Abstract

Giving drug to patients or people who have been diagnosed with a disease is very rarely given as a pure active ingredient so most drugs are given in a dosage form. One form of drug dosage preferred by adult patients is a solid dosage form in the form of tablet. The aim is to increase understanding and technical abilities of pharmacy students in tablet manufacturing and tablet quality control. The method used was theoretical, practical and final evaluation which was carried out on 18 pharmacy students in the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory on the Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The result was the community service activities through training in tablet making and tablet quality control received enthusiasm and good responses from a total of 18 students participating. It is hoped that this training activity will be the beginning of opening up collaboration between the campus and private companies that make legal medicines and state-owned companies in expanding information and knowledge regarding tablet manufacturing and tablet quality control.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of the Final Income Tax for MSMEs. The partners involved in this community service activity are two MSME players operating in Wonokerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency. The methods used include observation, counseling, training, and evaluation. This activity was carried out for one month with five meetings, namely on September 5, 17, 24, and October 3, 5, 2023. Activities were carried out in stages according to the method that had been designed by visiting partners one by one at their business locations. The result after the activity show an increase in the target partners' understanding of taxation, MSME Final Income Tax, how to calculate MSME Final Income Tax, and how to make a NPWP.

Abstract

This was marked by obtaining goat livestock assistance for the group and the existence of joint land processing activities carried out by the group. One of the group's potentials in raising goats is the existence of corn plants that are managed by the group. In terms of feeding goats, the group still relies on providing forage in the form of field grass or corn straw obtained during harvest. The problem found in raising goats is that there is potential that has not been utilized by the group, namely the use of corn straw as animal feed which is continuously available and the low performance of the goats. The service activities carried out include counseling about feed processing to fulfill goat nutrition, goat health checks, practice of fermenting corn straw, making feed supplements and administering worm medicine. The method of implementing service is through lectures, discussions and direct practice. The results of the service that has been carried out are that the group knows the process of making fermented corn straw and feed supplements, adds to the group's insight into livestock care and knows about cases of worms in goats which can reduce goat performanThis was marked by obtaining goat livestock assistance for the group and the existence of joint land processing activities carried out by the group. Abstract

People with mental disorders, especially schizophrenia, struggle to recognize and manage their emotions. Therefore, community-based rehabilitation programs like SENIA are necessary to help them develop an understanding of emotions, emotional expression, and empathy. This program involves activities such as emotion recognition, emotion identification through card games, practicing emotion recognition with pictures, and education on healthy emotional expression. The results of the first stage show patient participation, the second stage indicates improvement in their ability to identify and narrate emotions, and the third stage involves patients in expressing emotions healthily under expert guidance. Although the program is running well, there is a need to consider the development of programs that involve more individuals comprehensively and maximally.

Abstract

UNSULTRA Internal Community Service Activities (PKM-UNSULTRA) carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology located in Baruga Village, Kendari City. Introducing how to make cattle feed using agricultural waste feed ingredients using appropriate processing methods in the beef cattle farming business group. Community service activities aim tutilize and apply feed from agricultural waste. Processing in the manufacture of feed from agricultural waste as an alternative feed to replace forage during the dry season. This is intended so that farmers can make their own feed and run their livestock business in a more focused manner. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in knowledge and skills in better feed processing in the use of agricultural waste into feed for beef cattle as well as business management.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve 6 aspects of AUD development in the Bagan Percut Smart Kindergarten through the "Educative House" APE. This type of research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research adapts the ADDIE Model which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of the development of this research are: APE "Educational Home for Developing Aspects of Child Development. The results of the practicality test of 12 young children at the Bagan Percut Smart Kindergarten show that the average score of the practicality test is 88.5% in the very practical category and in the effectiveness test it is known that the posttest score is 3 students who have the score is less than the KKM and has not been declared complete and there are 9 children who are more than the KKM.

Abstract

The rise of Indonesia's golden generation (known as the millennial generation) brings great potential for economic growth and national development towards the 100th anniversary of Indonesia's independence in 2045, so it requires leadership education that can become a solid foundation in facing future challenges. The aim of this leadership training activity are improve the quality of the millennial generation of productive age and form future leaders of the Indonesian nation who are wise, efficient, skilled and highly dedicated in realizing the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045. The methods used are lecture sessions or material presentations, FGDs (discussion between invited participants), discussion session and workshop. The result is the community service through this leadership training activity received quite good response and enthusiasm from the participants. It is hoped that this leadership training activity can be an opportunity to form subsequent collaborative activities with other universities on a larger scale and have a positive impact on national development.

Abstract

This training aims to equip class X students majoring in OTKP at SMK PGRI Sukoharjo with the ability to write business letters in English. The training participants were class X OTKP students at SMK PGRI Sukoharjo. Training was carried out using three meetings. Training is carried out online using Google Meet (first meeting) and face to face in class (second and third meetings). The first meeting includes a pre-test and material related to Parts of Business Letters in English. The second meeting is the Sales Letter. The third meeting was Order Letter and post-test material. The average of the pre-test is 20 while the average of the post-test is 85. Based on the pre and post test scores, there is a significant increase in the average score. This shows that this training can improve students' abilities in writing business letters.

Smoothies with seasonal fruits have become a rapidly growing focus of research in the context of a healthy lifestyle and culinary innovation. This article provides an in-depth overview of the concept and popularity of smoothies, particularly those utilizing seasonal fruits, as a healthy and refreshing beverage alternative. Additionally, this article highlights the trend of using spices as additives to smoothies, introducing a new dimension in terms of flavor and health benefits. Sustainability and flexibility in choosing seasonal fruits offer a variety of flavors and rich nutrients. This research outlines the potential development of smoothies with seasonal fruits as a beverage choice aligned with the demands of a healthy lifestyle and the evolving preferences of consumers. The significance of selecting seasonal fruits as the main ingredient in smoothies creates a beverage that is not only delicious but also meets the nutritional needs of the body. Various seasonal fruits like mangoes, strawberries, and oranges, rich in vitamin C and fiber, contribute positively to health. The uniqueness of smoothies with seasonal fruits lies in their ability to respond to seasonal changes, providing a natural variety of flavors.
