Abstract

This research aims to explore learning motivation in terms of classical conditional theory. This research uses literature study. The result of this study is to view that the classical conditional theory sees learning motivation as the formation of habits by associating stronger and weaker stimuli, then the learning process occurs when there is interaction between individuals and the environment, and learning is making changes to individual by causing brain activity (called the unconditioned stimulus) and moving to learn (called the conditioned stimulus).

Abstract

This paper wants to provide a mapping of the urgency of peer counseling services in the Islamic boarding school environment. Using qualitative research methods with a meta-analysis approach to analyze the content of previous studies. The results of this study are Showing a mapping of the importance of implementing peer counseling or peer counseling in terms of the point of view of students, pesantren managers, and kiai who are elements of pesantren. This argument is built by seeing that pesantren are one of the institutions that still need to be optimized for the application of counseling services. Seeing the complexity of existing problems, especially those experienced by students.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the implementation of tafakur in the guidance and counseling process as an effort to enhance self-awareness. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting data from various library research such as books, articles, journals, and related studies. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of tafakur in the guidance and counseling process has significant potential in improving clients' self-awareness. By applying tafakur, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize and manage emotions better, and enhance the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. The implications of this research emphasize the need to expand the understanding and utilization of tafakur in the practice of guidance and counseling. Counselors should have good access to current literature and integrate this knowledge to assist clients in enhancing their self-awareness. The application of tafakur in guidance and counseling can be an effective means to help clients achieve personal development.

