Abstract

Abstrak: Tingginya akses informasi dan gaya hidup digital menjadikan perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa sebagai isu krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dan literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2021 dan 2022, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel 124 mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert empat tingkat dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif (p = 0.002), sedangkan literasi ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0.076). Namun, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif (p = 0.000). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,185 mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 18,5% variasi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa edukasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan maupun literasi ekonomi belum cukup menekan perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa, bahkan berpotensi mendorong konsumsi tertentu akibat aktivitas kewirausahaan maupun rasa percaya diri finansial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga memperkuat kontrol diri dan kesadaran kritis mahasiswa dalam menghadapi budaya konsumtif digital. Kata kunci: edukasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan; kuantitatif; literasi ekonomi; perilaku konsumtifAbstract: The proliferation of digital technology and evolving lifestyle patterns have rendered consumptive behavior among university students a critical concern. This study examined the influence of sustainable entrepreneurship education and economic literacy on the consumptive behavior of Office Administration Education students at Sebelas Maret University from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts, analyzing both partial and simultaneous effects. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, with a sample of 124 students obtained through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicated that sustainable entrepreneurship education exerted a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior (p = .002), whereas economic literacy demonstrated no significant effect (p = .076). However, both variables simultaneously demonstrated a significant influence on consumptive behavior (p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R² = .185) indicated that both variables explained 18.5% of the variance in students' consumptive behavior. These findings suggest that sustainable entrepreneurship education and economic literacy alone are insufficient to reduce consumptive behavior and may paradoxically encourage certain consumption patterns due to entrepreneurial activities or financial self-confidence. Consequently, educational strategies are needed that not only enhance cognitive dimensions but also strengthen students' self-control and critical awareness in navigating digital consumer culture. Keywords: consumptive behavior; economic literacy; entrepreneurship education; quantitative; sustainable

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) minat siswa SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi; (2) faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi minat siswa SMK dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi; (3) kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Informan penelitian berjumlah 15 orang yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XII jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis, guru, serta orang tua siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar dan lingkungan sekolah, serta analisis dokumen terhadap data alumni sekolah dan kajian terdahulu yang relevan. Uji validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, waktu, dan metode, serta member checking. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat siswa SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi menunjukkan keberagaman, beberapa diantaranya memilih melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi dan ada pula yang cenderung memutuskan bekerja setelah lulus; (2) minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (motivasi pribadi dan prestasi belajar) serta faktor eksternal (lingkungan sosial, dan keterkaitan antara jurusan SMK dengan program studi di perguruan tinggi); (3) kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi antara lain, keterbatasan finansial keluarga dan rendahnya efikasi diri dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik.Kata kunci : faktor eksternal dan internal; kualitatif; minat; siswa SMK; studi lanjutAbstract: This study aims to investigate: (1) the interest of students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta in pursuing higher education; (2) the internal and external factors influencing vocational high school students' interest in continuing to higher education; and (3) the obstacles students face in pursuing higher education. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The study involved 15 informants consisting of Grade XII students majoring in Office Management and Business Services, teachers, and parents, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations of teaching and learning activities and school environment, and document analysis of alumni records and relevant previous studies. Data validity was ensured through source, time, and method triangulation, along with member checking. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model, comprising data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results indicate that: (1) students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta demonstrate diverse interests in pursuing higher education—some choose to continue their studies while others tend to enter the workforce after graduation; (2) students' interest in pursuing higher education is influenced by internal factors (personal motivation and academic achievement) and external factors (social environment and alignment between vocational programs and higher education study programs); and (3) obstacles students face in pursuing higher education include family financial constraints and low self-efficacy in facing academic challenges. Keywords: higher education aspirations; internal and external factors; qualitative; student interest; vocational high school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran window shopping yang dipadukan dengan media mind mapping. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya motivasi dan capaian akademik siswa, yang sebagian besar belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam ketuntasan belajar, dari 70% pada siklus pertama menjadi 88,89% pada siklus kedua. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, baik dari segi interaksi siswa maupun peran aktif guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh skor observasi yang meningkat dari kategori “cukup baik” menjadi “sangat baik” serta nilai rata-rata keaktifan siswa dimana kondisi awal dengan nilai rata-rata 46,3% mengalami peningkatan dengan kondisi akhir pada siklus II menjadi 85,2%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang bersifat kolaboratif dan visual mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif, serta mendukung penguasaan materi secara lebih mendalam. Kata kunci: ketuntasan belajar; motivasi belajar; pembelajaran kolaboratifAbstract: This study aimed to improve learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMK Saraswati Sukoharjo in Basic Office Management Skills through implementation of the window shopping learning model combined with mind mapping media. The research background stemmed from low motivation and academic achievement among students, with the majority not meeting minimum competency criteria. We conducted the research in two cycles using Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, including planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Results showed significant improvement in learning mastery, increasing from 70% in the first cycle to 88.89% in the second cycle. Additionally, notable improvement occurred in the learning process, both in student interaction and teacher's active role. This was indicated by observation scores increasing from "quite good" to "very good" category and average student activity scores improving from initial conditions of 46.3% to final conditions of 85.2% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that collaborative and visual learning strategies can create more engaging and effective learning experiences while supporting deeper subject matter understanding. Keywords: collaborative learning; learning mastery; learning motivation

