Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students at MTs Ash Shabirin Samarinda. The aim of this study is to determine whether the use of animated videos is effective in improving the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in the subject of Fiqh at MTs Ash Shabirin Samarinda. This research is an experimental study with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study consists of all eighth-grade students at MTs Ash Shabirin Samarinda. The research design used is the pretest-posttest control group design, which aims to determine whether there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. Data collection techniques used include observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used non-parametric tests due to the non-normal distribution of data, namely the Wilcoxon test, and the hypothesis test used the Mann-Whitney test. The validity and reliability of the data were tested using IBM SPSS version 24 for Windows. The results of the study show that the average Fiqh learning outcomes using animated videos are higher than the average Fiqh learning outcomes without using animated videos. The results of the Mann-Whitney hypothesis test show an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.040 < 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of animated videos is effective in improving students' learning outcomes at MTs Ash Shabirin Samarinda.

Abstract

Angka kekerasan rumah tangga (KDRT) menunjukkan peningkatan secara kualitatif dan kauntitatif. Hal ini disebabkan adanya pemahaman dan kesadaran Masyarakat akan hak azasi manusia dan banyaknya kepedulian Lembaga kemasyarakatan yang peduli dengan Tindakan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan melaporkannya. Fokus penanganan KDRT selama ini pada umumnya hanya pada korban kekerasan. Konseling Feminist therapy integrative islam dianggap sebagai pendekatan konseling yang sesuai dengan kasus KDRT dalam rumah tangga. Konsep tersebut beerusaha menfintegrasikan persektif islam dalam teori feminist. Artinya intervensi konseling yang diberikan tidak hanya terpaku pada penanganan individu saja untuk pengentasan masalah, namun juga memberikan perlakuan pada lingkungan dengan pendekatan teori feminist dengan memberikan sentuhan spiritual dengan mengaitkan dengan nilai-nilai islam sesuai dengan Al Quran dan Hadist. Dalam hal ini, kemampuan dalam memberdayakan individu dan orang-orang sekitar lingkungan korban merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki dan diasah oleh konselor dalam menggunakan pendekatan feminist therapy. Ada tiga konsep teori yang menjadi dasar terapi feminist therapy yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam dalam menangani korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yaitu: The personal is political, egaliteraian relation ship, dan valuing perspective

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mobile-based application titled "Cerita Wayang Detik-detik Proklamasi" (Puppet Story of the Moments of Proclamation) for elementary school students on the material of Indonesia's Proclamation of Independence, assessed in terms of its validity and specifications. This research is a development study (R&D) using the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate), limited to the development stage. The subjects involved in this study include 6 teachers (from grades 1–6) and 14 fifth-grade students from SDN Bakulan, Cepogo, Boyolali, as well as material experts, media experts, and teachers who are learning practitioners as validators to assess the suitability and validity of the developed media. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, interviews, and product validation questionnaires. The data analysis technique in the define stage used qualitative data analysis, and in the develop stage, descriptive analysis was employed to evaluate the validity of the application based on the trial results and feedback from validators and users. The results of this development study produced a product in the form of the "Cerita Wayang Detik-detik Proklamasi" application, which has very high validity from material experts, media experts, and practitioners, with an average score of 95. The developed learning application was also assessed through various feasibility tests, both in small groups and large groups, and received a score of 94.5, categorized as "Very High" in terms of text readability, clarity of the learning flow, suitability of images and animations with the material, and the ability to facilitate learning. The researcher hopes that the results of this study can be applied on a larger scale and contribute as a practical solution to teach the Proclamation material effectively and enjoyably through the use of technology.

Abstract

KFC Jember Outlet has decreasing on sale of food product in KFC Jember Outlet. An operational manajer KFC Jember Outlet must have smart thinking to increasing sale with customer satisfaction achievement. This research aim to know the role of digital marketing (DM) to mediate price (P) and taste (T) effect on repushase food in KFC Jember Outlet through customer satisfaction (CS). This research use quantitative associative research. This research use simple random sampling technique. This research conducted 730 responden to be a sample. An aanlysis of this research are Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos 24 version. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi manajemen syariah dalam menghadapi era digital dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar, dengan menerapkan empat strategi tersebut yaitu: 1. Untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh menggunakan strategi manajemen syariah bisa memenangkan persaingan pasar. 2. Untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh melakukan kolaborasi dengan bisnis-bisnis baru yang sudah berkembang atau mulai tumbuh di pasa dengan menggunakan teknologi sesuai dengan era digital, akan memenangkan persaingan pasar. 3. Untuk mengetahui dengan melatih semua jajaran eksekutif untuk memehami makna disruption(gangguan) dan membongkar pola pikir (maindset) mereka, akan menjamin perusahaan tetap exsis dan bisa bersaing dipasaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang sifatnya umum terhadap kenyataan sosial dari perspektif partisipan melalui data-data yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Abstract

