Abstract

Upaya Bluebird dalam aktivitas menjaga hubungan pelanggan juga merupakan suatu hal yang penting. Dengan adanya citra merek Bluebird yang sudah bagus dan upaya aktivitas menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan akan membuat kenaikan dalam loyalitas di dalam komunitas sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan hipotesis awal yang diuji yang terdiri dari hipotesis pertama mengenai pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bluebird di DKI Jakarta secara positif dan signifikan serta hipotesis kedua mengenai pengaruh brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bluebird di DKI Jakarta secara positif dan signifikan. Objek yang digunakan di dalam penelitian adalah Bluebird dan responden yang dibutuhkan di dalam penelitian ini adalah para responden yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan menggunakan Bluebird setidaknya dua kali dimulai pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini membawakan hasil bahwa baik customer relationship management dan brand image memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bluebird di DKI Jakarta yang didasari oleh uji statistik t. kesimpulan di dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa customer relationship management dan brand image berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bluebird di DKI Jakarta. Saran yang diberikan adalah untuk perusahaan meningkatkan customer relationship management serta brand image untuk membentuk loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential and obstacles of Income Tax collection as well as the level of compliance of professional Facebook content creators in reporting and paying Income Tax (PPh) in Kupang City using a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with content creators, tax consultants, and analysis of related documents. The data was then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the potential for tax collection from content creators is quite high in line with the increase in the number of creators and the amount of income. However, the main obstacles faced are low tax awareness, the absence of a specific business classification (KLU) for content creators, and a lack of transparency in the tax deduction mechanism. The level of compliance among content creators in reporting and paying taxes also varies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas analisis hukum perdata terhadap perlindungan konsumen dalam Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) yang menjadi instrument pembiayaan yang paling lazim digunakan bagi profesi untuk memperoleh hunian. Dalam pelaksanaannya, berbagai persoalan sering muncul, seperti wanprestasi oleh pihak pengembang, asimetrisnya daya tawar antara konsumen dan pelaku usaha dalam kontrak, dan penggunaan ketentuan standar sepihak yang membebani konsumen. Selain itu, ketidakjelasan status agunan, terutama ketika objek masih berada pada sertipikat induk yang belum dipisahkan, turut menimbulkan risiko hukum bagi konsumen maupun pihak bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan pendekatan statute, telaah doktrin/pendapat ahli, serta kajian kasus untuk menilai efektivitas perlindungan hukum yang tersedia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UUPK, KUH Perdata, serta regulasi OJK dan BI telah mengatur perlindungan, pelaksanaannya belum berjalan efektif karena pengawasan regulator yang belum kuat, literasi hukum konsumen yang terbatas, dan dominasi kontrak formulir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan desain kontrak, penguatan pengawasan, serta transparansi biaya dan risiko agar perlindungan konsumen KPR terwujud secara nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) To determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of E-filling on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers in submitting Annual Tax Returns. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of the perception of Taxpayer convenience on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers in submitting Annual Tax Returns. (3) To determine and analyze the effect of the experience of using E-filling on the compliance of Individual Taxpayers in submitting Annual Tax Returns. (4) To determine the effect of the implementation of E-filling, taxpayer perceptions and experience of using E-filling on the compliance of individual taxpayers in submitting annual tax returns at the Kupang Pratama Tax Service Office. The data used in this study were obtained using a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were individual Taxpayers who reported SPT via E-filling at the Kupang Pratama Tax Office in 2024 totaling 54,587 Taxpayers. The sample of this study was 100 Taxpayers at the Kupang Pratama Tax Office in 2024. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula. The analysis method used was descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using the statistical package for the social sciences 25 (SPSS 31) application. The results of this study indicate that (1) The Implementation of E-Filling has a significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance in submitting Annual Tax Returns at the Kupang Pratama Tax Service Office. (2) Taxpayer Perception has a significant effect on the ease of use of e-filling in reporting SPT. (3) Experience in using e-filling has a significant effect on Individual Taxpayer compliance. (4) The Implementation of E-filling, Perception of Ease of Use of Taxpayers and Experience in Using E-filling together have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance in Submitting Annual Tax Returns.

Abstract

Kesadaran diri (self-awareness) merupakan fondasi penting dalam pengembangan pribadi, sosial, dan emosional remaja. Individu dengan tingkat kesadaran diri yang baik cenderung mampu mengelola emosi, membangun relasi positif, dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Namun, di kalangan remaja Indonesia, pengembangan self-awareness masih kurang mendapat perhatian, sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mendorong refleksi diri dan pengelolaan emosi secara konstruktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan self-awareness dan kecerdasan emosional remaja melalui pendekatan reflective learning di TPA Masjid Fathul Bayan, Yogyakarta. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan lima pos pembelajaran reflektif, yaitu pengenalan minat, penampilan keterampilan individu, pembuatan konten inspiratif, refleksi pengalaman belajar, dan diskusi tantangan pribadi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 21 peserta berusia 7–13 tahun selama enam jam dalam format rotasi kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif dari 68% menjadi 92% serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri, empati, dan kemampuan mengenali emosi diri. Peserta juga menunjukkan kemampuan mendeskripsikan pengalaman (reporting), menanggapi secara emosional (responding), mengaitkan pengalaman dengan nilai (relating), menalar secara logis (reasoning), dan merencanakan perbaikan diri (reconstructing). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa reflective learning efektif diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan nonformal untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran diri dan kecerdasan emosional remaja.

