<![CDATA[Stunting is a nutritional problem that adversely affects the quality of life of children in achieving optimal growth and development according to their genetic potential. An important period in child development is the toddler period, because during this time basic growth will affect the child's further development. A mother does not easily face the problem of stunting in her child, so good emotional intelligence is needed. Lack of adaptability in dealing with changes can cause psychosocial problems, one of which is anxiety. Mothers who are unable to adapt to changes in themselves who are married and have stunted toddlers can affect a mother's anxiety level. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and maternal anxiety to the incidence of stunting. The research method uses a cross sectional design. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, a total sample of 370 toddlers in Kupang City. Data analysis using chi-square test (p value <0.05). The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal anxiety and the incidence of stunting with a p value = 0.000 and there was no relationship between maternal emotional intelligence and the incidence of stunting with a p value = 0.787]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan selayaknya sudah menjadi perhatian utama yang harus dibenahi, salah satunya adalah membenahi kualitas guru dan paradigma pembelajarannya. Guru sebagai salah satu komponen yang penting untuk perbaikan kualitas pendidikan bertanggungjawab penuh pada perbaikan moral peserta didik. Tantangan ke depan di era society 5.0 ini tidaklah mudah, karena pengaruh dari luar terhadap perilaku peserta didik juga datang silih berganti yang dapat mengubah mindset dalam pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Apabila guru tidak mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan perubahan yang terjadi, maka bisa saja peserta didik tidak termotivasi untuk belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Perubahan kurikulum harus beriringan dengan perubahan kontennya. Selama ini kita masih berkutat pada hal yang substantif dan teks book (hanya pada tataran paradigmatik, dan bukan pada tataran operasional yang aplikatif. Kearah ini, maka mindset kita dalam pembelajaran perlu ditata kembali untuk pendidikan yang lebih berkeadaban. Seharusnya bukan lagi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, tetapi Kehidupan Berpancasila dan Berwarganegara sebagai sebuah inovasi baru (the new innovation).]]>

<![CDATA[Business students are required to be proficient in English due to the business communication needs that demand English language skills. With this requirement, there is a need for English language learning materials, as part of ESP, which meets the students’ needs. This research aims to conduct a needs analysis for Business students to identify their needs, lacks, and wants related to English classes. The findings indicate that their objectives of learning English are for academic purposes as well as future professional preparation. They face challenges in learning English, particularly in public speaking. The desired English language learning experience for them is one that is enjoyable, fun, utilizes various media, and involves active teacher participation to help them understand business English learning materials.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh dry needling terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien dengan Myofascial Trigger Point Syndrome (MTPS) otot upper trapezius, kondisi yang sering menyebabkan nyeri lokal akibat adanya trigger points. Dry needling merupakan metode yang melibatkan penusukan jarum ke dalam otot untuk meredakan trigger points. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan quasi eksperimental dengan dua kelompok: kontrol dan perlakuan, masing-masing terdiri dari 10 pasien. Kelompok kontrol menerima myofascial release, sementara kelompok perlakuan menerima dry needling. Pengukuran intensitas nyeri dilakukan menggunakan Neck Disability Index. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan signifikan dalam intensitas nyeri pada kedua kelompok, dengan hasil yang lebih baik pada kelompok perlakuan yang menerima dry needling. Dry needling terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri pada MTPS otot upper trapezius, memberikan alternatif potensial dalam pengelolaan nyeri konvensional. Namun, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan dengan sampel yang lebih besar dan desain yang lebih kuat untuk mengonfirmasi temuan ini dan menjelaskan lebih lanjut mekanisme kerja dry needling dalam pengelolaan MTPS. Penemuan ini berpotensi mendukung penggunaan dry needling dalam praktik klinis untuk pengelolaan MTPS.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengelolaan keuangan rumah sakit menjadi krusial dalam memastikan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan, terutama di tengah tantangan seperti peningkatan biaya dan kompleksitas regulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi pengelolaan keuangan rumah sakit yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi berdasarkan tinjauan literatur lima tahun terakhir (2019–2024). Metode systematic literature review dengan pendekatan PRISMA digunakan untuk menyaring dan menganalisis berbagai literature yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan system informasi manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan berbasis data, serta model pembayaran berbasis nilai berkontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi keuangan. Inovasi lain seperti digitalisasi proses keuangan dan manajemen risiko keuangan juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan stabilitas keuangan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat untuk menghadapi tantangan finansial di masa mendatang, dan diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi manajemen rumah sakit dalam merancang kebijakan keuangan yang lebih efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[Rambu Solo' culture is a culture that has been adopted as a belief of the Toraja people. The Torajan people's understanding of the rituals at the Rambu Solo' ceremony causes families to try to carry out the Rambu Solo' ceremony by looking for large costs and being able to borrow from various sources in order to carry out the ceremony in a grand manner. This research aims to determine attitudes towards the culture of debt at the Rambu Solo' death ceremony for Torajan people who have migrated. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection used included in-depth interview techniques. This research involved three Torajan participants who migrated and implemented a debt culture. The data organization and analysis technique that will be used is the analytical descriptive method. The results of this research show that attitudes towards debt culture at the Rambu Solo' death ceremony for Toraja people who migrate do have an impact after they leave Toraja to migrate. It can be seen from the change in thinking about debt itself, which according to them is not a good thing to do, so there is a shift in meaning in the culture of Rambu Solo'.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Older people can be defined as a group entering the final stages of life, starting with the middle age 60 to 74 years, the elderly aged 75 to 90 years, and the ancient age more than 90 years. The increase in the global prevalence of sleep disorders in the elderly, especially in Africa and Asia, is around 150 million people. The increase in the prevalence of sleep quality disorders in the elderly in Indonesia is very high, namely 67%. Based on this background, researchers are interested in finding out the effect of combining low-impact aerobic exercise and keroncong music therapy to improve sleep quality in older people in Padukuhan Semuhan Lor, Sleman. Research Objective: Therefore, this study aimed to determine how combining low-impact aerobic exercise and keroncong music therapy improves sleep quality in older people in Padukuhan Semuhan Lor, Sleman. Method: This research is an experimental quantitative research with a two-group pre-test and post-test approach. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 subjects. The instrument in this study used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index observation. Results: The results of the analysis of variables using the Wilcoxon Sign Paired T-Test and Mann Whitney U-Test stated that there was an effect of giving a combination of low-impact aerobic exercise and keroncong music therapy to improve sleep quality in older people by 0.001 (p0.05). Conclusion: There is a difference in the effect of giving a combination of Aerobic Exercise low Impact and Aerobic Exercise low Impact + Music Therapy on improving sleep quality in the elderly. Aerobic Exercise low Impact + Music Therapy has a greater effect on improving sleep quality in the elderly. Suggestion: For further researchers, the results of this study can be used as a review of data related to aerobic exercise low impact + music therapy to improve and in further research it is recommended to use male respondents as a comparison.]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting (kerdil) merupakan keadaan gagal tumbuh kembang anak pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK) yang diakibatkan oleh kekurangan gizi secara kronik. di Indonesia termasuk dalam negara ketiga dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Regional Asia Tenggara. jumlah balita stunting di Kecamatan Kei Besar Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara sebanyak 188 dengan presentasi 17,47%, untuk Puskesmas Elat jumlah balita stunting sebanyak 91 orang dengan presentasi 20,18%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah semua ibu hamil dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas Elat sudah mengetahui tentang pencegahan Stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian surrvery yaitu proserdurr pernerlitian kurantitatif yang dilakurkan urnturk merndiskripsikan pengetahuan dari popurlasi yang diperrolerh merlaluri samperl dalam popurlasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Elat berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang berjumlah 31 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik Accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada Ada perbedaan pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting dengan nilai p-value=0,000. Didapatkan hasil bahwa pemberian edukasi kepada ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pencegahan stunting, serta Sebagai media pembelajaran secara continue pada ibu hamil untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan inovasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di rumah sakit dalam kurun waktu 2019-2024, dengan fokus pada peran kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit telah mengadopsi berbagai inisiatif inovatif, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi canggih, program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, dan transformasi budaya organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan program pengembangan karyawan yang komprehensif terbukti menjadi faktor kunci yang mendorong inovasi manajemen SDM. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan implementasi, seperti dukungan kepemimpinan, keterlibatan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi yang kondusif. Hasil studi ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dan praktis bagi akademisi serta manajer SDM dan pembuat kebijakan di sektor kesehatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management in enhancing hospital competitiveness in the digital era, identify critical success factors, and explore the challenges faced by hospitals in their digital transformation process. Research Methods: The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative methods through surveys of 200 middle and senior managers from 50 hospitals in Indonesia, and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with 20 hospital executives. Data analysis involves structural equation modeling (SEM) for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. Research Results: Effective implementation of digital strategic management has been shown to improve hospital competitiveness through increased service innovation, improved quality of care, and enhanced patient satisfaction. Critical success factors include strong top management support, technological readiness, and a culture of innovation. Key challenges include resistance to change, budget constraints, and digital competency gaps. The study proposes a "Dynamic Digital Capability Framework for Hospitals" (DDCFH) as an adaptive model for digital transformation in healthcare settings. Conclusion: Successful digital transformation in hospitals requires a holistic approach that aligns digital strategies with organizational capabilities and environmental demands. The study emphasizes the importance of digital leadership, change management, and strategic partnerships in navigating the complexities of digital transformation in the healthcare sector.]]>
