Abstract

In this research, researchers want to know what factors that can affect the performance of employees especially in a hospital which is a health facility. So that writers do associated research the influence of motivation and style of non medical employee performance in Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta. In this research the use writers and quantitative methods got that koefisiensi regression value of the motivation variable (X1) of 0,392 And value the regression coefficient multiple for variable leadership style (X2) of 0,184. There are significant influence between variables motivations (X1) and variable leadership style (X2) To employee performance (Y). So that, Ho refused and Ha accepted. This means that motivation (X1) Shown to have a positive effect on performance (Y) employees of in hospital of Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta. This means that if the incentives given the better, will improve employee performance in Islamic hospital of PDHI Yogyakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of PBB revenue to PAD in Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The results of the research and discussion concluded that 1) The realization of PBB revenue in Purworejo Regency for the last 5 years was still above 100%. Thus, during that period, PBB revenue was categorized as “Very Effective” and 2) The contribution given by PBB to PAD in Purworejo Regency during the last 5 years was categorized as very low, because all of them were still below 10%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Yogyakarta. This study uses service quality variables consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy as independent variables to analyze their effect on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study were outpatients who had received services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Special Hospital for Mothers and Children, Yogyakarta, with a total of 130 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample of 98 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression analysis which was processed with the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was an effect of tangibles (physical evidence) on patient satisfaction, which was indicated by tcount of 2,459. There is an effect of empathy (empathy) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 3.275. There is an effect of reliability (reliability) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 2.603. There is no effect of responsiveness (responsiveness) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 1.614. There is no influence of the assurance variable (guarantee) on patient satisfaction as indicated by the t-value of 0.151. The results of the F test (ANOVA) prove that the quality of service, which is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, has a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, which is indicated by the value of Fcount = 17,248 , the value is greater than F table which is 2,313, and the 0.000 significance level is smaller than 0.05. The service quality variable that is empathetic has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Yogyakarta Special Region. The population taken is all employees of the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, totaling 50 people as a sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. based on the results of the study it was stated that the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance having a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions through online motorcycle taxis (ojol) during the covid-19 period in the city of Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaries. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test ( t test and F test). The result of the study obtained the result of the regression equation Y = 0,431+0,091X1+0,289X2+0,534X3, which means that product, promotion, and service quality affect purchasing decisions through online motorcycle taxis (ojol) during the covid-19 period in the city of Yogyakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with 50 samples. The results of the R2 test in this study were 0.044 or 4.4%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic variable on the learning motivation of students at the Surya Global School of Health Sciences (STIKES) of Surya Global Yogyakarta is 4.4%, while the remaining 95.6% (100%-4.4%) must be explained by the following factors: other causative factors. The result of t count shows t count < t table (-1.488 < 1.677); There is an insignificant effect between the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning motivation of students at Surya Global School of Health Sciences (STIKES) Yogyakarta.

Abstract

One of the efforts that must be made to achieve the goals of the organization or company is to have human resources who have the ability and expertise in each field. HR or often termed as labor or employees in the company, is the driving force of all activities carried out so that the company or organization runs smoothly and effectively. Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul Yogyakarta, in meeting the need for human resources, recruits employees through several stages. This study describes the stages in employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. In addition, it also describes the views of Islamic management on employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods through observation, documentation, and interviews. From this study it was concluded that the recruitment of employees at the hospital. Nur Hidayah is carried out directly or indirectly. While the view of Islamic management on employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital is that employee recruitment is actually the initial task that must be carried out by a leader in finding and selecting prospective employees to occupy predetermined job posts

Abstract

The type of research used is qualitative research. The subject of writing in this paper are 3 resource persons, while the object of research on cash receipts is the activity of Cash Receipts in Improving Internal Control at the RSJ. Grhasia Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study used flow model analysis techniques. The steps of data flow model analysis according to Miles and Huberman (2012:15-19). The result is cash receipts and transfers at the RSJ. Grhasia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is in accordance with what is stated in the SOP for the finance section. Then regarding the elements of the internal control system of the financial section of cash receipts at the RSJ. Grhasia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is good because cash receipts are deposited every day at the bank. Constraints on cash receipts at the RSJ. Grhasia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, which is after 20.00 hours the cash receipt process is received at the pharmacy installation and psychologist consultation is not in accordance with the cash receipts procedure applicable in the SOP. Efforts to overcome obstacles in the cash receipts process after 20.00 hours are that the cashiers have submitted them to the pharmacy installation according to the cash receipts financial management mechanism and related to psychologist consultations there should be coordination between the information department, cashiers and psychologists, and the cashiers should have a CMS (Cast Management System). ) in order to see daily transactions via transfer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system, regional financial accounting system and human resource capacity on the quality of local government financial reports in Sleman Regency. The population in this study is the subdivision of finance, accountants (bookkeepers) and treasurers (receipts and expenditures) of the Sleman Regency Regional Apparatus. This study used 118 respondents. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. Using quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that, simultaneously, the variables of the internal control system, regional financial accounting system and human resource capacity had a significant positive effect on the of the quality of local government financial reports, as evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test). Partially, the internal control system variables affect the quality performance of local government financial reports, and the regional financial accounting system variables and human resource capacity also affect the quality of local government financial reports, this is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t test)

Abstract

Along with the development of the era of competition between companies is also getting tighter. Companies in managing business are required to be able to use all human resources properly and correctly so that company goals can be achieved together. In practice, human resources in a company have varied performance, and are influenced by certain factors. These factors include compensation and work environment. This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the effect of compensation on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; (2) determine the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; and (3) knowing the significance of the simultaneous influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.The sample taken is 150 respondents. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis tool using multiple regression test. Testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test. In addition, to determine the amount of the contribution of the variables entered, the R2 test is carried out.The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the constant value is 1.599 and the regression coefficient of the compensation variable is 0.191 and the work environment is 0.433. The results of hypothesis testing t and F indicate that the variable compensation and work environment significantly affect the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.
