014, clothes hanging place pvalue 0.016, waste disposal system pvalue 0.016.  From dengue patients at the Muaradua Health Center, the condition of water reservoirs is the one that has the strongest effect compared to other facts (OlR 67,867). This can be interpreted if the respondent has an unhealthy water reservoir, he will have a risk of 67,867 times to suffer from dengue, and if he is old, he will have a similar risk.

Abstract

Work environment and career development are crucial factors influencing turnover intention among nurses. Coaching can act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between these factors and turnover intention. This study aims to explore the influence of work environment and career development on turnover intention, with coaching as an intervening variable at Eka Hospital Bekasi. Methods: This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 nurses at Eka Hospital Bekasi. Data analysis was conducted using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses to understand the relationships between variables. Results: The results showed that work environment and career development have a significant influence on turnover intention. Coaching has a positive impact on reducing turnover intention, although its effect is smaller compared to the direct influence of work environment and career development on turnover intention. Conclusion: Work environment and career development are important factors influencing turnover intention, with coaching serving as an intervening variable that can reduce nurses' intention to leave. However, more effective coaching implementation is needed to optimize its impact on turnover intention. Recommendation: Eka Hospital Bekasi should enhance the quality of its work environment and career development, and ensure the effective implementation of coaching to reduce turnover intention among nurses

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus and transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This disease can attack all ages and can cause death. This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and the role of jumantik cadres in preventing Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the work area of the Tanjung Baru Community Health Center UPTD. This research uses a correlational quantitative method with a cross sectional approach and a sample size of 318 people. The variables studied are presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and tested using univariate and bivariate analysis, namely by using demographic data questionnaire instruments, knowledge level questionnaires, education questionnaires and health worker support questionnaires. The research results concluded that the chi square test results showed a value of ρ 0.000, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and community attitudes towards dengue prevention efforts. "This research concludes that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards dengue prevention efforts in the Tanjung Baru Community Health Center UPTD work area.

Abstract

Growth retardation occurs when the body of a child under 5 years old (toddler) does not reach its age-appropriate length or height. If the results of measuring body length (MU) or height (average) show <-2 SD (standard deviation) from the standard size of child growth and development this can be influenced by the quality of drinking water. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the biological and physical quality of drinking water with the incidence of stunting. The research design used is an observational analytic research design using quantitative data through a cross sectional approach and sampling techniques with Purposive Sampling from a population of 143 toddlers obtained a sample of 104 toddlers who live in the village of East Kedaton. From the results of the analysis it is known that the proportion of the incidence of respondents whose E-Coli microbiological quality is poor with stunting is 10 (31.2%) and the proportion of respondents whose Total Coliform microbiological quality is poor with stunting is 11 (28.2%), the proportion of respondents whose physical quality of water does not meet the requirements with stunting is 9 (30.0%). The results of the chi square test showed a significant relationship between the microbiological quality of E-Coli (p = 0.014), Total Coliform (p = 0.024), and the physical quality of water (p = 0.035) with the incidence of stunting.

Data were collected through structured questionnaires and medical records. The majority of respondents experienced gastritis (57.0%), with a higher proportion in adolescents who had moderate physical activity (p = 0.029), moderate stress levels (p = 0.001), and poor eating habits (p = 0.004). There is a significant association between physical activity, stress, and eating habits with the incidence of gastritis in adolescents. Holistic intervention is needed through nutrition education, stress management, and promotion of healthy lifestyle in school and family environment.