With the increasingly convergence of the boundaries between humans, machines, and other resources, the development of information and communication technology has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the field of education in Indonesia. To answer these challenges, digital skills are needed by the teachers themselves, with the preparation of digital skills in such a way that time is also needed for preparation, therefore students as prospective teachers need to prepare digital skills before entering the school environment. This study uses a qualitative research approach of a qualitative-descriptive research design. The purpose of the study is to identify the level of mastery of digital skills of prospective Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers, as well as to identify the urgency of mastering digital skills for prospective madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in the context of Social Sciences learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The data collection technique used is interviews. The results of this study show that the level of mastery of digital skills of prospective teachers is in the "Good" category. The urgency of mastering digital skills as an innovation in social studies learning that is in accordance with the current curriculum can improve access, quality, and creativity in delivering material.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Youth and Sports Office's (DISPORA) role in enhancing sports achievements in East Kalimantan. Sports play an important role not only in maintaining physical fitness but also as a means to elevate the dignity of individuals, groups, and nations. Sports achievements, often measured by medals, result from a development process that begins at an early age. Therefore, collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and sports organizations is essential to creating synergy in the management and development of sports. This research uses a descriptive approach with observation, interviews, and documentation studies to collect data on the existing sports development system in East Kalimantan. The findings show that DISPORA plays a role in various aspects of sports development, from promoting sports to discovering talented athletes to providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. The development involves educational, achievement, and recreational sports, which complement each other in creating a healthy sports ecosystem. However, challenges such as the limited number and quality of sports educators, inadequate facilities, and funding constraints pose barriers to developing an effective sports development system. Therefore, improvements in the recruitment and training of educators, the development of sports facilities, and more efficient allocation of funding are needed to ensure the sustainability of sports development programs. With the proper steps, sports achievements in East Kalimantan can improve, producing athletes who compete at national and international levels and building a healthier and more accomplished society.

Abstract

The implementation of caning punishment in Aceh, Indonesia, and Kelantan, Malaysia, reflects differences in applying the principles of good governance and adapting to human rights values. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of caning punishment in both regions reflects the principles of accountability, transparency, participation, and responsiveness, as well as its contribution to the objectives of Islamic law in maintaining public morality and social order. This research employs a normative-empirical approach with a comparative case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and legal document analysis. The findings reveal that Aceh excels in transparency and public participation, whereas Kelantan demonstrates stronger administrative accountability and protection of the dignity of offenders. However, there are gaps between the legal norms and their implementation in both regions, influencing public perceptions of justice and the effectiveness of the legal system. The study concludes that the implementation of caning punishment requires policy reforms to integrate the principles of maqasid al-shariah and good governance. This integration aims to establish an effective, inclusive, and responsive Islamic legal system that meets the needs of modern society.

Abstract

This article examines the utilization of e-journals as an academic information source for visually impaired students in the effort to create an inclusive and disability-friendly library. In the digital era, accessibility to scientific reading materials is a crucial factor in promoting educational equity for students with disabilities. This study employs a qualitative research approach with a case study at the Library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that e-journals provide significant benefits for visually impaired students, particularly in supporting their academic activities through accessibility features such as screen readers. Many visually impaired students gain substantial advantages when accessing e-journals using screen reader programs. The integration of e-journals with screen reader technology facilitates students in acquiring knowledge and information from various references quickly, effectively, and efficiently. Due to the speed, effectiveness, and efficiency of screen reader technology, visually impaired students can access a wide range of e-journals as frequently and extensively as needed.

Abstract

This article examines the response of the Tablighi Jamaat to the COVID-19 pandemic through the lens of living hadith. This study adopts a qualitative research design to explore and analyze the response of the Tablighi Jamaat to the COVID-19 pandemic from a theological and practical perspective, grounded in the concept of living hadith. The data for this study is collected through some methods: interview, participant observation, and document analysis. There are several findings in this research. First, the Tablighi Jamaat is an Islamic movement that frequently draws on hadith as a foundational reference in its activities, seeking to implement these teachings in everyday life. The movement generally does not engage in discussions concerning the authenticity of hadith and actively avoids theological debates. Second, the diverse responses of Tablighi Jamaat members to the COVID-19 pandemic are deeply influenced by their theological beliefs. These beliefs are shaped by their interpretations and understandings of religious texts. Members interpret these texts in a literal/textual manner, particularly hadiths related to tho’un (plague or contagious diseases). Third, for some members of the Tablighi Jamaat, the hadiths concerning tho’un are perceived solely as warnings and trials from Allah, without reference to scientific perspectives, nor do they align with the implementation of public health protocols.
