Abstract

Only in 2021, 350 thousand complaints of rape were registered in Indonesia. 63% of campus violence incidents were not reported to maintain the good image of the campus. Spiritual intelligence may reduce juvenile delinquency among college students. Spiritual intelligence is used as a foundation to maximize intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. With spiritual intelligence, a person sees that every life has meaning and value, which makes the individual feel useless in reality. The Bible teaches that followers of Christ, including Christian students, must have the character of Christ and live according to the truth, which means living without the mask of hypocrisy. The inherent responsibility of Christian students should include a desire and commitment to learn and develop their Christian character so that their lives will radiate the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Abstract

Teaching Factory (TeFa) merupakan suatu model pembelajaran pengintegrasian seluruh proses menciptakan barang dan jasa yang ada di dunia usaha dan industri ke pembelajaran di sekolah. Untuk melaksanakan itu, diperlukan adanya peran seorang kepala sekolah dalam memanagenya sehingga tercipta Teaching Factory (TeFa) yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengawasi serta mendeskripsika peran kepala sekolah sebagai seorang motivator dalam memberikan dorongan dan semangat kepada para guru untuk melaksanakan serta mengembangkan Teaching Factory (TeFa) di SMK Pusat Keunggulan yang ada di Kota Ambon. Dimana Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, baik pada SMK Negeri 5 Ambon mapun SMK Muhammadiyah Ambon, peran kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan, mengawasi dan menjadi motivator dalam memberikan dorongan dan semangat bagi para guru dalam mengembangkan Teaching Factory dilakukan dengan sangat baik yakni melalui pengkondisian sekolah dan pengkondisian Teaching Factory. Pada pengkondisian sekolah, kepala sekolah memastikan bahwa lingkungan pendukung pelaksanaan Teaching Factory yakni lahan parkir, tempat pembuangan limbah, tempat produksi dan sebagainya dalam kondisi yang baik. Sedangkan pada pengkondisian Teaching Factory, kepala sekolah memastikan adanya stuktur organisasi Teaching Factory dengan masing-masing pembagian tugas, kualitas produk, permintaan pasar, survei pasar, arah pasar yang dituju hingga mekanisme evaluasi dan rencana tindak lanjut. Oleh sebab itu, demi kelangsungan dan kelancaran pelaksanaan Teaching Factory, seluruh elemen yang ada di sekolah sangatlah diharapkan kerjasamanya dengan koordinasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological paradigm that aims to reveal facts about the appearance that occurs in management in catechization education as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. The results showed that the planning of catechization education in GPM Wooi Church started from the mechanism for accepting students, the cost of sidi letters, rules and educator incentives. In organizing there is a division of tasks, delegation of authority and teaching schedules. Meanwhile, in the implementation activities, it was found that the implementation of catechization education learning activities in one week was two meetings, namely Tuesday and Friday and there were two semesters for one academic year, each semester of which learning activities required six months. Evaluation in catechization education includes evaluation of learning outcomes and evaluation of educator performance. The mechanism for evaluating learning outcomes is carried out by techniques of written tests, oral tests and faith tests and the end of this education is confirmation to become a new member of the Moluccan Protestant Church.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the school committee in YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi Branch in implementing SBM, as well as analyzing what supporting and inhibiting factors were faced by the school committee within YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi Branch in implementing SBM. This type of research is field research, using a qualitative research approach to analyze and describe the implementation of SBM in schools within the scope of YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi Branch. The research took place in 5 schools under YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi branch, in March-May 2023. The research data was obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman method. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion that can be drawn is the role of the school committee in YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi branch in implementing SBM as an Advisory agency is on a fairly good priority scale (60%), Supporting agencies are on a good priority scale (70%), Controlling agency is on a the priority is quite good (45.71%), and the Mediator agency is on a good priority scale (73.3%). Factors inhibiting school committees in the scope of YPPK Dr. J. B. Sitanala Masohi Branch in implementing SBM, namely the quality of school committee human resources, an incorrect understanding of the role of school committees, the public's perception of free education is still wrong, the distribution of educators by the Government, as well as the socio-economic background of students' parents.

