Abstract

Consumers can experience one of three levels of general satisfaction, namely if performance is below expectations, consumers will feel disappointed, but if performance matches expectations, customers will feel satisfied and if performance exceeds expectations, customers will feel very satisfied, happy or happy. Service is a very important factor, especially for universities which in this case are engaged in services. Service to students is very important for the life of a university, because without students, the college will be closed. Thus, university service activities must be oriented to customer satisfaction, namely students. Maintaining satisfaction needs to be done to maintain positive attitudes of students as service users while minimizing negative attitudes that can be caused as a result of poor service quality. Management HR Management is in the category of satisfactory / Satisfied. Judging from the scores of each statement item, it appears that Lecturers and Educators are satisfied with all aspects and services of HR management carried out by the "YAB" Academy of Physiotherapy. In general, the level of satisfaction of Lecturers and Education Personnel is very good, but it is important for AKFIS YAB to continue to maintain and improve services to Lecturers and Educators by improving the performance of the services provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) and on banking stock prices in Indonesia during 2019-2021. The population in this study are 33 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques so that 33 banking companies are obtained. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. Data analysis techniques were carried out using classical assumption tests which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. While hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ROA variable has a partial effect on stock prices as evidenced by a significant value of 0.013 <0.05. For the ROE variable, it has no partial effect on stock prices as evidenced by a significant value of 0.860 > 0.05. While the NPM variable has no partial effect on stock prices, it is proven that the significant value is 0.350 > 0.05. For the independent variables Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) affect the dependent variable on stock prices by 9.9%. Simultaneously all ROA, ROE and NPM variables have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Where the Health Office has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out government affairs and auxiliary tasks in the health sector in carrying out its duties the Health Office has one of the functions, namely preparing a work plan. Therefore, we conducted a review and analysis related to the management of work plan preparation in the planning and evaluation section of the Sleman Regency Health Office, D.I.Y. The research was conducted using interviews, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data that has been collected, the authors obtain conclusions that can be drawn from the observations made regarding the Management Analysis of the Preparation of Work Plans in the Planning and Evaluation Section of the Sleman Regency Health Office D.I. Yogyakarta.Y where the Management of the preparation of the Work Plan carried out by the Sleman Regency Health Office is in accordance with the management theory and the work plan of the Sleman Regency Health Office in 2021 is in line with the Regional Head Regulation concerning the 2021 RKPD and based on the results of the evaluation of the 2021 Sleman Regency Health Office Renja will still be faced with several challenges caused by the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Background: The results of the preliminary study, namely the researchers saw that there were high school children who smoked in the SMP N 1 Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta environment, the researchers also interviewed several students regarding the role of parents and teachers and found that there were parents of students who smoked and teachers who brought cigarettes to school. Based on this preliminary study, the researchers saw that there were high school students who smoked in the SMP N 1 Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta 2023 environment. Objective: Knowing association between the role of parents and teachers with the prevention of smoking behavior in class VIII students in junior high school 1 banguntapan bantul yogyakarta 2023. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is proportionate random sampling. with the number of samples taken were 62 Class VIII students in junior high school 1 Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi Square. Result: There is a association between the role of parents and the with the prevention of smoking with a P value (37,455) > P tabel (5.991). There is a association between the role of teacher's ole and the prevention of smoking with a P value (32,193) > P tabel (5.991)

