Abstract

Various types of plants that grow have the potential to provide benefits to human life, one of which is Moringa. Moringa is known as The Miracle Tree because it is proven to be a natural source of nutrients with medicinal properties. Utilization of local food ingredients that are relatively easy to obtain and have nutritional value, such as Moringa oleifera leaves, can be used as functional food products and sources of antioxidants. The research results show that the Moringa plant has various benefits both economically and healthily. Moringa is not only rich in nutrients but also has functional properties because this plant has properties and benefits for human health. Both the nutritional content and various active substances contained in this plant can be used for the benefit of living creatures and the environment. One part of the Moringa plant that has been widely studied for its nutritional content and uses for both food and health is the leaves. In this section there are a variety of nutrients, including calcium, iron, protein, vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C. The nutritional content of Moringa leaves is higher compared to other vegetables, namely in the range of 17.2 mg/100 g. The aim of this drink making activity is to utilize traditional ingredients which are rich in vitamins when consumed and are good for health. Abstract

The technology of components and electronic hardware has evolved to be able to produce a DC/DC current system for power, which is achieved by converting the DC power to higher or lower voltage. This DC voltage variable is commonly called the DC-DC Converter. This final task aims to find out the performance of the DC-DC Sepic Converter series design. The simulated testing of the system using SIMULINK/MATLAB software is subsequently obtained from the data analysis of the theoretical output voltage data and the monitoring of measurements that can be analyzed to determine the error level as well as the level of efficiency of the design of the sepic converter. The test was conducted by setting a constant input voltage of 12 V, a frequency of 50 kHz, with a duty cycle variation of 5% to 65% and a given load of 20 Ω. The result of the design of the Sepic Converter at the time of open loop mode with the value of duty Cycle of 5% produces a minimum voltage that is 0,38 V. Subsequently, when given the duty cicle value of 65%, the maximum voltage is 21,22 V error with the highest error rate of 1 V obtained at the 13th data trial. The average error value is 0,642 V and the standard deviation value is 0,453 V, the greatest efficiency point is 78,50% at the moment of the cycle duty value of 65. While the results of the testing of the Set of Sepic Konverters at the close loop mode, the input tension is given constantly 12 V. The configuration for the parameter value of PI is also constant, namely at the set point of 22,22 V, it is 21,97 V with an error difference 0,25 V.

Abstract

Marketing strategies in cafés are essential to attract and retain customers. This can be done through the use of social media and influencers, as well as ensuring product quality, service, and speed. Ruang Warga is a café in Jombang district. The implementation of inappropriate marketing strategies during the pandemic has made it difficult for Ruang Warga café to survive in today's business competition. Judging from January to May, visitor data is not stable and has even decreased with 1731 visitors in February. The purpose of this study is to implement a product marketing strategy using the SWOT and QSPM methods. This research uses SWOT and QSPM methods which are useful for knowing internal and external factors that can affect product sales. Then with the proposed improvements to increase consumer attractiveness to face market competition. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained three alternative strategies with the QSPM matrix to determine the strategic priority ranking. With the results of TAS 6.81, namely by prioritizing and developing marketing through social media by reaching a wider target market and making it easier to increase cafe branding. Abstract

Noodles are a popular food among middle class people, both upper and lower classes because they taste delicious and are affordable. Wet noodles have a short shelf life due to their high water content, this is what encourages some sellers to use formaldehyde as a preservative. This examination means to decide if there is formalin content in examples of wet noodles sold by meatball brokers in Sorong City. Formalin investigation was completed subjectively and quantitatively. Subjective tests were done by adding chromatogenic corrosive to wet noodle tests and quantitative tests were completed to see the degree of formaldehyde contained in the examples utilizing an UV-noticeable spectrophotometer. The consequences of the subjective test showed that one example with code (S1) was recognized as sure for containing formaldehyde, which was demonstrated by the adjustment of the shade of the filtrate from brown to purple subsequent to being dribbled with chromatophic corrosive reagent and warmed in bubbling water. The total formalin content contained in sample S1 was 0.905%.

