Abstract

Teacher strategy is a way how teachers can achieve the goals that have been determined optimally, both from planning and implementation, because teachers as professional educators and have great responsibility in the learning process. The aims of this study were to: 1) Find out the planning activities for the tahfiz class learning development at MTs Al Ittihad Belung Poncokusumo Malang. 2) Knowing the implementation of tahfiz class learning activities at MTs Al Ittihad Belung Poncokusumo Malang. 3) Knowing the evaluation of learning development activities for the tahfiz class at MTs Al Ittihad Belung Poncokusumo Malang. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. For data collection the methods used are: 1) Observation 2) Interview 3) Documentation. Research informants were the principal of MTs Al Ittihad, Tahfiz teachers of MTs Al Ittihad, and Tahfiz students of MTs Al Ittihad. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy consists of several actions, namely: a) giving assignments and memorization targets. b) guiding students to always be muraja'ah. c) graduation for students who have graduated. d) Give certificates to students who meet the target.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe how the condition of students' skills in reading the Qur'an using the Bil Qolam method. The Bil Qolam method is a guideline for studying the Qur'an by using the arrangement of hijaiyah letters and starting with understanding the sound of the hijaiyah letters. Starting from one to three letters or one verse using the typical PIQ song (Pesantren Ilmu Qur'an) which reads it is sung 4 times and has 3 stages, namely: the opening stage, the material stage, and the closing stage. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. This research was conducted at MTs Hasyim Asy’ari because MTs level students should have been able to read the Qur'an fluently but at MTs there were still students who were not fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an so that the Bil Qolam method was applied. The results of the application of the Bil Qolam method are 1) students become fluent in reading the Qur'an 2) students are able to read the Qur'an in accordance with the rules of recitation. The conclusion from the implementation of the Bil Qolam method is that it can improve students' skills in reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

This research is generally conducted with the aim to describe about: 1) What is the character of ideal teacher in the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, 2) How is the character of  ideal teacher in the law of teacher and lecturer no. 14, 2005, 3) How is relevance of ideal teacher character in the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim and the law of teacher and lecturer no. 14, 2005. The result of the analysis were obtained by the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim contained three characteristics for being an ideal or professional teacher; namely the character of educators towards themselves, the character of educators in learning and teaching, and the character of educators towards students. In the Teacher and Lecturer Law No.14, 2005 which contains four competencies, namely: pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. While the relevance of the values of both were said to be valid or appropriate. Researcher grouped based on competencies contained in the Law on Teachers and lecturers No. 14, 2005 because it has included all the points of the character of ideal teacher in the book Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim.

Abstract

The tendency of an increase in child students who experience emotional disturbances as the times develop. The decline in emotional and spiritual intelligence should be a concern, especially in the world of education. Madrasas as a vehicle for formal education and the role of teachers as educators are considered very strategic to shape the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students. MI Al Ma'arif 07 Malang is an educational institution that has tried to develop emotional and spiritual intelligence from an early stage in learning activities.From the background of the above research, the focus of the research is how the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students at MI Al Ma'arif 07 Tunjungtirto Singosari, how the role of Islamic religious teachers in developing students' emotional and spiritual intelligence in MI Al Ma'arif 07 Tunjungtirto Singosari, know the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence in MI Al Ma’arif 07 Tunjungtiro Singosari.To achieve these objectives the research was conducted with a type of qualitative research. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done by using two kinds of triangulation, namely source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation, and using peer techniques.The results showed the first that the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students is done well, by way of implementing an emotional and spiritual intelligence development program there are several ways that can be implemented several ways including through religious activities, through the task, through the path of nurturing, through the path of knowledge , through the path of personal change, through the path of brotherhood the educator must encourage students to share with each other.The role of the Islamic teacher in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence of students is by habituating religious activities, controlled activities in teaching and learning activities, discipline of all school members, awareness of all school members to obey school rules, teacher motivation to students, punishment and appreciation

Abstract

Thiss studyc aimsb tov describeb Islamicd educationq activitiesq carriedq outq atq Learning on Pai subjects uses the index card match treatment which will impose a 2-class system of control and experiment classes held at Mts Hasyim Asya'ari. This study uses several tests to determine the score obtained from the results of the application of the index card match method, namely the test instrument. the results of the Control group of 30 samples achieved by students amounted to 89. While the Experimental group of 30 samples achieved scores of students amounted to 99. And students in PAI class VII class Mts Hasyim Asya'ari showed that most student learning outcomes were in interval 89 -100. Keywords: card games, learning value

