Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the revitalization of BUMDes Ngudi Sejahtera in Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province. This research uses a sociological approach and empirical juridical research methods. While secondary data was collected through literature reviews and observations, primary data was collected through interviews and analysis using sociological juridical analysis with stages of data display, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The problem that arises currently is that BUMDes have an important role in exploring, collecting and monitoring village potential, so revitalization initiatives are needed. A professional BUMDes governance structure can contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the local economy as part of local village potential. The aim of revitalizing BUMDes is to increase the role of the organization as a forum for assessing the potential of nearby villages and also to increase the economic independence of the village.

Abstract

Betutu is a typical Balinese food that is known to have a delicious taste because it uses various kinds of spices or base genes. Drying instant betutu seasoning using the foam-mat drying method requires foaming agents and fillers. One of the foaming and filler ingredients is egg white and maltodextrin. This research aims to determine the concentration of egg white and maltodextrin on the best chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic characteristics of instant betutu seasoning. The best research results were obtained in the treatment with a concentration of 15% egg white and 5% maltodextrin with a water content of 5.24%, ash content of 6.22%, protein content of 0.23%, acidity degree (pH) of 5.45, and total microbes of 9, 7 x 102 CFU/g. Subjective observations (color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall acceptability): 5.15–5.55, with the criteria somewhat like it.

Abstract

Improving learning outcomes, student interest in learning, and learning concentration are the objectives of classroom action research at SMK Negeri 1 Mamasa class XI ATPH. Each research cycle consists of two cycles, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Students' interest and focus when using the Quizzizz application during the learning process is measured through administering student questionnaires. Evaluating student educational outcomes is one method for determining short-term learning outcomes. We can conclude that improving learning outcomes in class with the Quizzizz application, interest and focus of students at SMKN 1 Mamasa class XI ATPH, based on research data collected through questionnaires and pre and post tests.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership, work discipline, through work motivation on teacher performance. The research is quantitative with an ex post-facto research design conducted at private junior high schools in Banjarmasin City. The research population was 112 using a questionnaire. The research results show that there is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance of 0.411; the principal's transformational leadership on teacher work motivation is 0.51; work discipline on performance is 0.561; work discipline on work motivation is 0.442; work motivation on teacher performance is 0.275. Indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work motivation on performance is 0.308; work discipline through work motivation on performance is 0.417.

Abstract

This research aims to identify effective strategies in building digital literacy to face online challenges in elementary schools. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, classroom observations, and surveys of teachers, students, and parents. The research results show that the integration of digital literacy in the curriculum, ongoing training for teachers, and improving technology access and infrastructure significantly improve students' digital understanding and skills. These findings show active participation from various parties. No significant differences were found in the effectiveness of this strategy based on student gender or grade, indicating universal and inclusive application. Thus, this research highlights the importance of collaboration between schools and families and the provision of adequate resources to create an optimal and inclusive digital learning environment for all students.

Abstract

Purposive random sampling was used to obtain 97 samples for the study. The research findings show that: 1. Price has no visible impact on the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; 2. Product Variety has no visible impact on the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; 3. Customer Experience significantly increases the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; and 4. Price, Product Variety, and Customer Experience significantly increase the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Price, Product Variety, and Customer Experience together influence the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the GEMAS (Reading and Writing Movement) program as an effort to improve students' reading and writing literacy at SD Negeri 6 Manukaya. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive. Descriptive research is research that attempts to describe phenomena that occur in a real, realistic, actual and current manner. GEMAS is a program that aims to increase interest in reading and the culture of reading and writing among students at SD N 6 Manukaya. This program is implemented with various activities, such as Book Club, Sustainable, and Library Revitalization. Even though the GEMAS program has many benefits, such as increasing enthusiasm for learning, expanding knowledge, and fostering interest in reading and writing, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as a lack of school facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of communication between schools and parents.

Abstract

The integration of technology in education provides many benefits, including increased learning abilities and increased accessibility to educational resources. However, there is significant concern that without a simultaneous emphasis on character education, this could lead to a decline in moral values. It is critical for children to develop important character traits alongside digital literacy skills to adequately prepare them to face the challenges of the 21st century. The purpose of writing this article is to examine how digital literacy is used to strengthen character education. The method used in this research is a literature study research method carried out qualitatively or descriptively of literature obtained through a literacy process from various sources. The results of the research show that improving character education through digital literacy can be a strategy to face the 4.0 era.

Abstract

This research aims to explore students' reading interest at SDN 5 Sudaji, Buleleng, as well as providing efforts that can be made to increase students' reading interest at this school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview and data triangulation techniques. Data analysis is carried out through an interactive model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research were students at SDN 5 Sudaji, Buleleng, which is close to where the researcher lives. The research results show that students' interest in reading at SDN 5 Sudaji is still low. As a solution, researchers offer the school literacy movement (GLS) which includes providing library services in schools, reading corners in class, and holding competitions in schools. Apart from that, efforts to increase students' interest in reading in the family environment are also discussed.

Abstract

Taxes as the main source of state income are very important in the Indonesian economy. Income Income Tax Article 22 is the example of the reponsibilities that mandatory complied with by a business entity or government agency. The objective is to examine the procedures for calculating, deduction, recording and reporting Article 22 Income Tax in relation to goods procurement activities conducted by the Minahasa Regency Trade Service. In examining this research, descriptive qualitative methodologies were employed. The research results indicate that there are 2 out of 9 transactions from goods procurement activities that are subject to Income Tax Article 22 which still experience errors in the calculation, deduction and recording processes, so they are not adhere to the provisions in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 59/PMK.03/2022.
