Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of awareness of their motivation in learning using the sports education paradigm, resulting in ineffective interactions with peers. In contrast to sports in general where students only act as players, the sports education model requires students to play various roles. Students learn to become coaches, referees and scorekeepers as well as athletes in the sports education paradigm. The aim of this research is to find out how students at SD Negeri 7 Saloan Dolok Village, Ronggur Nihuta Samosir District feel about football. One of the problems with school observations is that PJOK teachers are not familiar with football content when implementing the autonomous curriculum. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses survey methodology and pretest and posttest data collection procedures in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of 20 students. Quantitative descriptive analysis strategies are presented in percentage form in data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the results of class V students' interest in learning football in the sports education model at SD Negeri 7 Saloan Dolok Village, Ronggur Nihuta Samosir District were obtained by 13 students (65%), very interested, even 4 students (20%) were interested. Interest: 2 students (10%) were quite interested, 1 student (5%) was less interested. Based on the conclusions of this research, it is recommended that teachers better understand the independent curriculum to achieve learning goals and increase students' interest in being involved in learning.

Abstract

 A good leadership style is a leadership style that is able to provide work motivation to its subordinates to achieve good and maximum performance. The leader's approach to his subordinates cannot be separated from the principal's own leadership style. The leadership style used is conditioned on teacher performance, so the principal's ability is needed to read the situation and respond to it with the right leadership style. Because a good leader is a leader who can protect his subordinates by providing good examples and examples. This research was conducted at the Al Khairat Deli Tua Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS). This type of research is qualitative research that uses primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, while secondary data was obtained through existing documents and literature studies. The aim of this research is to see an analysis of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at MIS Al Khairat.

Abstract

Difficulties in learning are still a scourge faced to achieve good learning outcomes. This was also experienced by students at SD 020254 Kota Binjai in the subject matter of ethnic and cultural diversity. So it is interesting to do research to overcome problems through the application of wordwall type game-based learning models in order to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the wordwall type game based learning model and provide a comparison of the magnitude of the influence exerted by the wordwall type game based learning model when compared to conventional on the subject of ethnic and cultural diversity. In this study Quasy Experimental Designs were used in the form of Nonequivalent [pretest posttest] Control Groups Design (NCGD). The population used as the sample was all fifth grade students at SD 020254 Binjai City, consisting of 50 students. The data analysis used was the independent sample t-test and the calculation of the N-gain value with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that there were differences resulting from the wordwall type game-based learning model using the lecture method with the results of the sample t-test analysis of 0 .01<0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di SD Swasta HKBP Teladan Jl. Sempurna No.30 Medan dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Dimana mata pelajaran yang di teliti adalah mata pelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dikelas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dapat meningkat.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Angket sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji  prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, korelasi, uji t serta koefisien determinasi (R2).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa  1) Uji t menunjukkan Ho ditolak, thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,343 > 2,018 dan nilai signifikan <0,05, yaitu 0,02 < 0,053) Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,255, sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa SD Swasta HKBP Teladan Jl. Sempurna No.30 Medan dipengaruhi oleh metode diskusi sebesar 0,255 atau 25,5% dan sisanya 74,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor selain metode diskusi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu penyebab game online dapat merubah kebudayaan yang terjadi disuatu masyarakat serta juga mencari tahu dampak-dampak yang dsebabkan oleh game online ini terhadap para pengguna yang memainkannya. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausalitas dengan membandingkan sebab akibat dari permasalahan yang ada menggunakan berbagai data-data kepustakaan yang turut membahas mengenai topik game online tersebut. Game online merupakan suatu hal yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat. Hampir dari semua kalangan setidaknya pernah memainkan satu dari berbagai macam game online yang ada. Dengan pengaruh dari teknlogi yang ada, tidak memerlukan waktu yang cukup panjang bagi game tersebut untuk mulai dikenal dan dimainkan oleh khalayak ramai sehingga menggantikan posisi dari permainan tradisional yang ada. Kemudian dampak-dampak yang diberikan juga beragam, hal tersebut tergantung dari bagaimana seseorang pengguna game online memainkannya. Ada yang memiliki kecanduan berlebih sehingga menimbulkan dampak negatif serta ada yang dapat mengontrol dirinya agar tidak terlalu larut dalam memainkan game online tersebut, serta dapat mengambil beberapa pengaruh positif yang ada seperti kemampuan berbahasa asing dan mengasah kemampuan analisis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the integration of mathematics with culture through the traditional musical instrument of the Batak Toba ethnic group, one of which is the "garantung." This research employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews and direct exploration of the garantung musical instrument. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study reveal that the garantung musical instrument encompasses mathematical concepts, specifically in the realm of geometry, including plane and solid geometry. The garantung can serve as a tool to introduce mathematical concepts, such as geometric concepts, to learners, enabling them to better understand abstract mathematical ideas. Moreover, the garantung musical instrument can be utilized as a learning resource in educational settings. However, its usage has become increasingly rare within the context of modern musical development.Furthermore, there is a need for further research to develop mathematics teaching materials rooted in the Batak Toba culture, particularly focusing on the garantung musical instrument. This study highlights the potential for harmonizing traditional cultural elements with mathematical education, offering an innovative approach to teaching and learning that enriches both fields.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-confidence and anxiety about mathematical problem solving abilities to improve student learning outcomes in SPLDV material for class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Medan. This research is a causal correlation study using quantitative methods. The population of this research is all students of class VIII, with a total of 120 students. The data analysis method used is the path analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between self-confidence and anxiety on problem-solving abilities to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII SPLDV material at SMP Negeri 3 Medan.