Abstract

Cooperative Learning Model Type Problem Based Learning is a learning model which uses problems to stimulate students and learn to solve problems in groups so as to increase students' knowledge and skills according to the achievement of learning objectives. The application of cooperative learning model type of problem based learning in Islamic Religious Education can create interesting and fun learning. Cooperative learning model type of problem based learning is the teacher's effort to create creative, innovative and communicative learning in order to make students become independent in developing the potential of critical thinking skills, and to be able to solve problems provided by the teacher. The focus of research includes planning learning, techniques for implementing learning and evaluating cooperative learning models of problem based learning types. The research method uses qualitative research. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. In the implementation of learning the teacher must prepare a learning plan and apply it in the learning process and carry out assessments by covering cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

The program curriculum designed and compiled at the Bani Hasyim Islamic MiddleSchool is a curriculum that was developed by integrating and based on the school'svision and mission. In this study using descriptive qualitative. The programcurriculum model at Bani Hasyim is synergizing 19 programs in various subjects. The program activities are carried out by all Bani Hasyim Islamic Middle Schoolacademics namely students, teachers, and employees. Basic abilities equip students in ways of learning that are meaningful, resulting in a sense of independence,awareness, and movement. Abstract

Belajar sebuah keniscayaan bagi manusia. Melalui belajar manusia akan mampu membuka tabir misteri yang ada pada alam dan kehidupan. Belajar yang merupakan perubahan tingkah laku, memiliki karakteristiknya, juga tentang bahan, macam, tahapan dan motivasi belajar. Kemampuan belajar manusia terletak pada kemampuan memahami realita Namun realita dipahami manusia sesuai dengan pandangan yang diyakininya. Idealisme dan realisme berbeda pandangan mengenai realita dan perkembangan manusia.. Islam pun memiliki pandangan sendiri tentang realita dan perkembangan manusia. Buat manusia tidak ada kata terlambat untuk belajar karena belajar pada hakikatnya sepanjang masa. Dan dengan belajar manusia bisa menggapai kemajuan dalam hidupnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the personality condition and to describe the importance of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in Malang 1 State Islamic Senior High School. The study was conducted with a type of qualitative research. The procedure of data collection is done by using the observation method, interview method by using the question and answer way verbally with research sources, and the documentation method that is in the form of notes, transcripts, and so on. In this study, the condition of student personality is said to be good can be seen from how students order in carrying out activities in the madrasa, polite and polite attitude to good speech. And based on what is done by a teacher of Islamic religious education in shaping the personality of students by giving examples and good example, providing student motivation, interacting and maintaining communication with students, and using subtle language. It can be concluded that the personality possessed by students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 in Malang city is good and the teacher of Islamic religious education in shaping students' personalities in accordance with the existing theories in the thesis.Keywords: Role, Personality

Abstract

Character education is the priority in education today besides academic orientation. Through this character education, in the future it is hoped that the younger generation can get more power to fight the tide of globalization and can filter out all the negative aspects of the rapid development of globalization. Character education is a system of instilling character values carried out with the aim that students have the knowledge, awareness, and actions in implementing noble values in character building. In the system of inculcation of character values carried out in an Islamic educational institution using the Islamic values approach. As is the case in MTs An-Nur 1 Bululawang, In character education here has a variety of values - the same values as the values of Islamic religion, so it is very appropriate for us as a Muslim to develop character education with Islamic religious values. In this case, the value of the Islamic religion is sourced from the Qur'an and the Hadith in which it regulates all aspects of Muslim life. However, in this digital era, the current globalization that has entered it has already affected all aspects of the lives of Muslims so that Islamic religious values such as culture, lifestyle, social life fade. In each lesson, the teacher can associate general subjects with Islamic religious values, bearing in mind that in fact all knowledge comes from the Qur'an which guides Muslims, so that all subjects can be directly linked to Islamic religious values. Preliminary study research (2018) previously at Mts An Nur 1 Bululawang stated that in the school there was a phenomenon that students in the school were unable to obey the rules and did not carry out the orders that the school had set. In addition, based on the background above, there is still a lack of research that discusses the importance of internalizing or instilling aqidah moral in the school, so students cannot understand so often they do not obey the rules that have been set.