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) sikap guru SMK N 3 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran, dan (2) persepsi guru terhadap integrasi AI dalam proses belajar mengajar.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya kajian yang secara spesifik membahas persepsi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan terhadap penggunaan AI dalam konteks pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential, data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui angket kepada 73 guru, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi untuk memperdalam hasil kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru bersikap positif terhadap penggunaan AI karena mendukung efisiensi dan personalisasi pembelajaran. Namun, kekhawatiran juga muncul terkait pemahaman teknologi, keterbatasan pelatihan, dan potensi tergantikannya peran guru. AI dipandang sebagai alat bantu, bukan pengganti guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan literasi AI, serta kebijakan implementasi yang bertahap dan etis untuk mendukung pemanfaatan AI secara optimal di sekolah kejuruan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa gambaran empiris mengenai kesiapan guru SMK dalam mengadopsi AI sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital pendidikan.Kata kunci : Artificial Intelligence; persepsi guru; sikap guru; pembelajaran digital  AbstractThis study aimed to investigate: (1) the attitudes of teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta toward the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in learning, and (2) teachers' perceptions regarding the integration of AI in the teaching and learning process. The study was motivated by the limited body of research specifically addressing vocational secondary school teachers' perceptions of AI use in educational contexts. A mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design was employed; quantitative data were collected through questionnaires administered to 73 teachers, while qualitative data were gathered through structured interviews, direct classroom observations, and document analysis to extend and deepen the quantitative findings. Results indicated that the majority of teachers held positive attitudes toward AI, perceiving it as a tool that enhances learning efficiency and enables personalized instruction. Nonetheless, concerns were expressed regarding students' potential over-reliance on technology, diminished direct teacher-student interaction, and data privacy risks. Teachers consistently framed AI as a pedagogical aid rather than a substitute for the teaching profession. The study recommends sustained AI literacy training, the establishment of evidence-based and ethically grounded implementation policies, and the development of institutional support structures to facilitate the responsible and optimal integration of AI in vocational school settings. These findings contribute an empirical account of vocational school teachers' readiness to adopt AI as a component of broader digital transformation in education.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; teacher perception; teacher attitude; digital learning; vocational school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya permasalahan pada hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum yang dipengaruhi oleh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa. Diketahui bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum hanya sebesar 32,08%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan (3) persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan pada persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 ˂ 0,05 (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif pada minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,034 ˂ 0,05 dan nilai koefisien pada kolom B sebesai -0,315 (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas XI MPLB SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 ˂ 0,05. Kata kunci: evaluasi pembelajaran; ketuntasan belajar; kuantitatif; surveiAbstract: This study investigated the relationship between students' perceptions of teachers' teaching methods and learning interest with learning outcomes among grade XI MPLB students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in general administration. The learning completion rate was only 32.08%. This quantitative survey research examined: (1) the effect of students' perceptions of teaching methods on learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning interest on learning outcomes, and (3) the simultaneous effect of both variables on learning outcomes. Results indicated that (1) students' perceptions of teaching methods had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes (p = 0.004), (2) learning interest had a significant negative effect on learning outcomes (p = 0.034, B = -0.315), and (3) both variables simultaneously and significantly affected learning outcomes (p = 0.008). Keywords: learning completeness; learning evaluation; quantitative; survey

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelatihan kewirausahaan dan praktik berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di SMKN 1 Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kausal-komparatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dari 104 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan: (1) pelatihan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (t = 2,79, p < 0,05); (2) praktik berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (t = 6,80, p < 0,05); dan (3) pelatihan kewirausahaan dan praktik berwirausaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (F = 112,65, p < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (adjusted R² = 0,69) menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel secara kolektif menjelaskan 69% varians minat berwirausaha. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi pelatihan kewirausahaan terstruktur dengan praktik langsung merupakan strategi efektif untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan. Kata kunci: aktivitas berwirausaha; intensi berwirausaha; lokakarya kewirausahaan; pendidikan kejuruanAbstract: This study examined the effects of entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial practice on entrepreneurial interest among Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) students at SMKN 1 Boyolali. Abstract