Abstract

Today, maybe everyone uses the media in carrying out activities, especially activities related to communication between one individual and another. One of them is learning media which is one of the methods or tools used in teaching and learning activities. This is done to stimulate learning patterns, support the success of the teaching and learning process, and enable teaching and learning activities to achieve their goals effectively. There are various types of learning media available. One of the challenges of learning media is to arouse students' interest in the learning material presented. One of the learning media used is poster media. Poster media is widely used in learning because it is simple and easy to make. Poster media is an illustration of a simplified image that aims to attract attention, be easy to remember and can understand the material being taught. Posters can be made using paper, computers, cardboard, and so on. Poster media can be said to be good if it meets certain criteria which include readability, visibility, legibility, and good composition. The purpose of this research is to develop the use of poster media in the learning process where posters have several functions, such as developing students' ideas and creativity, explaining a concept or process, describing objects and new vocabulary, as a tool to increase motivation, can explain a timeline, can convey messages and ideas, as well as inform an activity, agenda or specific schedule in the MBKM program tutoring at University of Quality KKN students in Sijambur Village, Kec. Roggur Nihuta Kab. Samosir and the method used is descriptive method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk melihat kebijakan sekolah dalam meningkatkan toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas terutama di SMP Negeri 4 Lintongnihuta yang terdapat beberapa guru dan murid yang beragama Islam sementara SMP Negeri 4 Lintongnihuta berada di lingkungan masyarakat yang mayoritas Kristen dan untuk melihat Pengaruh Kebijakan sekolah dalam meningkatkan toleransi beragama terhadap kaum minoritas. . Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu mendesain kebijakan dalam meningkatkan toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas di SMP Negeri 4 Lintongnihuta.Studi ini dimasukan untuk menjawab permasalahan;  bagaimana kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas dan apakah kebijakan sekolah sudah menampung sikap toleransi terhadap kaum minoritasPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, kuisioner. Pada penelitian metode kuantitatif ini hanya mementingkan hasil dari penelitian. Hubungan-hubungan antar-bagian terlihat jelas dalam proses yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian. Datanya diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, angket. Hasil Observasi Kebijakan Sekolah SMPN 4 Lintongnihuta menjunjung tinggi toleransi dengan memanfaatkan guru BK sebagai guru Agama Islam karena belum tersedia, SMPN 4 Lintongnihuta Pada Ujian Semester Ganjil dan Genap melaksanakan ujian Mata Pelajaran Islam, SMPN 4 Lintongnihuta menghargai hari besar Agama Islam walaupun mereka minoritas, SMPN 4 Lintongnihuta mengijinkan guru beragama Islam untuk berhijab, Kantin SMPN 4 Lintongnihuta menyediakan makanan halal., Setiap bulan puasa dibuat kebijakan dipercepat pulang .Adapun Kesimpulan dari miniriset ini yakni  Kebijakan sekolah mempengaruhi sikap toleransi di lingkungan masyarakat terkhusus di lingkungan pendidikan, Kebijakan sekolah terhadap toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas mempengaruhi kinerja guru yang merupakan kaum minoritas, Kebijakan sekolah terhadap toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas mempengaruhi cara dan semangat belajar murid yang merupakan kaum minoritas, Kebijakan toleransi beragama pada kaum minoritas akan mengembangkan kolaborasi positif antara kaum minoritas dan kaum mayoritas, Peningkatan keamanan dan kenyamanan disekolah akan terealisasi dengan adanya kebijakan sekolah tentang toleransi terhadap kaum minoritas karena lingkungan sekolah akan terhindar dari pertikaian antar umat beragama

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan merupakan wahana untuk mengembangkan dan melestarikan nilai luhur dan moral yang berakar pada budaya bangsa Indonesia yang diharapkan dapat mewujudkan dalam bentuk perilaku dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik sebagai individu maupun sebagai anggota masyarakat, warga negara, dan makhluk ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Dosen sangatlah berperan penting bagi pembentukan perilaku terhadap mahasiswa. Dengan perkembangan zaman yang pesat sudah mulai terlihat ada kemerosotan perilaku atau sikap mahasiswa, jadi dosen harus menjadi solusi dalam masalah ini. Dosen harus mengambil peranan sebagai sosok yang dapat di jadikan contoh bagi para mahasiswa. Peran dosen dapat berupa sikap-sikap yang dapat dicontoh, tindakan yang terus mengawasi perkembangan mahasiswa dan juga mau mengarahkan mahasiswa ketujuan yang baik. Sebagai ideologi nasional, nilai-nilai dasar Pancasila menjadi cita-cita masyarakat Indonesia yang sekaligus menunjukan karakter bangsa yang hendak dibangun. Karakter, identitas atau jati diri sebuah bangsa bukanlah sesuatu yang telah jadi. Karakter adalah hasil konstruksi dan produk dari pembudayaan melalui pendidikan. Pancasila mendasari dan menjiwai semua proses penyelenggaraan Negara dalam berbagai bidang serta menjadi rujukan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia dalam bersikap dan bertindak dalam kehidupannya sehari- hari. Pancasila memberikan suatu arah dan kriteria yang jelas mengenai layak atau tidaknya suatu sikap dan tindakan yang di lakukan oleh setiap warga negara Indonesia dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara teritama pada kalangan mahasiswa
