Abstract

Sudah hampir dua tahun lebih seluruh dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia terjangkit virus corona atau yang dinamai menjadi Covid-19. Dari awal kemunculan Covid-19 Pemerintah Indonesia membuat berbagai kebijakan untuk mengurangi angka penyebaran virus corona, salah satu kebijakan yang sampai sekarang masih terus diterapkan adalah kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegaiatan masyarakat selalu diperbaharui setiap satu – dua minggu sekali melalui Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri. Dalam kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dibagi menjadi beberapa level perwilayah, level ini ditentukan betrdasarkan angka penyebaran virus Covid-19 di setiap wilayah. Level kebijakan ini dibagi menjadi tiga level. Isi dari kebijakan tersebut salah satunya berupa pemberitahuan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home (WFH) yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh setiap sector yang disebutkan dalam instruksi dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas kerja pegawai selama work from home di PT Sang Hyang Seri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Abstract This research explained: (1) the impact of learning facilities on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) the impact of parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) the impact of learning facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research with correlational method. The population were class XI students of the office management Vocational High School in Karanganyar. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique utilized and yielded 144 students from SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. Questionnaires and documentation procedures used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition tests used to analyze the data. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount8.450>ttable1.976); (2) there is a positive effect of parental attention on the learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount 2.533 > ttable 1.976); (3) there is a positive effect between both on the learning outcomes of during the pandemic (Fcount 61.713>Ftable3.06). X1 and X2 have an influence of 46,7% on Y (R2=0,467).

Abstract

The purpose of this study isto determine:  (1) find out whether there is an effect of office layout on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar, (2) find out whether there is an effect of office communication on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar, and (3) determine whether there is an influence between office layout and office communication on the spirit of the employees in Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar.This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study were employees of the Dinas Pertanian, Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sources of data in this study came from respondents and literature study. The sampling technique was done by simple random sampling. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The validity test technique uses Product Moment Correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 25.The results showed that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of office layout on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by the tcount of 2,619 > ttable of 1,672, thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of office communication on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by the tcount of 5,088 > ttable of 1,672, thus Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. And 3) There is a positive and significant effect of office layout and office communication simultaneously on the spirit of the employees. This is evidenced by Fcount(33.053) > Ftable(3.159) then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri. The research is a qualitative descriptive research using a case study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data validation was obtained by methodological and sources triangulation. The results of the research shows: (1) Performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri in the form of: (a) Planning stage which includes: (1) socialization and training; (2) preparation of SKP; and (3) SKP approval; (b) activity uploads; (c) activity journal verification; (d) implementation results; (e) evaluation of information systems. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) dissemination of Si TAMPPAN was not maximal; (b) lack of IT mastery; (c) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation; (d) Si TAMPPAN's server is still having problems. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) Re- dissemination of Si TAMPPAN to civil servants; (b) IT mentoring to civil servants who lack IT skills; (c) use more upgraded mobile phones and personal laptops; (d) make a statement letter and contact the super admin of Si TAMPPAN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) implementation of archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar, 2) obstacles in archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar, 3) solutions to existing problems in archival management at BKPSDM Kabupaten Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Research data obtained from informants, events, documents with purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained by triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique used interactive model data analysis with the following stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) data verification and conclusion drawing. The research procedure consists of the following stages: 1) preparation, 2) implementation and 3) the final stage. The results showed that: 1) implementation of archives management includes: (a) policies, (b) archiving development (c) archive management. 2) obstacles in archival management including: (a) no archiver available, (b) archive manager does not come from an archival science background, (c) insufficient archive facilities. 3) Solutions to overcome these obstacles include: (a) developing digital archives and creating web-based archiving systems, (b) collaborating with Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar to employees in the field of archive management.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19, (2) kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, dan (3) solusi yang dilakukan. . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan menguji transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) melalui indikator motivasi belajar Hamzah B. Uno disimpulkan bahwa siswa PAP pada pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19 mempunyai motivasi belajar yang lebih adaptif dibandingkan dengan siswa PAP pada masa pandemi COVID-19. awal pandemi, namun metode dan strategi pembelajaran harus terus dikembangkan karena rutinitas pembelajaran online membosankan. (2) Kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar terjadi pada saat persiapan, jaringan tidak stabil, dan suasana pembelajaran terkesan monoton. (3) Solusinya adalah dengan menyiapkan waktu yang cukup untuk persiapan, mencari tempat yang memiliki koneksi stabil, dan memberikan reward kepada siswa yang aktif mengikuti pembelajaran daring.Kata Kunci: studi kasus; deskriptif kualitatif; pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This research aims to know (1) the learning motivation of students of the Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, (2) obstacles that affect learning motivation, and (3) solutions that are carried out. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of case study. Sampling by purposive sampling and snowball sampling Data collection is done through interviews and document analysis. Test the validity of the data by testing its transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques The results of this study show: (1) through the indicators of learning motivation of Hamzah B. Uno, it was concluded that PAP students during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic had more adaptable learning motivation compared to the beginning of the pandemic, but learning methods and strategies must continue to be developed because online learning routines are boring. (2) Obstacles that affect learning motivation occur during preparation, the network is unstable, and the learning atmosphere seems monotonous. (3) The solution is to prepare sufficient time for preparation, find a place that has a stable connection, and give rewards to students who are actively participating in online learning. Keywords: case studies; descriptive qualitative; online learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan parkir elektronik (E-Parking) di Kota Surakarta; 2) mengetahui upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kebocoran  retribusi parkir terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan tarif progresif pada penerapan parkir elektronik  (E-Parking) di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan  pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Dr Radjiman dan Jalan Gatot Subroto. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dan dokumen dengan teknik purposive dan snowball  sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Keabsahan  data diperoleh melalui triangulasi metode dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data  interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-parkir di Kota Surakarta meliputi: (1) perencanaan dan persiapan kelengkapan administrasi e-parkir; (2) sosialisasi e-parkir di Kota Surakarta; (3)  pengisian saldo dan pembayaran e-parkir; dan (4) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan e-parkir. Adapun upaya Dinas Perhubungan dalam meminimalisir kebocoran retribusi parkir terhadap Pendapatan Asli  Daerah dan tarif progresif pada penerapan Parkir Elektronik (e- parking) antara lain: (1) Kerjasama dengan  Lembaga Berbadan Hukum sebagai pengelola Parkir; (2) penerapan e-parking di Kota Surakarta. Kata Kunci: retribusi parkir; servis transportasi; teknologi Abstract: This research aims to: 1) provide a description of the application of electronic parking (E- Parking) in the  city of Surakarta; 2) find out what efforts are being made to minimize leakage of parking retribution on  Regional Original Income (PAD) and progressive rates on the application of electronic parking (E Parking) in Surakarta City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach.  This research was conducted at Dr. Radjiman Street and Gatot Subroto Street. Research data was obtained from informants, events, and documents with purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documents. The validity of the data was  obtained through methodological triangulation and sources. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of e-parking in Surakarta City included: (1)  planning and preparation of e- parking administration completeness; (2) e-parking socialization in  Surakarta City; (3) filling in the balance and paying for e-parking; and (4) monitoring and evaluating the implementation of e-parking. As for the efforts of the Department of Transportation in minimizing the  leakage of parking levies on Regional Revenue and progressive tariffs on the implementation of Electronic  Parking (e-parking), they include: (1) Cooperation with Legal Entity Institutions as Parking managers; (2) implementation of e-parking in Surakarta City. Keywords: parking retribution; technology; transportation service

