Abstract

Granting an independent midwife, is part of the vision phrase that will be realized by the Academy ofMidwifery (AKBID) Delima Persada Gresik. To realize that vision of the AKBID Delima PersadaGresik, is obliged to give knowledge to students as learners to have entrepreneur spirit. As the effectthe enactment of the Regulation of the Midwife Professional Organization, the Ikatan Bidan Indonesia(IBI), that to establish an Independent Midwife Practice Clinik / Klinik Bidan Praktek Mandiri(BPM), must have an internship certificate for 2 (two) years. it is considered burdensome for somegraduates waiting for 2 (two) years to be able to open the Clinic of Independent Practice Midwife/Klinik Bidan Praktek Mandiri (BPM) therefore are some graduates working out of their skills asmidwife , as well as many graduates of Midwife who implements activities gained form StudentActivity Unit/Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) of Entrepreneurship to open business independentlywhile applying internship at Senior Midwife. This research as a follow-up research that has been donein the Academy of Midwifery Delima Persada Gresik at 2017. The result of the research that has beendone is Student Activity Unit/Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) entreprenurship has been providingknoledge of haw to make porridge as an additional food /Makanan Tambahan (MT) ASI, organic milkporridge for baby and child under five years (Balita), and service product baby massage and baby spa.Knowledge and skill provided Entrepreneurship?s UKM expected to be a provision to open theopportunity to build an independent business that will accelerate the waiting period to get a job. Inthis research, the author wan to know whether Entrepreneurship?s UKM really have a role inaccelerating the waiting period of graduates Academy of Midwifery (AKBID) Delima Persada Gresik.Research Method used is qualitative method, and Object of research these are graduates of AKBIDDelima Perada Gresik.

Abstract

Pemimpin menjadi ujung tombak yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Begitu pula yang terjadi dalam pendidikan tinggi. PTS sebagai sarana meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dihadapkan kepada persaingan yang lebih ketat diantara PTS dan PTN. Hal tersebut menyebabkan PTS perlu mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dalam industri non pendidikan. Salah satu unsur dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, selain pimpinan adalah kinerja dosen, untuk dapat menjamin terjadinya penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka tingkat keprofesionalan kinerja dosen harus ditingkatkan pula. Pengelola PTS harus mulai menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan berorientasi pada mutu kinerja PTS yang ditunjang dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan kinerja dosen, sehingga mereka dapat memenangkan persaingan atau paling tidak bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara efektifitas kepemimpinan dan kinerja Dosen dalam peningkatan Mutu terhadap Strategi Pemasaran PT. Data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei di Perguruan Tinggi X dengan sampel 22 responden. Analisis Data menggunakan Analsis Deskriptif dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Dosen mempunyai pengaruh dengan tingkat Signifikansi 0,013 dan 0,043. Faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Peningkatan Mutu PT adalah Efektifitas Pimpinan.  Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi di Perguruan Tinggi X yang resmi diakuisisi oleh Universitas Y dan menjadi Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Y.  Private University as a means of improving the quality of human resources is faced with tighter competition between Private University and Public University. This causes Pruvate University to adopt a marketing strategy used in non-education industries. One of the elements in improving the quality of education, in addition to the leadership is the performance of lecturers, to be able to guarantee the mastery of science and technology then the level of professional performance of lecturers should be improved as well. Private University Manager must start their operational activities with the quality which oriented performance of Private University which is supported by effective leadership, and the performance of lecturers, so that they can win the competition or at least survive in Against competition.  This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership effectiveness and the performance of lecturers in improving the quality of the Marketing Strategy of  University. Data consists of primary data and secondary data. The study was conducted in May at University X with a sample of 22 respondents. Data Analysis using Descriptive Analysis and Linear Regression. The results is Effectiveness of Leadership and Lecturer Performance has an influence with a significance level of 0.013 and 0.043. The most influential factor on University Quality Improvement is Leadership Effectiveness. The results of this study are in accordance with the conditions that occurred in the University X which was officially acquired by the University Y as the Univerity Y at Health Faculty.