Abstrak: Program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) dirancang untuk mempersiapkan calon guru yang kompeten, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih dijumpai berbagai kendala seperti kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik, pembekalan yang belum optimal, serta keterbatasan fasilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PLP dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) guna mengidentifikasi kelemahan sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas program. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif (wawancara dengan UP2KT, guru pamong, dosen pembimbing, mahasiswa, dan analisis dokumen) serta pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Validitas instrumen diuji dengan korelasi Pearson, dan reliabilitas diukur menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS Surakarta pada November 2024 - Juli 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Konteks PLP berhasil mencapai sasaran  dan tujuan, mencangkup: (a) Tujuan, (b) Relevansi, (c) Sasaran; (2) Masukan PLP menyatakan setuju, mencangkup: (a) Panduan PLP, (b) Sarana-Prasarana, dan (c) Bekal kompetensi mahasiswa; (3) Proses PLP menyatakan sangat setuju, mencangkup: (a) Peran mahasiswa, (b) Peran Dosen Pembimbing dan Guru Pamong, (c) Kedisiplinan Mahasiswa, (d) Tanggung jawab mahasiswa; (4) Hasil PLP menyatakan setuju, mencangkup: (a) Peningkatan kompetensi Mahasiswa, (b) Kesiapan Menjadi Pendidik, (c) Pengalaman praktik mengajar, (d) Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Kata kunci: calon guru; CIPP; evaluasi program; kesiapan mengajarAbstract: The School Internship Program (PLP) is designed to prepare competent prospective teachers; however, implementation challenges persist, including theory-practice gaps, suboptimal preparation, and limited facilities. This study evaluates PLP implementation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to identify weaknesses and enhance program quality. Data collection employed mixed methods, incorporating qualitative approaches (interviews with UP2KT, mentor teachers, supervising lecturers, students, and document analysis) and quantitative methods. Qualitative data analysis utilized data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while quantitative analysis employed descriptive statistics. Instrument validity was tested using Pearson correlation, and reliability was measured with Cronbach's Alpha. The research was conducted at the Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS Surakarta, from November 2024 to July 2025. Findings revealed: (1) Context evaluation demonstrated successful achievement of PLP objectives and targets, encompassing goal attainment, relevance, and target identification; (2) Input evaluation showed agreement across PLP guidelines, facilities and infrastructure, and student competency preparation; (3) Process evaluation indicated strong agreement regarding student roles, supervising lecturer and mentor teacher roles, student discipline, and student responsibility; (4) Product evaluation demonstrated agreement in student competency improvement, educator readiness, teaching practice experience, and student satisfaction levels. Abstract

Abstrak: Magang dalam konteks pendidikan profesional tidak hanya berfungsi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan lunak seperti komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran mentor magang dalam pelaksanaan magang administrasi perkantoran mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (PAP) FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mentor mencakup bimbingan, monitoring, dukungan penyusunan laporan, penilaian kinerja, tanggung jawab program, serta pembentukan hubungan profesional yang menciptakan suasana kerja positif. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan pola pendampingan pada setiap mentor, secara umum peran tersebut berkontribusi pada efektivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan teori dengan praktik serta mengembangkan keterampilan teknis maupun soft skills. Namun demikian, diperlukan peningkatan konsistensi monitoring, koordinasi, dan proporsionalitas beban kerja agar manfaat program magang dapat dirasakan secara optimal dan merata oleh seluruh mahasiswa. Kata kunci: bimbingan; kualitatif; mentoring Abstract: Professional education internships serve not only to enhance technical skills but also to develop soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and adaptability. This study examined the role of internship mentors in supporting office administration internships among students in the Office Administration Education program at Sebelas Maret University (Class of 2021). A qualitative phenomenological approach with purposive sampling was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant informants and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results indicated that mentors' roles included guidance, monitoring, report preparation support, performance evaluation, program accountability, and the establishment of professional relationships that fostered positive work environments. Although mentorship patterns varied among mentors, these roles generally contributed to students' learning effectiveness, particularly in integrating theory with practice and developing both technical and soft skills. However, improvements in monitoring consistency, coordination, and workload proportionality are needed to ensure that internship benefits are optimally and equitably experienced by all students. Keywords: internship; mentorship; qualitative research

Abstract

This study aimed to find out: the activeness of students during the online learning process with E-Learning, the obstacles that arose in the implementation of online learning with E-Learning, and the efforts made to face the existing obstacles. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data of this study obtained from informants, documents and archives. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documents, and archive analysis. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive model data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The activeness of students in implementing online learning with E-Learning during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic was lack. (2) The obstacles in the implementation of online learning were: (a) low concentration of learning, (b) interactions that tend to be one-way, (c) less varied learning methods, (d) the internet network was less stable, (e) the difficulty of lecturers in controlling the class. The efforts to overcome obstacles were as follows: (a) provided ice-breaking, (b) used more varied learning methods, (c) provided stimulus by lecturers, (d) used different applications, (e) performed periodic control on students.
