Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; (2) Pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS; dan (3) Pengaruh pegetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2021 dan 2022 dengan jumlah sampel 126 responden. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan Teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha (nilai thitung 8,454 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha (thitung 3,209 > ttabel 1,979) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan hasil uji F (Fhitung 55,546 > Ftabel 3,06) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Keseluruhan pada hasil analisis penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang telah diasumsikan. Kata Kunci : karakter; ketertarikan berwirausaha; psikologi; penelitian kuantitatif; wawasanAbstract: The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; (2) The influence of personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students; and (3) The influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The population in this research is the student of Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2021 and 2022. The research sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and resulted in 126 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS ver 26.0. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest (tcount value 8.454> t table 1.979) with a significance value of 0.000. 2) there is a positive and significant effect of personality on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 3,209 > t table 1,979) with a significance value of 0.002. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and personality on entrepreneurial interest with the results of the F test (Fcount 55.546 > Ftable 3.06) and a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out: (1) the implementation of HOTS- basedlearning; (2) constraints with the implementation of HOTS-based learning; and (3) solutions taken to deal with the constraints with the implementation of HOTS- based learning. This study was qualitative research with a case study approach. Data source derived from 12 informants coming from SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta, and SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta,  i n c l u d i n g  t h e Deputy  of Headmaster for Curriculum Division, Chairperson, teachers program, and students of Office Management Automation Specialties program. The techniques  of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using source and method triangulation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analytical techniques. The research procedure consisted of pre-field, field, data analysis, and report writing stages. The results of the research were as follows. (1) The implementation of learning in three Vocational High Schools studied applied HOTS-based learning after the use of 2013 curriculum. In the learning preparation stage, the learning implementation plan has been organized entirely and systematically based on the textbook and is oriented toward high-order thinking skills. (2) Constraints found in the implementation of HOTS-based learning were: teachers’ understanding of and preparedness for HOTS-based learning, learning plan and evaluation, and inadequate  learning  infrastructure.  (3)   Solutions   taken   to   deal   with   the constraints included holding socialization and workshop activities related to HOTS- based learning, using varying learning models, and motivating the students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kondisi disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online dari kelas XII OTKP, (2) Penghalang-halangan bagi kelas XII OTTKP untuk disiplin dalam proses belajar online, dan (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan untuk kelas XII OPTKP yang disiplin pada proses pembelajaran on-line. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data terdiri dari pemimpin, guru, dan siswa Kelas XII OTKP, serta dokumen yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive dan snowball sampling. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik triangulation. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online kelas XII OTKP belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. (2) Penghalang yang dialami siswa untuk disiplin dalam proses pembelajaran online adalah: a) siswa tidak memiliki kuota internet, b) koneksi internet yang buruk, dan c) beban tugas harian yang terakumulasi. (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi rintangan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam bentuk a) menyediakan bantuan kuota internet dan wifi, b) menemukan lokasi di sekitar siswa yang memiliki cakupan sinyal yang lebih baik, dan c) memberikan ruang kerja bagi siswa yang terbatas oleh kuota dan sinyal buruk.Kata kunci: disiplin siswa; jaringan internet; pembelajaran elektronik; pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This research aims to find out (1) The condition of student discipline in the online learning process of class XII OTKP, (2) Obstacles for class XII OTKP to be disciplined in the online learning process, and (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles for class XII OTKP to be disciplined in the online learning process. This form of research is qualitative, using a case study approach. The data source consists of principals, teachers, and students of Class XII OTKP, as well as documents related to the online learning process. The sampling techniques used are purposive and snowball sampling. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and engineering triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Student discipline in the online learning process of class XII OTKP has yet to be fully enforced. (2) The obstacles that students experience to discipline in the online learning process are: a) students do not have an internet quota, b) poor internet connections, and c) an accumulated daily task load. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles experienced by students in the form of a) providing internet and wifi quota assistance, b) finding locations around students that have better signal coverage, and c) providing task leeway to students who are constrained by quotas and poor signals.Keywords: internet network; online learning; e-learning; student discipline

Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) application usage One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in incoming mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court Office; (2) constraints and solutions to usage constraints PTSP application in managing incoming mail; (3) the effectiveness level of PTSP Application usage incoming mail-hanling. The method used for this research is  a mixed methodology with sequential design and case study approach. The sampling technique in this research used purpossive sampling. The validity test used are triangulation technique for qualitative data and pearson validity formula for testing quantitative data’s intrument. The result of this research shows that: (1) the use of PTSP’s application on incomig mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court only still limited for electronic’s mailing register which in first phase of mailing input to the application then proceed using manual procedure; (2) the constrain of PTSP’s application usage on mailing management is human resource which the employee as the users. The lack of motivation, the willingness and skill to change into PTSP’s application in incoming mail-handling caused the usage of the application is not optimal; (3) based on effectivity indicators there are some indicatorst that are unfullfilled which are targets, punctuality, goals, and transformation that also supported by the avarage of questionnaire result that shows number 56,67 which categorized as ineffective. There are the solutions that tried to resolve the constrain of PTSP’s application usage in incoming mail-handling are motivating, conducting socialization, and attempt from some employee to use the application to handling incoming mail.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, serta (3) pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 302 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 172 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 7.71 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil t hitung 6.85 > t tabel 1.97 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, dibuktikan dari hasil F hitung 155.95> F tabel 3.05 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar.Kata kunci: kedisiplinan murid; kemandirian berlatih; motivasi belajarAbstract: This research aims to determine (1)  the effect of learning motivation on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, and (3) the effect of student motivation and discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The research population was SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta students, totaling 302 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 172 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on the learning independence of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 7.71 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect student discipline on student learning independence at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of t value 6.85 > t table 1.97 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, and (3) there is a joint influence of learning motivation and student discipline on the independent learning of students at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of F value 155.95 > F table 3.05 and a significance value of  0.00 <0.05. Based on these results, learning motivation and student discipline need to be improved to increase independent learning.Keywords: independent learning; learning motivation; student discipline

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pemanfaatan website di SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri sebagai media humas, (2) optimalisasi website sebagai media humas dalam penyampaian informasi, dan (3) kebijakan sekolah dalam penggunaan website sebagai media humas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari hasil wawancara dengan informan, tempat dan peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut, (1) pemanfaatan website sebagai media humas sekolah yaitu sebagai media promosi sekolah untuk menunjukkan eksistensi sekolah dan membentuk citra positif di masyarakat. Selain itu, website juga dimanfaatkan sebagai media informasi yaitu sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi sekolah kepada masyarakat, (2) optimalisasi website sebagai media humas dalam penyampaian informasi yaitu dengan menggunakan sosial media sebagai sarana pendukung website dalam menyampaikan informasi sekolah, seperti instagram, youtube dan tiktok, dan (3) kebijakan sekolah dalam penggunaan website yaitu dengan membentuk tim pengelola website dan memberikan kebijakan penuh mengenai pengelolaan informasi website kepada tim pengelola website.Kata kunci: humas; sosial media; website Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the utilization of the website at SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri as a public relations medium, (2) the optimization of the website as a public relations medium in conveying information, and (3) school policies in the use of the website as a public relations medium. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The research data comes from interviews with informants, places and events, and documents. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. The validity test techniques used are data source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Utilization of the website as a school public relations medium, namely as a school promotion medium, to show the school's existence and form a positive image in society. Besides that, the website is also used as an information medium, namely as a means to convey school information to the public., (2) optimizing the website as a public relations medium in conveying information by using social media as a supporting tool website in conveying school information, such as Instagram, YouTube, and Tiktok., and (3) school policy in use websites, namely by forming a management team website and providing a full policy regarding information management website to the management team website.Keywords: public relations; social media; website

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan arsip dengan teori siklus hidup arsip (Life Cycle of Record).  (2) Mengetahui hambatan dalam pengelolaan arsip. (3) Mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan pengelolaan arsip. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dideskripsikan dalam bentuk data deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Sub koordinator Akademik, Penata Arsip dan Pembantu Penata Arsip. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta arsip dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan data menggunakan metode triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data dengan model interaktif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pengelolaan arsip Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan meliputi: (1) Pengelolaan arsip pada Unit Kearsipan FKIP UNS cukup sesuai dengan siklus daur hidup arsip ISO 15489-1, meskipun masih belum maksimal. (2) Kendala yang ada dalam proses pengelolaan arsip adalah terbatasnya sumber daya manusia untuk pengelolaan arsip, penataan sarana dan prasarana yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman, kesulitan dalam menemukan kembali arsip, kurangnya pemahaman dalam sistem klasifikasi arsip dan pemeliharaan arsip yang tidak mendapat perhatian yang cukup. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan memperluas kapasitas ruang penyimpanan arsip, meningkatkan kualitas karyawan dan menambah profesional magang dalam pengelolaan arsip, pengembangan digitalisasi arsip atau e-archive, serta pemeliharaan dan keamanan rutin.Kata kunci: daur hidup arsip; kualitatif; tata arsip; warkat Abstract: This qualitative research investigates archive management practices using the life cycle theory of records (ISO 15489-1). The study focuses on the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) UNS Archives Unit. Key objectives include (1) describing the application of the life cycle model, (2) identifying obstacles in records management, and (3) analyzing efforts to overcome these challenges. Data sources include interviews, observations, and documentation. Triangulation methods ensure data validity. Findings reveal that while the FKIP UNS Archives Unit adheres to the life cycle principles, optimization remains a goal. Challenges include limited human resources, non-compliant infrastructure, retrieval difficulties, and inadequate understanding of archive classification. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik multinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (sign 0,098), (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (sign 0,006), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (sign 0,012). Koefisien determinasi Nagelkerke R Square sebesar 0,529 yang berarti bahwa 52,9% kinerja karyawan (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2), dan sisanya sebanyak 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata kunci : efektivitas kerja; faktor kinerja; latar pendidikan; regresi logistikAbstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of education level on employee performance, (2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, and (3) the simultaneous influence of education level and work discipline on employee performance. This is a quantitative study with a causal associative design. The data source used is primary data. The population in this study consists of 44 individuals. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaire surveys. The data analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is no significant influence of education level on employee performance (sign 0,098), (2) there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance (sign 0,006), and (3) there is a simultaneous (sign 0,012). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kasuistik terkait penerapan pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres ditinjau dari dimensi kualitas pelayanan prima yang dipopulerkan oleh Parasuraman yaitu ServQual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan terkait kualitas pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres mengacu pada (1) penerapan pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres; (2) hambatan dalam implementasi pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres; (3) upaya yang dilakukan Kantor Kecamatan Jebres dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) penerapan pelayanan prima ditinjau dari kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan prima yaitu dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy; (2) hambatan dalam implementasi pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres yaitu keterbatasan jumlah sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya kesadaran pegawai dalam penerapan pelayanan prima; (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk menunjang pelayanan prima di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres mencakup koordinasi dengan BKPSDM terkait kekurangan SDM, pelatihan front office, Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Kinerja  Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik (PEKPP), standarisasi ISO 9001:2015, dan penanganan aduan. Kata kunci: kualitatif; kualitas pelayanan; pelayanan prima; pelayanan publik; ServQualAbstract: This research is based on casuistry regarding the implementation of excellent service at the Jebres District Office in terms of the dimensions of excellent service quality popularized by Parasuraman, namely ServQual. The aim of this research is to describe the quality of excellent service at the Jebres District Office referring to (1) the implementation of excellent service at the Jebres District Office; (2) obstacles in implementing excellent service at the Jebres District Office; (3) efforts made by the Jebres District Office to improve excellent service. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation and document analysis. The validity testing technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results concluded that (1) the implementation of excellent service is seen from the five dimensions of excellent service quality, namely the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions; (2) obstacles in implementing excellent service at the Jebres District Office, namely the limited number of human resources and lack of employee awareness in implementing excellent service; (3) Efforts made to support excellent service at the Jebres District Office include coordination with BKPSDM regarding human resource shortages, front office training, Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery Performance (PEKPP), ISO 9001:2015 standardization, and handling complaints. Keywords: excellent service; public service, ServQual; service quality; qualitative

THE EFFECT OF  FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AGAINST AND LEARNING MEDIA TOGETHER TO THE INTEREST OF STUDENT LEARNING AT THE 11TH GRADE OF OTKP AT SMK BATIK SURAKARTA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2020/2021. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021; (2) the effect of learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021); and (3) and the effect of  family environment against and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is used is all students of 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik 1 Suarakarta. Sampling technique is using saturation sampling with 54 students as samples. Data collection method using questionnaire, and document analysis. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis test i.e. normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study were as follows: (1) ) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021 (tcount 2,297 < ttable 2,00758); (2) there is a significant and positive effect learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (tcount 6,153 < ttable 2,00758); and there is a positive and significant effect of family environment againts and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (Fcount 38,205 < Ftable 3,18).