Abstract

This Sosial Comunity activity to solve existing problems, in supporting efforts to increase family income, impact on improving family welfare through empowerment approaches, namely empowerment of women who are community Prospective Entrepreneurs, by developing entrepreneur spirit in mothers who are members of women organization and activities in Pasi Village. Among the activities carried out is to provide motivation to grow entrepreneur spirit to fish farmer's wives in order to have the spirit of entrepreneurship, have the skills to make business designs and establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and subsequently produce superior products by processing the expected local food ingredients can increase income for the family so that they can improve the welfare of their families. By having an entrepreneurial spirit will change their mindset and motivation so they have the willingness to create and innovate so they can produce more valuable products, namely Sausage and nugget Nugget which are processed from milkfish commonly sold to collectors with a low price because of the lowest quality. The method used to implement the solution in order to solve the problems.The outputs expected to be realized from this activity are: (1) The growth of entrepreneurial spirit in women organization in Pasi and Pelesan to provide additional income to the family; (2) Ability to create a business plan in order to realize entrepreneur; (3) Establishment of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Groups; (4) Having the ability and skills to process local food ingredients; (5) Women’s Organization ini Pasi Village are able to develop product marketing strategies.

Abstract

This Community Service Activities will strive to solve the problems of Toddler Nutrition and create a Healthy Village. In this program, the community is expected to be able to improve their toddler's nutritional status, by utilizing the potential of local food so that they can become nutritious and economically valuable alternative food products through an empowerment approach. Empowerment is carried out by providing training to Posyandu cadres and women's organization mothers administrators of Kramatinggil Village, Gresik Regency. The training was carried out in several stages, namely: (1) Counseling on “Kadarzi” and Toddler Nutrition, (2) Counseling on the development of alternative products sourced from local food potential, namely Moringa Leaves and PMT Biscuits, (3) Training on making BIMA-X (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Oleifera Extract), 4) Toddler Nutrition Counseling and Anthropometric Measurement. The use of PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaves are expected to improve the nutritional status of the community especially toddlers because in the PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaves there are many Nutrient contents both Macro and Micro products BIMA-X can be presented in four variations preparations, namely: Stick Moringa, Ice Cream, nuggets, and pudding. The methods used are lectures, discussions, product processing training, and counseling. The outputs of this activity are: (1) Understanding of Posyandu Cadres and women's organization mothers administrators regarding Nutrition in Toddlers, (2) Understanding of alternative food products originating from local food potentials and nutritional content, (3) Posyandu Cadre Ability and the management women's organization mothers processes BIMA-X food products, (4) Recognizes the health and nutrition problems faced by toddlers and gets solutions from Nutritionists. To improve the nutritional status of families, especially toddlers, in this dedication activity, Nutritionist Cadres also nominalization Posyandu cadres so that it is expected that Kramatinggil Village, Gresik Regency can become a Healthy Village.Key Words: Counseling “Kadarzi”, Local Food Product Development, BIMA-X, Improved Nutritional Status

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of life of SEKOPER members to become creativepreneur, which is a form of women's empowerment program for economic emancipation. This is program for gender equality and justice, developing and strengthening women's knowledge and learn poverty alleviation as the social protection programs, which is organized by Gresik Regency Government because many women dropped out of school and un-productive. According to data from the Central Statistics Bureau, the female unemployment in 2019 it increased significantly to 5.92%.To achieve this goal, researchers used a qualitative method, with primary and secondary sources as data collection instruments, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and using the Participatory Rural Appraisal approach. Based on the analyzed data, the research findings that SEKOPER members have succeeded in becoming creativepreneur with : 1) Facilities and policy from Head of village as the Regional Government, 2) Coaching from UMG as a higher education institution that provides innovative healthy food and how to market the products and 3) Sponsorship by Combined Cycle Power Plant (PJB) as their CSR program. The success of developing an innovative healthy food business, it will improve the economy of the family and the region, which is form of economic emancipation. Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu unit pelayanan kesehatan yang berbasis pada masyarakat guna pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara dini dan sarat dengan upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pemberdayaan kader posyandu dalam rangka peningkatan ekonomi produktif adalah semua kegiatan yang bersifat ekonomis dan produktif yang dikelola kader posyandu dalam skala mikro dan berbasis creative enterpreneur. Berdasarkan pada penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat sebelumnya tentang efektifitas BIMA-X, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor faktor yang berpengaruh pada keberhasilan pemberdayaan kader posyandu melalui Inovasi Produk Bima-X (Biscuit PMT and Moringa Oleifera Leaf Xtract) Berbasis Creative Enterpreneur. Sample penelitian adalah Kader Posyandu Kelurahan Randuagung sebanyak 32 orang, dan sample diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik kuesioner, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Analisa data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai Sig adalah sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai sig. < 0,05, maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa diterima atau dengan kata lain Komunikasi (X1), Sumber Daya (X2), Modal/ Fasilitas (X3) dan Jejaring (X4) secara simultan terhadap Keberhasilan Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu dan variabel independent yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu adalah Sumber Daya (X2) dengan sig. < 0,05 yakni 0,000. Adanya pengaruh beberapa faktor terhadap keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat diharapkan tidak hanya dilakukan di kelurahan Randuagung tapi juga dilakukan di daerah lainnya, terutama daerah dengan status ekonomi dan status gizi nya masih rendah sehingga dapat bersinergi dengan program pemerintah daerah Gresik. Keywords: Pemberdayaan, Kader Posyandu, Inovasi produk, Intrapreneur, Creative enterpreneur

