Abstract

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) is a method of identifying work accidents with risk assessment as one of the important points for implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3). risk analysis that depending on the type of work, if the job is radiography, it is called high because of the dangers of radiation. PT.Sucofindo has conducted a risk analysis and conducted a medical check-up, they must understand the work in the field. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is in the interest of employers, workers and governments around the world. According to ILO estimates, every year around the world 2 million people die from work-related problems. The purpose of the study was to analyze work safety data using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Control (HIRAC) method at PT.Sucofindo Duri in 2022. The research design was qualitative. There were 3 informants namely, Company Leaders, HSE Officers, and Safety Officers. The results of the research PT, Sucofindo have conducted research, and have SOP and JSA, already know the potential hazards and risk actions in the field. Research suggestions for leaders must control every job so that accidents do not occur in the field, For HSE Officers to identify and map the potential hazards that occur in the work environment.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by workers or employees in quality and quantity in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. The problem found is that there is still a lack of ability and expertise of medical record officers in the medical record file storage section, and there is still a lack of infrastructure in the medical record room. The purpose of this study in general is to determine the performance of medical record officers. This study uses qualitative methods of observation, in-depth interviews. The research location was conducted at the Medical Record Section of the Setatah Children's Health Center, Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Regency in February-April 2022. The subjects in the study consisted of the head of the puskesmas, head of medical records, medical record officer, registration officer and TU of the puskesmas. The data processing technique uses source triangulation, method triangulation and data triangulation. Data analysis in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of the study revealed that there were still some medical record files that were incorrectly stored and the provision of medical record files was found for more than 10 minutes, there had been no training for medical record officers, the motivation given by superiors was only in the form of directions not given rewards, lack of infrastructure such as computers. which supports the application and the lack of a medical record room. For this reason, officers are expected to improve the abilities and expertise of officers, participate in training, provide increased motivation to officers and can add supporting facilities so that they can support better officer performance.

Abstract

Distribution is the most important step in meeting the need for medicines that are evenly distributed to all Puskesmas in Bengkalis Regency, Sungai Alam Health Center and Seat Baru, is was found that were vacancies for certain drug item and drug that had expired at the Puskesmas. Dtrug needs planning, which was based on usage complications. Medicines in all puskesmas have not been implemented properly by the Phamarcy Department of Health one of the reasons is the limited distribution of distributors in supplying drugs. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of Grug Distribution from the Pharmaceutical at the pharmacy werehouse to Sungai Alam and Selat Baru Bengkalis Regency in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive evaluation study with a qualitative method. The research subject is the Head of the Pharmaceutical Section, the Head of the Health Center, the person in charge. Research time March-June 2022. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, document search and observations. The Results showed that the implementtation of a good drug distribution method in pharmacy werehouses had not been carried out in accordance with the operational standars. And in the projection of thee need for drug, is it hope that the process of ordering drugs can improve earlier and coordinate more optimally with the Health Office regarding the State revenue Budget Drug Allocation by the Provincial Health logistics pharmacy Installation to Bengkalis regency.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These bacteria generally attack the lungs, such as lymph nodes, skin, digestive tract (intestines), the lining of the brain, and so on. Tambusai Public Health Center is the lowest suspected pulmonary tuberculosis finding, where data on pulmonary tuberculosis suspect findings in 2019 was 215 (21.2%) cases, in 2020 there were 198 (20%) cases, while in 2021 it was 140 (16%). The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of health personnel resources on the discovery of suspects in the pulmonary tuberculosis control program at the Tambusai Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative method. The research subjects were the head of the puskesmas, the person in charge of the pulmonary tuberculosis program at the puskesmas, laboratory staff, and the families of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Research Time April-June 2022. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, document searches and observations. The results showed that the determination of human resources was not in accordance with education in the tuberculosis control program while laboratory human resources were in accordance with their education, for the obstacles faced by human resources in carrying out suspect examinations in the tuberculosis control program itself but they could still be overcome, while for human resources training, it was carried out once in a week. 1 year, for the infrastructure is quite complete. It is recommended that the puskesmas should look for human resources personnel in accordance with the field and education of the pulmonary tuberculosis program, and conduct human resources training at least 2x in 1 year on a regular basis, as well as for infrastructure facilities in controlling the tuberculosis program in more detail, provide reports to the Department and as soon as possible get a TCM tool from Service for the fastest tuberculosis examination

