Abstract

The availability of medical records is greatly influenced by fast and precise distribution. If the delivery of medical records to the intended polyclinic is not on time, it will affect the waiting time for patient services. The general objective of this study was to determine the length of time it took to provide outpatient medical records at RSIJ Pondok Kopi. This type of research uses descriptive, quantitative in nature, namely a survey conducted on a set of objects which usually aims to see a picture of what is happening in a certain population. From the results of research conducted in the medical record storage room, all procedures have been carried out properly. It's just that there is still a procedure that does not exist in this case, namely standardization of the time for providing medical records for outpatient services. Based on the conclusions that can be drawn from the results of the study, namely: in the implementation of taking and compiling medical records the officers carry out according to the SPO, it's just that there is no standardization of the length of time for providing medical records for outpatient services from the patient registering until the medical record is available / found. Some suggestions that can be useful for service providers are: it is hoped that there will be a standard time regarding the provision of medical records for outpatient services, so that officers can speed up the process of providing medical records.

Abstract

Diagnostic coding must comply with ICD-10 rules. According to WHO, the coding of delivery cases consists of the code for the mother's condition (O00-O75), the method of delivery (O80-084), and the Outcome of delivery Z37.-., while the code is Z37.-. used as an additional code to determine the outcome of labor. So that the coder officer must have knowledge in setting the diagnosis code. Coding accuracy is very necessary because it is used as a reporting material. To determine the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the percentage of accuracy of the diagnosis code for inpatient labor cases based on 3M (complications, delivery method, and outcome of delivery) and the cause of the inaccuracy of the diagnosis code for labor cases. Descriptive research type with a quantitative approach. The population is medical records of inpatients in labor cases with a sample of 100 medical records. The sampling technique is by systematic random sampling. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results: SOPs already exist, but not yet complete. The percentage of accuracy of the correct diagnosis code for labor cases is 22.33% while the incorrect diagnosis code is 77.67%. The cause of the inaccuracy of the ICD-10 code for delivery cases is that the diagnosis does not include the method of delivery and the outcome of delivery, and has never been done. evaluation or audit coding. The accuracy of the diagnosis of labor cases is still incomplete. Improve the SOP entry and complete the delivery method and outcome of delivery in medical records and registers.

Abstract

A good management information system has an influence on the effectiveness of employees' work, including in hospitals. In the pharmacy unit of the Bukittinggi Islamic Hospital, there are several shortcomings in the management information system, such as the input of new drugs that are not directly connected to the management information system at the hospital which causes disruption of waiting times for services at the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on work effectiveness in the pharmacy unit of the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. This study uses a cross sectional research method. The study population was all employees in the pharmacy unit of the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi with a sample of 31 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis technique is univariate and using structural equation path (smartPLS). The results showed that the t-table value was 1.96 with t-count 0.256, this indicates that t-count t-table means that there is no significant effect of management information systems on work effectiveness in the pharmacy unit of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Bukittinggi. Based on the r-square, the management information system is only able to affect the work effectiveness of employees by 64.1%, while 35.9% work effectiveness is influenced by other variables.

The approach used in this study is literature review analyzing scientific papers, books, and national journals. STBM is an approach to change the hygiene and sanitation behavior through community empowerment using triggering method. The SBS behavior was followed by the use of sanitary facilities in form of healthy latrines. Healthy latrines are an approach with a simple facilitation process that can change bad habits (open defecation) and expect healthy latrines ODF and sanitation obligations in building healthy latrines are part of the community's responsibility. Healthy latrines must be built, owned, and used by the family in a position (inside the house or outside the house) that is easily accessible to the occupants of the house.

Abstract

Stunting or short stature is a term used for children whose height is below average (<-2 SD) of the same sex, chronological age and ideally from the same racial-ethnic group. Stunting can cause children to experience health problems during their growth and development, even irreversible. In the short term, stunting causes a slowdown in the process of growth and development and in the long term it will have an impact on cognitive aspects and the possibility of non-communicable diseases. Therefore, the incidence of stunting is an indicator of child welfare in a country. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Bakunase Community Health Center, Kupang City. This type of research is an analytical survey, with a case control design. The number of samples was 136 people which were divided into 68 case groups and 68 control groups. The data analysis technique used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (p value = 0.000, OR = 6.667), mother's attitude (p value = 0.000, OR = 5.808), mother's parenting style (p value = 0.000, OR = 5.093), living environment ( p value = 0.000, OR = 7.538), and the incidence of diarrhea (p value = 0.002, OR = .3.175) with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Working Area of the Bakunase Health Center, Kupang City. Therefore, health promotion and cross-sector cooperation are needed to overcome the problem of stunting.

One form of classification coding is using External Cause, which is a code used to classify the external cause of a disease caused by accidents, injuries, poisoning, burns, or side effects of drugs. This study was conducted at the Emergency Department of the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Pondok Kopi with the aim of the study to determine the percentage of accuracy of diagnosis and external cause codes and identify SPO related to classification coding. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the technique of taking total sampling or saturated samples on 66 medical records for the period July 2022. The results of the research obtained with 66 samples related to traffic accident patients. Obtained the results of the accuracy of 66 appropriate injury diagnosis codes (100%) and 0 inappropriate (0%). The results of the accuracy of the external cause code obtained 66 (0%) external cause codes cannot be assessed because external cause coding activities have not been carried out. Only have SPO specifically for coding diagnoses in general, SPO specifically for external causes is not yet available. Of the 5 inhibiting factors studied, 3 inhibiting factors were obtained that caused the inaccuracy of external cause coding, namely Man, Money, and Material.

Types of analytical survey research. The research location was carried out in the working area of the Tarus Public Health Center, Kupang Regency and was carried out from June to July 2022. The research population was mothers with toddlers, totaling 5,370 mothers of toddlers and a sample of 95 toddlers. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the incidence of ARI was related to the mother's level of knowledge (p-value = 0.001), house ventilation (p-value = 0.004), occupancy density (p-value = 0.000), floor conditions (p-value = 0.003) , the condition of the walls of the house (p-value = 0.002), the age of the toddler (p-value = 0.000), the gender of the toddler (p-value = 0.000), but there is no relationship with cooking fuel (p-value = 0.596) with the incident ARI in the working area of the Tarus Public Health Center, Kupang Regency.