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci— BiSaylor, Gizi Berkelanjutan, Pangan Alternatif. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. Abstract

Introduction : Stunting is a condition of growth disorders in children which is characterized by the child's height being lower or shorter (dwarf) than the standard age (TB/U). Stunting is a health problem that occurs when children do not get adequate nutrition for a long time (chronic). The purpose of this study was to determine the mother's knowledge about nutrition, to know the mother's feeding pattern for toddlers, and to prove the relationship between mother's knowledge and feeding patterns with the incidence of stunting and the incidence of stunting. Methods: The type of research used is analytic observational research/analytical survey. The research design used is cross-sectional. The population in this study were mothers who had toddlers in the working area of ​​the Dapet Health Center as many as 90 people (mothers of toddlers). Respondents in this study were 74 respondents, which were taken by purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study were mother's knowledge and feeding patterns. The dependent variable in this study is stunting. Data was collected using a questionnaire and children's height was measured using a microtoise and converted into a standardized value (z-score). The data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank Correlation test with a significance of < 0.05. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 2-5 years (p=0.003), and there was also a relationship between feeding patterns and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 2-5 years (P=0.013). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and feeding patterns with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 2-5 years in the working area of ​​the Dapet Health Center.

Abstract

Background: The geriatri are an age group that gets more attention in the world of health, this is because the geriatri are vulnerable to various diseases. One of the diseases that are still widely experienced by the geriatri and still relatively high in Indonesia is gout arthritis or gout. Implementing gout arthritis prevention behavior with encouragement and support from the role of the family, as well as always maintaining the consumption pattern of preventative foods and triggers uric acid can reduce the risk of gout arthritis disease in the geriatri. Aim: To analyze the relationship of family roles and consumption patterns with the prevention behavior of gout arthritis in the geriatri. Method: This research uses quantitative analysis with observational analytical research type and Cross Sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Elderly Police Health Center Manyar Gresik Regency. The population of poly geriatri visitors as many as 88 geriatri. The subjects were taken by 52 seniors using purposive sampling techniques that took into account inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was collected through interviews using family role questionnaires, FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnare) and gout arthritis prevention behavior. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test, Multiple Correlation test and Multiple Linear Regression test. Results: Based on bivariate analysis with spearman rank test shows that there is a meaningful or significant relationship between family role (p= 0.000), consumption pattern (p< 0.05) with gout arthritis prevention behavior and with multiple correlation test shows that there is a meaningful relationship between family role, consumption pattern with gout arthritis prevention behavior (p= 0.001). Analysis of mulitivariate tests with multiple linear regression tests showed the most influential variable was the role of the family (p= 0.000). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of the family and consumption patterns with the prevention behavior of gout arthritis in the geriatri. However, the role of the family is more related to disease prevention behavior in the geriatri. Nutrition education to geriatri patients and their families is very necessary as a source of information to prevent gout arthritis in the geriatri in Gresik Regency Manyar Health Center.

Abstract

The results of monitoring Nutritional Status (PSG) 2018, explained that obesity and obesity in young women aged 12-18 years decreased from 38.5% to 19.4% in overweight, and 6.7% to 4.7% in the skinny. Malnutrition and more nutritional problems in Indonesia are still common in adolescence, especially in young women. There are several factors that affect nutritional status such as body image, diet, and balanced nutritional knowledge. Tjuan from the study to analyze the relationship of body image, diet, and nutrition balanced with the nutritional status of students in Yasmu Manyar High School, Gresik Regency. This type of quantitative research uses Cross Sectional design. The number of samples as many as 45 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Analyze data using Kendall-Tau. The results showed most respondents had postive body image (100%), less diet (95.5%), good nutritional knowledge (86.6%). Kendall-Tau test results between body image, diet, and nutritional knowledge balanced with nutritional status obtained a p value of 0.415 each; 0,499; 0,910. Concluded that there is no relationship between body image, diet, and nutritional knowledge balanced with the nutritional status of students at Yasmu Manyar High School in Gresik Regency. Therefore, there needs to be counseling on balanced nutrition, monitoring the nutritional status of adolescents in schools, and hopefully students to pay more attention to their intake and diet.