Abstract

On chicken coops in Nagari Tigo Jangko Village, Tanah Datar Regency, there were 7 chicken coops. Among the 7 chicken coops, researchers found a chicken coop with a total of 8000 chickens, where the hygiene of the workers and the sanitation of the cage were problematic, causing a lot of flies and affecting the surrounding community.. The purpose of this study was to analyze hygiene and density levels of laying hens cage flies in Nagari Tigo Jangko, Tanah Datar Regency. The method used was qualitative with a case study approach this research was conducted in a layer chicken coop in Nagari Tigo Jangko in May 2022 with a total of 5 informants. Data collection tools using observation sheets and fly grill, as well as data processing using triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that the personal hygiene of the coop workers did not use PPE at all, did not regularly wash their hands with soap due to not wearing protective clothing and the skin hygiene of the workers experienced itching and for sanitation, chicken manure was cleaned once a week, there was no special reservoir for manure. , the distance of the cage is too close, which is 15 meters from the house and the unavailability of a hand washing place at the location of the cage. The result of a very high fly density level is >20. It is recommended to cage owners to provide personal protective equipment and pay more attention to cage sanitation in terms of cleaning the cage such as a place to wash hands with soap and the availability of a holding tank so as not to cause flies and cage workers to care more about personal hygiene and use personal protective equipment when working in the field.

Abstract

Refill drinking water is the treatment of raw water with several stages of the process until it becomes drinking water. The raw water that is usually used in the production process for refill drinking water is sourced from ground water. The water treatment process in principle must be able to remove all types of pollutants, both physical, chemical and microbiological. This research is a qualitative analytic study with a descriptive mode approach that aims to obtain information about the analysis of drinking water quality and sanitation hygiene at refill drinking water depots in the Minas Jaya sub-district, Siak district. January – July 2022. Informants from this study were 9 people divided into 1 environmental health worker at the Puskesmas as key informants, 4 owners of refill water depots as main informants, 4 consumers of water depots in the Minas Jaya village area. The research variables consisted of place, equipment, handlers, inspection of water parameters. The selection of research subjects used purposive (non-propability). The validity of qualitative data using triangulation. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study concluded that the cleanliness of the place did not meet the health requirements, the equipment had met the health requirements, but the depot worshipers at 4 refill drinking water depots did not meet the health requirements. As well as inspection of water parameters at 4 refill drinking water depots located in Minas Jaya Village, Siak Regency, they have met the health requirements according to the RI Ministry of Health Number 43 of 2014. It was concluded that they had met the eligibility requirements for sanitation hygiene, because in the 4 depots studied, only 3 depots met the requirements and scored above 70%. It is recommended to the drinking water depot to improve the cleanliness of the handlers in wearing work clothes, routinely in carrying out health checks