Abstract

The calculation of weight and balance requires high accuracy so that the flight can be carried out safely to the destination airport. A number of obstacles that load control officers experience can affect the ideality of weight and balance and must be properly calculated. The purpose of this research is to determine the ideal weight and balance of Comac ARJ21-700 aircraft of TransNusa airline at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods using primary data obtained through observation and interviews, secondary data using documentation and literature studies. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with supervisors and senior load control narrow body and junior load control. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the obstacles of load control officers in calculating the weight and balance of Comac ARJ21-700 aircraft of TransNusa airline, namely the delay of check-in officers in inputting data on the number of passengers and luggage. Determination of the location of passengers and luggage is carried out by check-in officers, if there is a mismatch, the load control officer makes a request to the check-in officer to maximize the front compartment. The average center of gravity of the Comac ARJ21-700 shows at -7.29UP which states that the center of gravity of the Comac ARJ21-700 is -7.29UP.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important element in various aspects of life, including Human Resource Management (HRM). AI offers great potential to increase efficiency and accuracy in employee recruitment and selection processes. This research aims to explore how AI can be implemented in recruitment and selection to increase the speed, effectiveness and fairness of the process. This research also evaluates the benefits and challenges faced in using AI in the HRM context, with a particular focus on the candidate screening process based on relevant criteria. The research approach used is a literature study, where data is collected from books, journal articles, industry reports, and other reliable sources. The literature review includes analysis of a variety of academic and practical sources relevant to this topic, to gain a comprehensive picture of the development and application of AI in recruitment and selection. The analysis process involves identifying key themes related to adaptive and flexible leadership and their implications for organizations . This method was chosen to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concepts discussed and their relevance in the context of digital transformation. The research results show that the use of AI in recruitment and selection can significantly increase the efficiency and speed of candidate screening. AI is able to automate the resume screening process, perform big data analysis, and use natural language processing to interact with candidates in a more personal way. AI systems are also able to reduce subjective bias, increase objectivity in decision making, and enable significant time and cost savings. Additionally, the study found that customization of screening criteria provided by AI allows companies to tailor the selection process to their specific needs, resulting in higher quality candidates. However, the research also identified several challenges, such as the need for accurate data, potential bias in algorithms, and the need for ongoing monitoring to ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment process. AI offers an effective solution to improve efficiency and accuracy in recruitment and selection, but successful implementation requires a deep understanding of the technology as well as a commitment to minimizing risk and ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Abstract

PT Petrogas Prima Services is a company engaged in the repair of 3 KG LPG Gas Cylinders which meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. The company is located at 12, Jl. Magelang - Yogyakarta No.Km, Meduro, Bojong, Kec. Mungkid, Magelang Regency, Central Java 56512. Transportation problems are problems that are often encountered in the distribution of goods. Another problem that is often faced with distribution is making decisions regarding routes that can optimize distance and travel time. The main problem in this study is how to optimize the distance and time of PT Petrogas Prima Services 3kg gas cylinder transportation delivery routes by solving the Vehicles Routing Problem. In this way, the main problem of transportation is how to determine the distribution of goods from sources so that all destination needs are met but with a shorter route time. to a minimum. With the product distribution activities of PT Petrogas Prima Services, the calculation and optimization of transportation time can be done using the Vehicles route Problem method, namely Nearest Insert and Nearest Neighbor for proof. Where the results of this method obtained 3 significant routes as follows route G-C6-C1-C7-G for first group is 32.70km, route G-C8-C5-C4-G for second group is 26.50km, and the last route G-C2-C3-G is 54,50km.

Abstract

To communicate and share data, the Palembang city government's regional apparatus work unit (SKPD) office requires an immediate internet connection. The SKPD office is still using various internet service providers (ISPs) at this time, so any network issues won't be fixed immediately by the previous ISP. To resolve this issue, a separate network infrastructure centered in the Palembang mayor's office is required. The Palembang city government will be able to control the network because the SKPD offices will be able to communicate with one another and share data as a result of this.. The organization foundation that will be utilized is fiber optics, since fiber optics have a high web access speed, and have a steady sign so information move will be quicker, more successful and furthermore productive. Abstract

The development of innovations in the production of cinematographic documentaries aims to accelerate digital marketing assets for the tape industry in Banjarsari Village. Through a methodology that includes analyzing digital marketing needs, designing documentary concepts, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, the documentary is designed to showcase the tape-making process in depth and engaging, as well as promote local cultural values. A significant increase in brand awareness and consumer interest in tape products from Banjarsari Village was revealed from the results of this activity. Evaluations conducted through in-depth surveys and interviews confirm the effectiveness of this approach in supporting digital marketing strategies and expanding market reach. The innovations applied in this cinematographic documentary not only increase consumer interest but also play an important role in strengthening marketing strategies and expanding market reach through an engaging visual approach. Thus, an important contribution is made to the development of innovative digital marketing assets for the rural tape industry, demonstrating that this approach is effective in supporting digital marketing strategies as well as expanding the market and increasing brand awareness of local products.

Abstract

The pattern of applying appropriate technology design based on CNC machines in the stamp batik industry aims to accelerate production. With this technology, the efficiency and quality of batik stamp production are significantly improved, reducing reliance on manual processes that take a lot of time and effort. The methods used include intensive training and mentoring to batik craftsmen in the use of CNC machines to create batik patterns with high precision. The results show a significant increase in the speed and consistency of production, as well as a decrease in the error rate in making batik motifs. In addition, the use of CNC technology has a positive impact on the productivity and income of batik artisans, ultimately improving their well-being. The pattern of applying this technology not only speeds up the production process but also improves the quality of the final product, so that batik stamp can be more competitive in the global market. It is hoped that this technology can be widely adopted in the batik stamp industry to support the development of the creative industry in Indonesia, increase the competitiveness of local products, and contribute more to the national economy. The adoption of this technology shows that innovations in the production process can provide great benefits to traditional industries such as batik stamping, helping to maintain cultural heritage while keeping up with the times.
