Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the application of character education to discipline and responsibility of students at SDN Banyuajuh 6, as well as to identify students' behavior in applying the character of discipline and responsibility. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire), and observation. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the application of character discipline and student responsibility education at SDN Banyuaju 6 was carried out in a good proportion (96.5%). The results of the study show that the application of character education is integrated with self-development programs including spontaneous activities, routine activities, conditioning, and exemplary, integrated into the learning process, and school culture. the behavior of students who have applied the character of discipline in the moderate category (53.6%), as many as 15 students. On the other hand, student behavior in applying the character of responsibility is in the good percentage category (78.6%). Based on the research results, it is better if this character education is carried out in a sustainable manner and to improve one's own character. Another way is to give examples, appreciation, literacy activities, share inspirational experiences and so on

Abstract

The success of the quality of education is largely determined by the leadership of the principal in managing teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and students. The teacher as the central figure in the class needs special attention and special treatment so that the teacher can maximize his role. Likewise with the management of school facilities and infrastructure and students. The use of facilities and infrastructure as a tool to support the success of education needs to get good management. The purpose of this study was to analyze school management to improve the quality of education at Banyuajuh 6 Elementary School. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study stated that in the implementation of the Banyuajuh 6 Elementary School management program, the strategy applied was to achieve an increase in the quality of education, including: program socialization, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of school program implementation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent of the relationship between the use of tiktok and the loss of the culture of shame in children. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data, the researcher gave a questionnaire to 28 children and the interviews were conducted at the students' homes. The interviewees were children who like to make tiktok videos. Results from 28 respondents obtained regarding how many children use the tiktok application and the intensity of children in using the tiktok application. After being analyzed, it turned out that there were 22 children who used the tiktok application and 6 children who had never used tiktok. Of the 22 children who use the tiktok application, it turns out that 13 children like to make videos on tiktok and 9 children only see other people's videos on the tiktok application. The results of the study show that 79% of children use tiktok more. Of the 78% of students who use the tiktok application, the intensity of dancing in making tiktok videos reaches 47% of children dancing in making videos on tiktok and 32% of children only see videos on tiktok. The results of the discussion show that there is a relationship between the use of tiktok and a child's culture of shame. This is likely due to a lack of parental supervision.

Abstract

Local potential or local culture is a habit or view of residents in an area such as on the island of Madura and can be linked to existing learning in schools, especially science learning. This study aims to determine local potential in Madura which can be integrated into science learning. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the integration of local potential in learning in schools is very important. This besides being able to increase students' understanding of the material can also provide insight to students regarding local potential in their area so that student awareness will grow and be able to maintain local cultural potential in the future. Local potential integration can be included in science subjects. Some of the local potentials that are included in Banyuajuh 6 are such as Api tak Kunjung Padam which is geothermal and daul music which is a variety of sounds

Abstract

One type of child intelligence is kinesthetic intelligence. Kinesthetic intelligence is a person's ability to control his movements or manage his body well. The teacher as an educator, has a role to be able to develop children's intelligence through their learning system, including this kinesthetic intelligence. The purpose of this research is to see the applicability of the problem-based learning model in training students' kinesthetic intelligence. The data collection method used is a literature study. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data derived from relevant articles. The data obtained will be compiled, analyzed, and concluded so that conclusions can be drawn regarding the literature study. The application of this problem based learning learning model can lead to increased learning outcomes. This is based on the percentage increase in students who get the Completed interpretation. Because completeness is a benchmark in improving learning outcomes

Abstract

Multiple intelligence is an intelligence possessed by a person in a complex way so that the person can be said to be good at everything. Intelligence is not just Intelligence Quotient (IQ), therefore a high IQ without good effort is not good intelligence. Children should be judged on what they do not what they cannot do. This study aims to analyze the effect of parenting style on the multiple intelligences of elementary school students. This type of research is literature study or library research. For data collection that has been used, namely using library research or library research, namely to obtain data, you can utilize library sources. Take notes or read and manage books as research material. The results of the study show that each parent has different ways and styles of parenting, in educating and caring for children so that they can grow self-confidence, independence, and develop their talents and potential, which is the most important thing for parents to their children. So that children are able to deal with unexpected situations and conditions in the future

Abstract

This study aims to find alternatives to increase students' interest in reading through the library at Banyuajuh 6 Elementary School. The low level of interest in reading can affect the quality of the Indonesian nation itself. Low interest in reading, of course, students will not know and follow the development of science and information in the world. The library is used so that later students can make reading as a hobby. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by formulating a research problem looking for references from relevant and similar journals to analyze the data, journals were collected by searching the internet through Google Chendikia and/or Google Scholar. Also using data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The location of this research was at Banyuajuh 6 elementary school in Kamal sub-district, Bangkalan Regency. Primary data were obtained from teachers, students, and librarians. The results of the study show that efforts to use the school library to increase reading interest at Banyuajuh 6 elementary school have carried out several efforts and can be said to be successful in alleviating low interest in reading at Banyuajuh 6 elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social media Tik Tok as a supporter of kinesthetic intelligence in elementary school students. In this study, there are several kinesthetic activities in Tik Tok social media to support the development of kinesthetic intelligence in elementary students. The method used in this research is a literature study (Review Study). The results in this study indicate that there are several activities on Tik Tok social media that are carried out by students as supporters of students' kinesthetic intelligence, namely dance, sport, drama and gymnastics. The conclusion of this study is that there are several activities related to kinesthetic intelligence such as dance, sport, drama and gymnastics that can have a positive influence and increase students' knowledge and experience to develop students' kinesthetic intelligence

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research, entitled efforts to improve thematic learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) content on ASEAN cooperative learning models assisted by interactive media, is hoped that these learning models and media can also provide opportunities for students to discuss with friends to respect each other. The research was conducted on fourth grade students at UPTD SDN Mlajah 2 Bangkalan. The data in the study were collected using observation, interviews, documentation and tests. In this study, using 2 cycles accompanied by reflection in each cycle. Based on the analysis of the data obtained by class VI students at UPTD SDN Mlajah 2 Bangkalan, there was an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1 students obtained an average test score of 68, while in cycle 2 obtained an average test score of 82.2. Thus, students experience an increase in learning outcomes and are expected to be used as a reference for further teaching and learning processes. Thus, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model assisted by interactive media is applied during the teaching and learning process

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the lack of students' reading skills, so it is necessary to analyze the difficulties that affect students' reading skills. This study aims to find out how the efforts of the teacher's role to overcome students' learning difficulties in grade 2 elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The subjects of this study were teachers and grade 2 students. Data collection in this study used interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the teacher's role in overcoming reading difficulties for grade 2 students is to provide special hours for students who experience reading difficulties during recess or school hours and lack of interest in reading, lack of tutoring and lack of assistance from families in the process of learning to read students. The implication of conducting this research is to motivate students to learn to read from any book.