Abstract

Tanah Merah Village is one of the villages located in Indragiri Hilir district which is located in Tanah Merah District. Where the majority of the people are Muslim, and the majority of the work is fishing and trading. In Indragiri Hilir Regency, in Tanah Merah Village in 2019 there were 652 mothers giving birth and about 23.4% of mothers giving birth who were not assisted by Health Workers. In Sungai Batang Village, there were 259 mothers who gave birth and about 38.6% of mothers who gave birth were not assisted by health workers. In Concong Village, there were 283 mothers who gave birth, and about 49% of mothers who gave birth were not assisted by health workers. This study aims to determine the behavior of mothers in choosing traditional birth attendants as birth attendants in Tanah Merah Village. The variables studied were knowledge, attitudes, hereditary culture/traditions, affordability of health facilities, and husband/family support. Research informants consisted of mothers who had given birth at traditional birth attendants, mothers' families/husbands, traditional birth attendants, and midwives. This study uses a qualitative research type. Subject selection used a snowball technique with 5 main informants and 7 supporting informants. The results of this study The informant's knowledge about the dangers and risks of giving birth at a traditional birth attendant is still low, the attitude of the informant is comfortable if the birth is assisted by a traditional birth attendant, the culture of the informant chooses to give birth at a traditional birth attendant due to hereditary nature of the in-laws, the accessibility of health facilities is not too far but the mother prefers to give birth by TBAs because they can come home, The behavior of health workers who are not friendly in handling deliveries makes the informants reluctant to give birth at a health worker, Support from the mother's husband/family agrees to give birth at a traditional birth attendant.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is an acute respiratory infection that attacks the throat, nose and lungs that lasts approximately 14 days, Ari regarding the structure of the channel above the larynx, data on Ari disease in toddlers in Pekanbaru city show that the highest prevalence in Puskesmas fifty with a prevalence rate of 6.69% per 100 toddlers in 2020. This research is quantitative analytic with Case Control design. The study was conducted in January-July in the second quarter of 2022 in the Working Area of Puskemas Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru, with a population of 4,946 toddlers and a sample of 135 which was divided into 45 cases and 90 controls. This study uses Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis methods include univariate and bivariate analysis, using chi-square test. The results showed that the variables associated are ventilation (OR=3.294 95% CI 1.553-6.989), exposure to cigarette smoke (or=3.436 95% CI 1.575-7.504), occupancy density (or=4.529 95% CI 2.113-9.710), environmental sanitation (or=2.896 95% CI 1.359-6.169). Suggestions from researchers are rekrontuksi ventilation / open the window periodically, the manufacture of smoking corner in the surrounding environment, isolation room for family members affected by the disease, rekrontuksi base of the building at risk of becoming the development of bacterial culture/paint water repellent against risky building materials such as wood.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg muscle power and eye-foot coordination to the long-distance kicking ability of soccer extracurricular students at Junior High school 25 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is multiple correlation. The population and sample in this study were 18 students of football extracurricular at Junior High school 25 Pekanbaru. The research instrument used was a leg muscle power test (standing broad jump) and an eye-foot coordination test as well as a soccer long-distance kick test. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: there is a contribution of leg muscle power to the long-distance kick ability of soccer extracurricular students of Junior High School 25 Pekanbaru by 59.10%, there is a contribution of eye-foot coordination to distance kicking ability. The distance of extracurricular football students of SMPN 25 Pekanbaru is 30.0%, there is a contribution of leg muscle power and eye-foot coordination to the long-distance kick ability of soccer extracurricular students Junior High School 25 Pekanbaru by 39.3%.

Abstract

The dimension of service quality is very important from the patient’s perpective as indicated by the presence of patient satisfaction which has a significant relationship which has a significant relationship with the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the Analisys of service quality factors on factors on patient satisfaction in outpatient polyclinic at Bhayangkara Hospital TK. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau. Technique of the study This is a study quantitatively by using design research analytic with design cross-sectional. Research is carried out at Bhayangkara Hospital TK. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau with sample 116 respondents. The sampling technique used is using the Lemeshow formula. Tools measure that is used is the questionnaire. Data analysis consists of univariate analysis and bivariate with test Chi-square. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents aged 56-75 years (late elderly) were 87 respondents (75,0%), the majority of respondents have high school education as many as 38 respondents (32,8%), the majority of respondents work privately as many as 51 respondents (44,0%), the majority of respondents are female as many as 74 respondents (63,8%), the majority of respondents with poor Responsiveness (Responsiveness) were 67 respondents (57,8%), the majority of respondents with Competence (Competence) were 68 respondents (58,6%), the majority of respondents with Tangible (Tangible) were 63 respondents (54,3%), the majority of respondents with communication (communication) were 68 respondents (58,6%). There is a significant effect between Responsiveness (Responsiveness) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,038, There is a significant effect between Competence (Competence) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,039, There is a significant effect between Tangible (Tangible) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,018, and There is a significant effect between Competence (Competence) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,039, There is a significant effect between communication (communication) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,029.
