Abstract

Puding merupakan makanan yang terbuat dari bahan yang terdiri dari agar- agar, susu, gula dan air yang diolah dengan cara direbus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan puree buah terung belanda sebanyak 20%, 40% 60% terhadap kualitas bentuk, warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa (manis), rasa (buah terung Belanda). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2024 di workshop Tata boga, Depertemen Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Pariwisata Dan Perhotelan, Universitas Negeri Padang. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen murni dengan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali pengulangan, agar dapat menganalisis pengaruh penambahan puree buah terung Belanda terhadap kualitas puding maka dilakukan uji organoleptik yang melibatkan 15 orang panelis semi terlatih, Data yang didapatkan akan dilanjutkan dengan tabulasi data hingga uji ANAVA, jika Fhitung > Ftabel maka akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan puree buah terung Belanda terhadap kualitas warna, rasa (manis), rasa (buah terung belanda) dan aroma. Sedangkan pada indikator bentuk, tekstur tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan. Skor pencapain tertinggi secara keseluruhan yaitu bentuk rapi 3,73 (60%), warna merah hati 3,8 (40%), aroma buah terung Belanda 3,42 (40%), tekstur lembut dan kenyal 3,51 (40%) rasa manis 2,93 (40%), rasa buah terung Belanda 3,91 (60%). Hasil kualitas puding buah terung Belanda dengan penambahan puree buah terung belanda terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan keempat (X2) dengan variasi penambahan puree buah terung Belanda sebanyak 40%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of manual therapy on temporomandibular joint disorders. Using Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design, this study was conducted at the Griya Physiotherapy Colomadu clinic within two weeks with 24 subjects leading to TMJ disorders, 21 subjects did not experience TMJ disorders according to the inclusion criteria and 3 subjects experienced TMJ disorders according to the inclusion criteria. A therapy manual was given in the form of manipulation therapy in C0-C1, TMJ joint repositioning, mandibular exercise, and soft tissue release three times of therapy. Subjects were examined using the Quisionare Fonseca Anamnestic Index (FAI) and the data were analyzed using the analysis of non-overlapping data results or Percentage of Nonoverlapping Data (PND). Mr. R obtained an FAI result score of 80 at the beginning of the examination which means that it included the classification of severe TMJ disorder and after being given three interventions of therapy experienced a decrease in the FAI examination result score to 15 (no TMJ disorder), Mrs. S subject obtained an initial outcome score of 70 (severe TMJ disorder) after being given three times of therapy the final result score of FAI became 20 (mild TMJ disorder) and Mrs. I subject obtained an initial outcome score as many as 65 (moderate TMJ impairment) after being given three times of therapy, the FAI result score became 15 (without TMJ impairment). The results of the data analysis from each subject were Mr. R with a PND value = 100% (very effective), Mrs. S with a PND value = 100% (very effective) and Mrs. I with a PND value = 66.66% (moderate effect). Conclusion: based on the results of data analysis in this study, the effect of manual therapy (C0-C1 manipulation therapy, TMJ repositioning, mandibular exercise and release of soft tissue adhesions) as many as three times of therapy in three respondents or subjects succeeded in lowering the score of the criteria for severe TMJ disorder to mild TMJ disorder and without TMJ disorder, the results were different or not the same in each subject because there were still data analysis results that were still overlapping.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani cabai merah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelayakan usahatani cabe merah di Kecamatan Pariaman Utara Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2023. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja [purposive], data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa [1] Berdasarkan hasil analisis R/C Ratio bahwa usahatani cabai merah di lokasi penelitian layak untuk diusahakan dengan R/C 2,21 [2] Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelayakan usahatani cabai merah secara parsial yaitu produksi, modal, berpengaruh tidak signifikan harga, teknologi, biaya tenaga kerja. Secara simultan [bersama–sama] variabel harga [X1], produksi [X2], modal [X3], teknologi [X4], biaya tenaga kerja [X5], berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelayakan usahatani cabai merah di Kecamatan Padang Pariaman.