Abstract

A traffic accident is an unexpected event and an event that is not caused by an element of intent. Traffic accidents can cause harm to the driver himself or to other people by causing loss of life or material loss. This study aimed to determine the factors that caused drivers to be involved in traffic accidents in the City of Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research type. The data sources used were primary data, in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of existing data at the Yogyakarta City Transportation Agency. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study, documentation and interviews. The data population and data samples were 1520 from 2019-2021. The analysis was performed using diagram analysis and univariate analysis. There has been a decrease in the number of traffic accidents caused by driver factors in the city of Yogyakarta from 2019 to 2021. With the percentage of Disorganized 37.1%, Speed Limit 33.6%, Inattentive 14.9%, Tired 10.3%, Drowsiness 3.6%, Effect of Alcohol 0.3% and sickness 0.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the effect of education (X1) and training (X2) on the competence of health workers (Y) at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The writing method uses quantitative methods. The population used is all health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a probability sampling sample. The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to health workers as many as 57 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is tested using the T test, F test and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a partial effect of the education and training variables as indicated by the results of the t count of education of 13.051 and the result of t count of training of 26.783 which is greater than t table = 2.005 with each having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of education and training variables simultaneously where the calculated F result is 366.116 greater than the F table of 3.168 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution value of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 93.1% and the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business sectors that can develop and be consistent in the economy of a country or region. This study aims to find out how legal protection efforts are. for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have not included the halal label from the perspective of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and what are the legal sanctions for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have not included the halal label. This study uses a qualitative research method which is a study in the form of document studies or document study texts. This research is a study that focuses on the analysis of written materials based on their context. so researchers must try to find the theory. The results of this study indicate that supervision of the implementation of consumer protection is related to the inclusion of a halal label on MSME products and the application of statutory provisions

Abstract

One of the key success factors for the provision of cellular services in this competitive era is the ability of an operating network to provide customer service to the public. The desire to successfully solve problems while satisfying customers is part of the work culture of Telkomsel employees. Caring for consumers is important. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine the effect of service quality which consists of dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that service quality which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun.

Abstract

The quality of health services is a guarantee for the community to obtain an optimal degree of health. There are still incidents in the hospital in Semester I of 2020, namely 4 (four) cases of unexpected incidents, 2 (two) cases of almost injury, 12 (twelve) cases of non-injury and 12 (twelve) cases of Potential Injury. In order to improve the quality of patient care and ensure patient safety, the hospital needs to have a strategy for improving the quality and patient safety that reaches all work units in the hospital. Objective: To evaluate strategies for improving the quality & patient safety at Hospital X. Data collection techniques used interview guidelines and observation sheets as instruments. Interviews were conducted with the Leader or Management, the Quality and Patient Safety Committee, the PPI Committee and staff. Interviews were conducted to find out regulations and efforts to improve quality and patient safety as well as to find obstacles faced by hospitals in their implementation. Observation and documentation activities related to the implementation of strategies carried out in an effort to improve the quality of patient safety in hospitals. The validity of the data was analyzed by triangulation technique. The implementation of the strategy to improve the quality of patient safety at Hospital X Yogyakarta refers to the National Standard for Hospital Accreditation 1stEdition. The implementation is good but there are still obstacles and shortcomings in supporting the strategy that has been implemented by the hospital. It is necessary to revise the director's policy regarding reporting time, provide new employee training education on data management systems and five mandatory trainings that support quality programs, information technology support in managing quality data, as well as achievement-oriented leadership styles to build commitment and monitoring strategies that can be used as methods monitoring in the implementation of patient safety efforts. Hospital X Yogyakarta has a strategy in improving the quality of patient safety through revision of the director's policy on quality data reporting, staff education in implementing quality programs, providing information technology support in quality data management and implementing management functions in patient safety quality management.

Abstract

Education is an important component in determining the success of the educational process and one of the factors in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Quality education is the hope and dream of society. The current rapid level of development demands increasingly higher availability of human resources. Thus, adequate quality and output is something that must be produced by vocational high schools as educational units whose basic aim is to prepare quality people both intellectually and for their role in community life. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were school principals, head of curriculum, teachers and heads of study programs in the pharmacy department. The data collection techniques used are the interview method, observation method, and documentation method, from which primary and secondary data will be obtained which will then be analyzed together to draw conclusions. Based on the results of research that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that the quality of education at Muhammadiyah Minggir Vocational School in supporting the learning process is quite good. However, the management of the quality of education in these schools has not been realized properly, as efforts have not been optimal to support the effectiveness of the learning process and the lack of funding for teachers to improve their competence. The obstacles experienced are the lack of human resources in the administration and infrastructure fields as well as the funds coming in for the procurement process and infrastructure management process which are still slow.
