Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the population of Kotamobagu City, gross regional output, human development index and community welfare on the degree of poverty in question. This research uses second order data, namely time series from Kotamobagu City and the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province. Data collection was carried out using multiple line regression analysis techniques using Eviews 12 software. The conclusion of a study shows that the population size of the poverty rate is small but has a positive impact on Kotamobagu City. There is a negative correlation between the poverty level of Kotamobagu City and the human development index. Kotamobagu City's gross regional product has an important and detrimental impact on the amount of poverty in the city. Social spending in Kotamobagu City influences poverty levels both positively and negatively.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the role of the principal in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through the Management of Senior High Schools at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, 2) To explain the Impact of the Principal's Role in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through School Management at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya. The research instrument consists of two instruments, namely the key instrument and the supporting instrument. The key instrument in this study while the supporting instrument in this study are teachers, students, parents of students.

Abstract

The influence of cooperation and work discipline on the productivity of MS Butik Karawang employees is the subject of this research. Finding out how successful staff performance is is the reason for conducting this research. The descriptive methodology of this research focuses on the influence of cooperation and work discipline on productivity in the workplace. Information collected from MS Butik Karawang staff members was used. Questionnaires were given to staff and interviews were conducted with MS Boutique shop owners to collect data. Using SPSS 22, researchers carried out validity and reliability tests, as well as t tests and f tests on the data used in the research. Research findings reveal that the operational performance of MS Butik Karawang store personnel is significantly influenced by work discipline and cooperation.

Abstract

The presence of social media has a big influence on the general public, including students, to make it easier to carry out the learning process because they can get various information and data related to learning material, communication with fellow friends, for entertainment, and various other important information. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of Christian educators in making good use of social media for students so that social media can be used for greater interaction because of the ease of facilities in disseminating good information. The research method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. The results of this research are that if Christian educators care more about students in providing a correct understanding of the use of social media, then social media will be of great benefit in the learning process held both at school and doing assignments at home.

Abstract

Research entitled Analysis of BUMDesa Business Development through Business Model Canvas: (Case Study of BUMDesa Trasne, Muncan Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok) with the aim of analyzing the obstacles faced by BUMDesa Trasne and providing solutions to resolve the obstacles faced by BUMDesa Trasne with the Business Model Canvas concept. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the main obstacles faced are a lack of human resource skills and expertise, inappropriate management decisions, lack of sincerity from management, simple financial reports, government interference, and lack of community support.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice on budget slack, along with the moderating role of budget emphasis in the functional relationship between these two variables. The study sample includes 366 officer from local government units in the province of Aceh, Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the data analysis model employed moderated regression analysis. The findings reveal that organizational justice has a significant and negative impact on budget slack. Moreover, budget emphasis not only exhibits a negative influence on budget slack but also moderates the impact of organizational justice on budget slack. The negative influence of organizational justice on budget slack increases with the rise in budget emphasis.

Abstract

In this era of science and technology, business in the service sector is increasing rapidly. Many companies operate in any service sector. One of them in particular is transportation services. With the various facilities provided by the company, it has an impression on users or consumers. Price, service quality and trust can increase hope or what is meant by loyalty for consumers of the company's services. To determine the influence of price, service quality and consumer trust on customer loyalty in the Lamongan car rental industry. Quantitative methodology was used in this writing, which collected data from a sample of 101 respondents through distributing questionnaires as part of the survey. SPSS version 25 is the software used for analysis. In accordance with the findings of this paper, Consumer Loyalty (Y) is significantly and positively influenced by the variables Price (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Trust (X3).

Abstract

In the millennial era, businesses in the culinary sector are growing rapidly, as a result encouraging tight competition in similar businesses. One of them is a simple roadside restaurant to a fast food restaurant outlet both locally and abroad (franchise), as a result, restaurant business owners must understand and understand the factors to support the marketing of these products (culinary). The purpose of this writing is to determine the influence of service quality, promotions and product quality on consumer satisfaction in the culinary industry in Lamongan. This writing uses a quantitative writing design using a survey method which involves distributing questionnaires to a sample of 99 informants. Data collection was carried out through random sampling, and SPSS version 22 was used for analysis. The findings of this paper show that three variables—service quality (X3), product quality (X1), and promotion quality (X2)—have a statistically significant and positive impact on consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence the reliability of financial reports prepared by local governments in terms of human resource competency, internal control system, organisational commitment, and internal audit. A total of 138 participants filled out and returned the surveys used in this quantitative study, which used a purposive sampling methodology to choose its sample. The maximum number of surveys that could be processed was 100. Staff members from 36 different regional apparatus organisations in Mataram City who were employed in the finance department were the subjects of this study. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software and the Partial Least Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Humanz resource competency and internal audit both contribute to better financial statement quality, according to this study's findings.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship refers to business efforts that focus not only on profits but also on creating social value. In the Islamic context, social entrepreneurship is based on sharia principles which emphasize community welfare and social justice. This research uses a qualitative approach. Talking about Islamic social entrepreneurship, this concept does not only emphasize the financial aspect, but also the social impact produced by a business. . It is impossible to separate the implementation of entrepreneurial operations from the impact it will have on surrounding environmental conditions. demonstrate the integration of ethics in entrepreneurship education and broader societal awareness. but also on the social impact produced by a business. such as blessings in business, sharing good fortune with others, and fairness in business are strong foundations for Muslim entrepreneurs in running their businesses.