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Dasar- dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada media pembelajaran Google Classroom dan Edmodo; dan (2) media pembelajaran yang mendapatkan hasil belajar tertinggi antara Google Classroom dan Edmodo pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true experimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis ANCOVA dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran Google Classroom dan Edmodo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji ANCOVA yang menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,035 < 0,05); 2) Hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Melakukan Pekerjaan Dasar Kantor dan Layanan Bisnis dari media pembelajaran Edmodo lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar dari media pembelajaran Google Classroom. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata pada Google Classroom dan Edmodo (7,409<8,126).Kata Kunci: hasil belajar; media pembelajaran; penelitian true experimentalAbstract: The study aimed to determine: (1) differences in learning outcomes in Basics of Office Management and Business Services on Google Classroom and Edmodo learning media; and (2) learning media that get the highest learning outcomes between Google Classroom and Edmodo in Basics of Office Management and Business Services subjects. This research is true experimental research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all students of class X Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar (63 students). The research sample was taken using the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques with documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used was the ANCOVA analysis technique using IBM SPSS 25.0. The results show that: 1) There was a significant difference in learning outcomes between Google Classroom and Edmodo learning media. This is evidenced by the ANCOVA test, which shows that the significance is 0,035<0,05); 2) Learning outcomes in the subjects of Basic Office Management and Business Services from Edmodo learning media are higher than learning outcomes from Google Classroom learning media. This is evidenced by the mean value in Google Classroom and Edmodo (7,409<8,126).Keywords: learning media; learning outcomes; true experiment research

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha peserta didik pada pendidikan administrasi perkantoran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang berjumlah 233 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 147 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi penyusunan tabulasi uji prasyarat dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (thitung 7,984 > ttabel 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,0130 < 0,05, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (tvalue 2,516 > ttabel 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,0130<0,05, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Fvalue 43,815 > Ftabel 3,06) dengan signifikansi 0,0000<0,05. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan hasil analisis ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan.Kata Kunci: motivasi berwirausaha; dukungan keluarga; kepribadianAbstract: The purpose of this research was to (1) determine the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration Education. (2) Determine the influence of personality on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration education. (3) Determine the influence of the family environment and personality on the entrepreneurial interest of students in office administration education. The research was quantitative, using correlational methods. The population was students of Office Administration Education from the 2017, 2018, and 2019 classes, with a total of 233 students. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with 147 students as the sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire The data analysis technique involves compiling prerequisite test tabulations and multiple linear regressions using SPSS. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the family environment on students' entrepreneurial interest (tvalue 7.984 > ttable 1.976) with significant 0,0000,05, (2) There was a positive and significant influence of personality on students' entrepreneurial interest (tvalue 2.516> ttable 1.976) with a significant 0.0130< .05, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment and personality together on student entrepreneurship interest (Fvalue 43.815 > Ftable 3.06) with a significant .0000 <0,05. Abstract

This research was carried out to improve the learning outcomes of Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar for the 2021/2022 academic year through the application of the Zoom Meeting assisted discussion method. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles. The research started in the Pre-Action stage, Cycle I, and Cycle II. Learning outcomes at the Pre-Action stage were obtained from the Middle Semester Assessment (MSA) score; the percentage of students' completeness was 42.85% with an average grade of 74.45. Learning outcomes have increased in Cycle I, with a percentage of 68.57% and an average value of 76.42. Then, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness was 88.5%, with an average value of 85.42. The conclusion of this Classroom Action Research is that the application of the Zoom Meeting-assisted discussion method can improve student learning outcomes for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.