Abstract

Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk peradaban manusia, dengan pengaruh yang luas dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan, budaya, sosial, dan etika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana Islam berkontribusi terhadap peradaban manusia, karakteristiknya sebagai mosaik budaya yang berinteraksi dengan budaya dunia, serta penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam peradaban modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menganalisis literatur sekunder yang mencakup buku, artikel jurnal, dan dokumen sejarah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam, dengan prinsip-prinsip seperti keadilan sosial, tanggung jawab ekologis, ukhuwah, dan toleransi, telah memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, sistem sosial yang adil, dan keharmonisan budaya. Islam mendorong pencapaian ilmiah pada masa kejayaan peradaban Islam, melalui sistem pendidikan dan lembaga keilmuan yang menjadi cikal bakal ilmu pengetahuan modern. Islam juga berperan dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan melalui sistem sosial dan ekonomi seperti keuangan syariah, zakat, wakaf, dan musyawarah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam, yang bersifat universal, dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi tantangan global modern, seperti ketimpangan sosial dan kerusakan lingkungan, dengan memberikan solusi yang berbasis pada keseimbangan hak individu dan kepentingan kolektif.

Abstract

This study intends to explore the subjective experiences of school principals in implementing transformational leadership to empower Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. A phenomenological approach is utilised to understand the essential meaning of the experience. Data were acquired through in-depth interviews with four PAUD principals and were evaluated thematically. The findings of the study reveal three main themes, namely (1) Leadership as Inspiration and Exemplary in an Empowering Space, (2) Mentoring Strategies through Communication, Mentoring, and Appreciation to Fight Resistance, and (3) Leadership Success through Changing the "Soul" of Teachers and a Living School Climate. This study concludes that the effectiveness of transformational leadership in early childhood education lies in the ability of principals to connect inspirational values with contextual and empathetic mentoring strategies, thereby awakening the professional "soul" of teachers. Implication: leadership development programs should place greater emphasis on building reflective capacity and coaching skills that align with the unique characteristics of early childhood education units.

Abstract

Seminyak Beach in Bali is a prime tourist destination attracting both domestic and international tourists. However, the increase in tourist visits and commercial activities along the coastline has also created challenges to the cleanliness of the beach environment. This study aims to analyse tourists' perceptions of Seminyak Beach's cleanliness and identify factors influencing these perceptions. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, based on field observations and semi-structured interviews with 30 tourists (18 foreign, 12 domestic) who visited the beach during the low season (February 2025). Observational data showed that, on average, 63% of respondents rated beach cleanliness as 'fair', 23% as 'good', and 14% as 'poor'. The main factors influencing perceptions were the visual appearance of trash (contributing ± 38%), odour (± 25%), and limited trash facilities (± 20%). Interview results showed that tourists appreciated the cleaning efforts by officers and community volunteers, but considered the cleaning frequency inconsistent. This study recommends strengthening sustainable beach-cleaning management systems, improving cleaning facilities, and conducting awareness campaigns for tourists

Abstract

This study investigates English communication anxiety among first-semester students in an international class at a private university in Bali, focusing on peer comparison and support and coping. Drawing on Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety and Social Comparison Theory, it examines how these two factors relate to students’ anxiety. Data were collected from 38 students using a bilingual questionnaire with Likert-scale items and open-ended questions. The results show that students experienced a moderate level of English communication anxiety. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that peer comparison is positively associated with anxiety, whereas support and coping are negatively associated with anxiety. Qualitative responses indicate that students feel both motivated and anxious and that teacher clarity, a relaxed classroom atmosphere, peer encouragement, and gentle correction help them manage anxiety. The findings suggest that EMI programmes need to address affective as well as academic dimensions to build more supportive international-class environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas gastronomic walking tour sebagai strategi promosi kuliner lokal di kawasan heritage Ubud, Bali. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods, penelitian ini menggabungkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku kuliner, serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada 25 peserta untuk menilai persepsi, pengalaman, dan dampak kegiatan terhadap promosi kuliner lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian destinasi kuliner yang dikunjungi—mulai dari olahan kelapa di Tukies Coconut Ice Cream, kopi Bali di Bali Star Coffee, kuliner rumahan di Warung Seroja, jajanan pasar di Pasar Ubud, hingga nasi campur Bali di Adi Warung—mewakili keragaman gastronomi Ubud yang bercirikan keaslian dan konteks budaya yang kuat. Respon peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, terutama pada aspek narasi budaya pemandu (mean = 4,67), interaksi dengan pelaku kuliner (mean = 4,50), dan efektivitas tour sebagai strategi promosi (mean = 4,50). Pelaku kuliner memandang walking tour sebagai peluang untuk meningkatkan visibilitas usaha, memperkenalkan cerita budaya di balik hidangan, serta memperluas jaringan konsumen melalui interaksi langsung dengan wisatawan. Analisis keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas walking tour ditopang oleh pengalaman langsung, kekuatan narasi budaya, keterlibatan pelaku kuliner, dan potensi amplifikasi digital melalui dokumentasi peserta. Dengan demikian, gastronomic walking tour terbukti menjadi pendekatan yang relevan dan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat promosi kuliner lokal, memperkaya pengalaman wisatawan, serta mendukung pelestarian identitas gastronomi Ubud
