Abstract

This study analyzes transformational leadership and green human resource management on turnover intention and job satisfaction as mediating variables at Risky Amalia Hospital, Sragen. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection in the form of a survey. The research sample was 162 respondents: directors, medical services, nursing, support services, and finance and general. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and the hypothesis model was tested with the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (Smart Pls) analysis tool. The findings show that transformational leadership and green human resource management have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and a negative effect on turnover intention. While job satisfaction significantly mediates between transformational leadership and green human resource management on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of credit risk management and the constraints faced at BPR Nusumma Jogja. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and discusses the application of credit management to minimize non-performing loans at BPR Nusumma Jogja. The results showed that the implementation of credit risk management at BPR Nusumma Jogja is carried out by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks. There are obstacles during the implementation of credit risk management, including the lack of coordination between employees, credit officers who do not understand their duties, and lack of employee motivation. BPR Nusumma Jogja improves quality by separating the function between the Account Officer and the section that handles problem loans, socializing credit products to customers, a commitment by the BPR Nusumma Jogja credit team, and equipping all employees to be able to analyze credit problems.

Abstract

An effective performance management system (PMS) needs special recognition from researchers, specifically regarding its holistic and comprehensive approach to improving organizational effectiveness. Researchers' interest in the effectiveness of PMS is relatively high from various perspectives.  This study aims to determine which antecedents drive effective PMS comprehensively. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review of research articles from 2000 to the latest in 2024. The review included 28 final articles from reputable journals. Several critical elements of effective PMS were discovered: regular feedback and effective communication, employee involvement and empowerment, fairness and objectivity, strategic alignment and integration, clear performance goals and planning, top management commitment, performance-oriented culture, integrating PMS, and rewards and recognition. By focusing on these aspects, organizations can ensure that their employees are engaged and motivated, supporting their strategic goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether organizational commitment mediates the effect of leadership style on subordinates' job performance. The research was conducted in hotels in Yogyakarta. This study is based on a quantitative descriptive approach using the partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to test its hypothesis model. The model was tested with 187 respondents. The results show that organizational commitment mediates the effect of transformational leadership style on subordinates' performance in the hospitality industry. It was also found that transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles significantly affect subordinates' performance. The implication is that hotel leaders should recognize appropriate actions and consider suitable leadership behaviours to enhance job performance, especially organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment also directly and significantly impacts job performance.

Abstract

Application-based online transportation services, such as Gojek, have become an important part of Indonesian people's lives, especially among students, due to their ease in meeting daily mobility needs. However, in the 2020–2023 period, there was a significant decline in the use of Gojek, with on-demand business segment transactions decreasing by 8.47% to reach IDR 40.38 trillion. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, in the context of students in Yogyakarta. The analysis method used path analysis with 120 respondents. The results showed that perceived ease of use did not significantly affect customer loyalty, while perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect. In addition, customer satisfaction was a significant mediating variable in the relationship. These findings provide insight for online transportation service companies in designing more effective business strategies to increase customer loyalty, increase user satisfaction, and face fierce competition in the ever-growing online transportation industry.

Abstract

Kuliterian is one of the leather fashion industry players that is facing stiff competition in utilizing TikTok live streaming as a marketing strategy. The development of digital technology and the increase in TikTok users provides new opportunities and challenges for Kuliterian in attracting and retaining an audience, as well as competing with other, more established brands. The main objective of this research is to develop a competitive strategy based on live streaming on TikTok to increase Kuliterian’s competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a SOAR and Porter’s Five Forces analysis approach. The research results show that Kuliterian needs to optimize content creativity, collaborate with influencers, and utilize TikTok analytical data to increase interaction with consumers. The resulting strategy includes product differentiation, technological innovation, loyalty program development, and brand strengthening. By integrating strategies based on internal potential and competitive analysis, this research provides new insight for Kuliterian in maximizing the potential of TikTok live streaming to increase its competitiveness in the digital fashion market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the relationship between patient satisfaction, professionalism of service providers, and intention to revisit the hospital so that it can be input for hospitals to improve the quality of their services and build good relationships with patients. This study is a quantitative study using a survey method. Sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The population was patients and their families at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. The study was conducted on 153 respondents. Data collection was done using a questionnaire on Google Forms, and regression analysis was used as an analysis technique. The findings show that the professionalism of service providers has a positive effect on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction has a positive effect on intention to revisit, and the professionalism of service providers has a positive effect on intention to revisit. In addition, the professionalism of service providers through patient satisfaction has a significant effect on the intention to revisit.

Abstract

The fast-food industry is experiencing rapid growth among Generation Z, where factors such as product variety, halal labeling, service quality, and price play an important role in shaping repeat purchase decisions and customer loyalty. Understanding these factors is key for businesses to design more effective marketing strategies. This study focuses on Gacoan Noodle restaurants in Central Java and aims to analyze the influence of product variety, halal labels, service quality, and price on Generation Z's repurchase decision. A quantitative approach was used in this study, and questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using random sampling techniques. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product variety, service quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on repurchase decisions, while the halal label shows a negative and significant impact. Among all variables, product variety is the most dominant factor in driving repurchase decisions. Overall, the four variables simultaneously influence Generation Z’s repurchase decision in the fast-food industry.

Abstract

In the face of increasing business competition, companies must ensure both sustainability and growth. Employee job satisfaction plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational stability and long-term performance. This study investigates the influence of work environment, compensation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Swadaya Graha, Rembang Regency. A total of 94 employees participated, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale. The analysis employed multiple linear regression. The results reveal that while the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction, compensation, and work discipline have significant positive impacts. The model explains 73.6% of the variance in job satisfaction, indicating that these factors are substantial predictors, while the remaining 21.4% may be attributed to variables outside the scope of this study. These findings offer practical implications for human resource strategies aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

In today's digital age, the photography industry is experiencing rapid growth, fueled by increasing public interest in photography, advancing camera technology, and social media's influence. Along with the increased competition among photography companies as a result of this growth, it is essential to recognize the elements influencing brand loyalty. This study examines how Brand Love influences Brand Loyalty in Indonesia's photography industry, with self-esteem and social influence as mediating variables. The research employs a quantitative approach, gathering data from photographers and photography enthusiasts in Indonesia. The study analyzes the relationships between variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS Version 4.0. The results show that Brand Love significantly improves Brand Loyalty and that this link is mediated by  social-influence and self-esteem. This research contributes valuable insights into brand dynamics within the photography industry and provides practical recommendations for marketers seeking to enhance brand loyalty in a competitive market environment.