Abstract

Teacher performance, the form of behavior referred to by the teacher's activities in the learning process. can be seen when he carries out teaching and learning interactions in class including his preparation both in the form of semester programs and teaching preparation. With regard to the importance of evaluating teacher performance. This study aims to evaluate the performance of certified teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Ambon City. This research was conducted as a qualitative descriptive study with the research subjects being the principal, vice principal, and 5 certified teachers. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. As for the subject of this research is the head of the school and teachers. The results of this study are well structured, this is evident. Planning for the performance of certification teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Ambon generally plans according to the provisions, the implementation of certification teacher performance is directed at a good learning process and supervision is carried out with a supervisory system, namely supervisor supervision and functional supervision. Supervision is carried out directly by the school principal and functional supervision is carried out by the school supervisor. Based on the results of the evaluation of the performance evaluation of teacher certification at SMP Negeri 4 Ambon City which was implemented in reality it was going well, but there were also obstacles, namely the learning process had not been carried out and there had to be more improvement for better school progress in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate certified teachers in preparing and planning lessons, evaluating certified teachers in managing classrooms, evaluating certified teachers in carrying out the learning process, evaluating certified teachers for their responsibilities and professionals in learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Lolong Guba, SD Negeri 4 Lolong Guba, SD Negeri 5 Lolong Guba, SD Al-Hilaal Wabloy and SD Al-Hilaal Italahin involving 2 teachers in each school. The overall results of the evaluation of Charlotte Danielson model-certified teachers at SD Negeri 2 Lolong Guba domain 1 are (100%) very good category, domain 2 is (96.5%) very good category, domain 3 is (86.5%) very good category and domain 4 is (97%) very good category. SD Negeri 4 Lolong Guba domain 1 is (100%) very good category, domain 2 is (96.5%) very good category, domain 3 is (76.5%) good category, domain 4 is (94%) very good category. SD Negeri 5 Lolong Guba domain 1 is (100%) very good category, domain 2 is (90%) very good category, domain 3 is (76.5%) good category and domain 4 is (94%) very good category. SD Al-Hilaal Wabloy domain 1 is (100%) very good category, domain 2 is (80%) good category, domain 3 is (70%) sufficient category and domain 4 is (94%) very good category. SD Al-Hilaal Italahin domain 1 is (63.5%) category is good enough, domain 2 is (70%) category is good enough, domain 3 is (67%) category is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of Counseling Guidance teachers in overcoming the behavior of students who play true, because there are still many students who often play true as seen by us at this time, there are those who participate in promiscuity, are lazy to study and others. Of course, in this study, researchers discussed how the counseling teacher's efforts to overcome the behavior of students who skipped school in an effective way carried out by the counseling teacher. This research leads to a qualitative descriptive research method, the data of which was taken from interviews with 2 existing sources. And the results of this study were: According to all informants, it was concluded that the counseling teacher's efforts to deal with students who skipped school were to approach the counseling teacher to students and provide a service with group counseling services and group guidance.

Abstract

The study of Ayu Utami's novel Saman and Larung in this study discusses the issue of female sexuality expression. The research method refers to qualitative with a semiotic study approach; Signifier and Signified Ferdinand De Saussure. The results of the study show that Ayu Utami's Saman and Larung novels have marker systems related to women's sexual expression in the category of erotic acts, namely sexual arousal by kissing, sexual expectations, sexual fantasies, masturbation, sexual stimulation and intercourse. The interwoven sign system represents markers related to sexual expression as resistance to the dominant (patriarchal) culture in order to achieve social equality, personality, identity, biological needs, sexual habits, relationships, thoughts and feelings.

Abstract

Fairy tales are a means of assistance so messages can be conveyed to children. Indonesia is highlighting stunting. Stunting can be prevented if children and their parents are aware of the importance of nutritious food. Apart from being a basic need for human life, food is also a cultural construction and philosophy of life. Food should have a story about insight or background and goals, one of which is nutrition. The function of events in literary gastronomy in fairy tales is to provide information regarding the actions and events of a story. The presence of an event perspective in literary gastronomy provides an alternative understanding of stories. This study uses a literary gastronomic function research methodology. The source of the data in this study is the fairy tale Princess Lyla the Arrogant by Dyah Umi Purnama which was published in 2019. The data collection technique in this study used the read-note technique. Data analysis techniques are in the form of organizing and sorting data into patterns, categories, and basic descriptive units. Based on these events, it is found that the PLS story has an advanced plot. The main event in the tale is Princess Ghidzai who shows that eating tempeh does not make one stupid. While the supporting events are in the form of opposition from Princess Lyla to tempeh to the queens who provide expensive food. The function of this fairy tale event is to explain the concept of the events and actions of the characters in the fairy tale so that it can motivate readers (children and/or children's guardians) to be more respectful of food, find out food nutrition, and be creative with food

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of cooperation between counseling teachers and Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student discipline at SMA Negeri 5 Pamekasan. The approach used is a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The data collection techniques used included three techniques, namely interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques for two data sources, namely primary data (BK teachers and PAI) and secondary data (students and supporting documents at SMA Negeri 5 Pamekasan). After that, the data was analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The findings in this study indicate that the form of cooperation between Counseling Teachers and Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Growing Student Discipline Attitudes at SMA Negeri 5 Pamekasan is already good by practicing coordinated performance and evaluative