Abstract

This paper aimed to see how cases of marital rape or rape of a wife in a marriage from the point of view and relation to patriarchal culture and religion were often used as excuses for actions that take away women's rights as wife, and should be treated with good muamalah rule. Forms of violence perpetrated against women were manifestations of gender inequality between men and women, so domination and discrimination against women often occur, such as sexual violence. The type of research used was library research, by looking for literature that was relevant to the topic of discussion, namely religion, patriarchal culture, marital rape, and counseling. This research used secondary data such as scientific articles, online newspapers, books, and others which were included and  in accordance with the discussion of gender based violence as the focus of the case of marital rape. The collected data then were analyzed. The results of this study were that marital rape was the result of the values contained in patriarchal culture supported by religious doctrines which were only interpreted textually as justification for the actions taken by husbands against their wives. Feminist counseling could be an alternative assistance given to victims of marital rape in understanding their situation and rights as women in the household.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Indonesia as a country which is rich in culture, and therefore Indonesia has different patterns of lives in society. So, there is a need for a facilitator who can mitigate the anxiety of the people. This study aims to find out how the role of cross-faith and cultural counselors play a significant role in the dynamics of intercultural communication. This research uses a literature study approach. Sources of data that are used as material for this research are books, journals, and internet sites related to the selected topic. In this study, after the data was collected, the data was analyzed to get conclusions. The results in this study are that counselors who are sensitive to religion and culture are those who must have an awareness of knowing their own culture in all respects. Therefore, it can be understood that what can influence the mindset, actions, and feelings of a counselee can come from every culture. A counselor must be able to find the right approach or according to the characteristics of the counselee and must not force the counselee to follow the cultural values that the counselor wants. Therefore, the role of the counselor must really understand the characteristics of the counselee in terms of religion and culture.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan orang lain dan berinteraksi dalam kehidupannya. Begitu pula dengan mahasiswa yang memiliki peran sebagai agent of change, yang seharusnya memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam berinteraksi sosial, namun mahasiswa yang mengalami kecanduan game online mengakibatkan hubungan sosialnya menjadi buruk. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana hubungan sosial mahasiswa yang kecanduan game online, mereka menggunakan waktu 4-6 jam dalam sehari semalam untuk bermain game online. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga orang mahasiswa kecanduan game online jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling dan satu orang mahasiswa Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam. Teknik analisis data dan interpretasi data adalah reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Teknik penjaminan keabsahan data ini adalah triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan sosial mahasiswa kecanduan game online berlangsung baik dengan orang-orang disekitarnya. Pertama, hubungan sosial mahasiswa dengan teman sebaya yaitu; kerjasama, mengerjakan tugas bersama dan membantu temannya pada saat ada permasalahan. Asimilasi, tidak memilih-milih dalam berteman, berinteraksi secara menyeluruh, dan tidak terlalu merespon orang yang bersikap tidak baik kepadanya. Akomodasi, berinteraksi secara langsung. Kedua, hubungan sosial mahasiswa dengan keluarga dalam bentuk yaitu; kerjasama, menolong orang tua menyiapkan dagangan dan menanyakan kesehatan orang tua kepada saudara. Asimilasi, berinteraksi dengan sopan dan baik. Akomodasi, berinteraksi secara langsung. Ketiga, hubungan sosial mahasiswa dengan tetangga yaitu;.kerjasama, menolong tetangga saat meminta bantuan dan ikut serta dalam kegiatan gotong royong. Asimilasi, menyapa dan mengobrol-ngobrol dengan tetangga. Akomodasi, memberikan respon yang baik ketika berkomunikasi. Keempat, hubungan sosial mahasiswa dengan pemilik kos yaitu; kerjasama, membantu pemilik kos ketika butuh bantuan dan ikut kegiatan gotong royong dan asimilasi, mahasiswa kecanduan game online dengan pemilik kos yaitu dia menyapa ketika bertemu.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers in shaping the Qur'anic personality for students of SMP Al-Qur’an Pondok Pesantren Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa Lampung Timur. The research method uses a qualitative study with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained are to form a Qur'anic personality which consists of a repentant soul formed by a teacher acting as a corrector, to form a pious spirit, a teacher acts as a motivator, to form an ihsan soul, a teacher acts as a facilitator, and to form a spirit of ihsan, a teacher acts as an motivator, and to form a positive spirit then a teacher acts as an organizer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and find out radically or deeply about the phenomenon of culture shock on students with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and its prevention efforts through multicultural counseling. The research used qualitative approach with literature study research design. The results of this study found the answer that culture shock did occur and was experienced by students with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the reality on the ground, students with special needs experience problems in the online learning process. Although there is no scientific data and research, the phenomenon of culture shock has become a common problem caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including those experienced by students with special needs. Therefore, the phenomenon and problems of culture shock need to get the right treatment by using multicultural counseling. Multicultural counseling with the same model as counseling in general, but paying more attention to the counselee's cultural background, to be able to do counseling well. Thus, there is an appropriate meeting point between the problems experienced and the treatment used, namely the different cultural problems during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence in Indonesia are increasing, and among the victims are children who do not understand sexuality. Sexual violence against children is considered a crime that can cause long-lasting negative and traumatic effects, while children do not understand that they are victims, and even children find it difficult to reveal what happened. Art therapy as a therapy using art, is considered to be an alternative to express feelings that are difficult to express and describe real conditions. Thus, this study aims to determine the implementation of art therapy in overcoming traumatic conditions in child victims of sexual violence. In this study, the author uses a type of library research method, by reviewing some literature from books and scientific journals. The results that the authors found by examining theories indicate that art therapy can be one of the therapies that can deal with traumatic problems of children who are victims of sexual violence. With art therapy, children can express their feelings and describe the conditions that occur through art media which are interpreted through pictures and colors.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times and science, there is also a method of interpretation derived from philosophy, namely hermeneutics. Hermeneutics as a new method in the interpretation of the Qur'an is expected to be able to reveal things that cannot be known through the old method of interpretation. This study aims to examine the various hermeneutical approaches in Islamic studies. The method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study conclude that hermeneutics can be interpreted as an interpretation method that pays attention to the context of words (from a text) and the cultural context of their thoughts. Hermeneutics is divided into three varieties, namely the theory of hermeneutics which focuses its discussion on methodology, philosophy of hermeneutics whose focus is on tracing the ontological status of efforts to understand (understanding), and critical hermeneutics which emphasizes its language concerning efforts to uncover the causes of distortions in understanding. The hermeneutic method is considered to have a characteristic, namely the development of the contextualization value of a text to be studied. Hermeneutics in Islamic studies through the interpretation of the Qur’an finds a match between the verses of the Qur’an and science, which also shows the miracles of the Qur’an and its glory.
