Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought significant changes in various sectors, including the financial sector. This research aims to examine in depth the integration of FinTech with Crowdfunding and Blockchain, as well as its implications in the context of the Industry 4.0 era. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with a literature study and case study approach. The research results show that FinTech has played a catalyst role in accelerating the adoption of Crowdfunding and Blockchain. This integration has created a new business model that is more efficient, transparent and inclusive. In the context of Crowdfunding, FinTech has enabled wider access for individuals and small businesses to obtain funding, while in the context of Blockchain, FinTech has contributed to increased security, reduced transaction costs and increased trust. Abstract

In the ever growing digital era, the need for adaptive and innovative business education is becoming increasingly important. This research focuses on the central problem of the lack of integration between traditional business theory and dynamic digital business practices, as well as the need to develop entrepreneurial skills that are relevant to today's market. The aim of this research is to design a digital business study program that utilizes the Lean Startup methodology to promote action-oriented and experimental learning. The method used in this research is a participatory curriculum design approach, involving stakeholders from academia, industry and digital entrepreneurs. Data is collected through surveys, in-depth interviews, and case studies, which are then analyzed to identify best practices and principles of effective learning. The conclusion of this research shows that the integration of Lean Startup in digital business study programs can increase students' adaptability and innovation capabilities, preparing them for success in a rapidly changing business environment. The designed program emphasizes iterative learning, rapid market validation, and scalable business model development, all of which are crucial for modern entrepreneurship. This research provides a framework for more responsive and practical digital business education, which can be adopted by educational institutions to develop curricula that meet current and future industry demands.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing E-Learning in increasing innovation and creativepreneur skills of students in higher education. By focusing on the digital learning environment, this research wants to identify the impact of using E-Learning platforms on the development of students' creative and entrepreneurial ideas. The research method involves collecting quantitative data through online surveys and qualitative through in-depth interviews with students and lecturers. The data is then analyzed to measure the level of effectiveness of E-Learning in providing support for innovation and creativepreneurship skills. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide new insight into the potential of E-Learning in increasing students' creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can provide a basis for developing more effective online learning strategies in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education.

Abstract

Marketplaces have become a critical component in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The availability of a marketplace platform has a substantial impact on MSMEs' growth. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of marketplaces on the growth of MSMEs by taking into account the elements that influence their integration into the digital ecosystem. The quantitative methodology was utilized to collect data from MSME traders who used the marketplace to market their items. The marketplace's presence has greatly enhanced sales and had a favorable impact on their business operations. Market access is open from Sabang to Merauke thanks to the information technology network. This data is evaluated statistically to determine the association between market presence and MSME business growth. The findings of this study can help MSMEs gain a better understanding of how to use marketplaces to boost exposure, sales, and overall growth. The practical ramifications of this research are supposed to assist MSME owners in developing marketing strategies for their products and services via marketplace platforms. This research will also contribute to scholarly literature on the development of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of blockchain technology to improve online business security. The main problem facing online businesses today is their vulnerability to security attacks such as data theft and information leaks. The aim of this research is to optimize online business security by utilizing the advantages of blockchain technology in providing data security, integrity, and transparency. This research method includes a literature review to understand existing online business security frameworks and analysis of possible weaknesses. Next, we designed and implemented a blockchain-based solution to mitigate the identified security risks. Data collection is carried out through security attack simulations and reliability testing of the proposed system. The research results show that the application of blockchain technology significantly increases the security of online businesses, reduces the risk of data theft, and provides a high level of transparency. The conclusions of this research support the view that blockchain can be an effective solution to overcome security problems in the context of online business. This research makes a significant contribution to understanding and applying blockchain technology as an innovative security solution in the context of online business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how technical advancements have impacted big data analytics adoption in the age of digital transformation. The study's population consists of Indonesian businesses who have integrated big data into their operational systems, particularly those in Jabodetabek. 205 individuals were included in the study's sample through the use of a purposive sample technique. Primary data from a questionnaire survey are the sort of data used in this study. Using SPSS version 25, several regression approaches were used to examine the data. The study's findings indicate that businesses' interest in implementing big data is positively impacted by relative advantage, compatibility, and complexity. However, security has a negative impact on businesses' willingness to use big data.

The purpose of this study is to find out how Human Resource Management (SDM) helps startupreneurs succeed. The study takes a qualitative approach, doing a thorough literature assessment of SDM practices pertinent to the startup setting, considering the background that startupreneurs face in managing human resources in a dynamic business environment. The research finds SDM best practices and methods that can support startupreneurs in their long-term success through a thorough examination of academic literature, industry reports, and relevant case studies. The findings of the research emphasize how crucial it is to choose and recruit carefully to draw in the greatest candidates, foster an innovative culture within the company, implement adaptive performance management, and produce creative leaders. Startupreneurs can enhance their business sustainability, promote growth, and optimize organizational performance by proficiently grasping and employing these SDM approaches.
