Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui peranan kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif bagi guru di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta; (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat dan solusi yang dilakukan  kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif bagi guru di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumen dan arsip. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) dan teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah teknik bola salju (snowball sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh baik berupa data primer maupun sekunder adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Peranan kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta adalah: (a) menumbuhkan keakraban guru dengan warga sekolah yang lain, (b) memberikan reward dan punishment terhadap guru, (c) menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab guru terhadap tugasnya, (d) memberikan job description yang jelas, menyusun SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur), dan membuat regulasi, (e) mengendalikan konflik yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, (f) memberikan motivasi, (g) melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, (h) mengelola lingkungan fisik sekolah,  (i) memberikan informasi, (j) melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. (2) Hambatan yang muncul yaitu: (a) adanya guru yang berkarakter dan berkepribadian kurang baik, (b) kebijakan dari pemerintah yang sering berubah dan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah, (c) gangguan dari pihak luar sekolah, (d) terdapat beberapa guru yang tidak suka dengan tugas tambahan yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah. Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan yang muncul ialah: (a) memberikan briefing dan pendekatan secara personal, (b) melakukan sosialisasi dan diklat, (c) rapat dan diskusi dewan sekolah dengan pihak luar, (d) pendekatan secara personal, memotivasi, dan meningkatkan rasa sadar atas tanggung jawab bersama.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City (2) the effect of compensation on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City (3) simultaneous influence of leadership style and compensation on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City. The method in this research uses correlational quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the Surakarta Department of Labor and Industry with a total of 57 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling with a total 57 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression. The results showes that: (1) there was a significant positive effect of leadership on employee work discipline (tcount 3,614> ttable 2,004), (2) there was a significant positive effect of compensation on employee work discipline (tcount 2,146> ttable 2,004), (3 ) there is a significant positive influence on leadership and compensation simultaneously or together on employee work discipline (Fcount 14.167> Ftable 3.16).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya (1) pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat terhadap minat berwirausaha berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran; (2) pengaruh jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran; (3) pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat dan jenis pekerjaan orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2016, 2017, dan 2018 yang berjumlah 224 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Stratified Random Sampling, yakni sebesar 25% atau sebanyak 56 mahasiswaPengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana, uji two way anova, dan uji anakova dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (rhitung=0,622 >  rtabel=0,266); (2) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (signifikansi 0,414 > 0,05); (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan masyarakat dan jenis pekerjaan orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

 The aims of the study are to determine: (1) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship (2) the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship (3) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. The research used quantitative proportional random sampling method with a total of 60 from 148 populations. Data collection by questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression technique with analysis prerequisite test: normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of the study: (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis obtained by the value of tcount (2.397)> ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 <0.10); (2) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis, it is obtained that tcount (2.520) > ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.006 <0.10); (3) there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (Fcount > Ftable, which is 11.988 > 3.92), the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 < 0.10) . The entrepreneurial knowledge variable gave an effective contribution of 13.70% and a relative contribution of 48.22%, while the self-efficacy variable gave an effective contribution of 14.67% and a relative contribution of 51.6%

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data diperoleh dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi budaya kerja 5S pada area finishing bagian produksi factory 2 di PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing, Wonogiri diperoleh temuan bahwa: 1) Implementasi budaya kerja 5S meliputi: a) seiri (pemilahan), b) seiton (penataan), c) seiso (pemeliharaan), d) seiketsu (jadikan standar), e) shitsuke (pembiasaan). 2) Faktor penghambat implementasi budaya kerja 5S diantaranya: a) kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan area finishing mengenai budaya kerja 5S, b) adanya miss komunikasi antar karyawan dan kurangnya motivasi, c) penerapan SOP budaya kerja 5S yang kurang diterapkan dengan baik, d) karyawan kurang melakukan pembiasaan kerja 3S (seiri, seiton, seiso), dan 3) Solusi yang dilakukan mengatasi hambatan antara lain: a) training yang dilanjutkan dengan aksi lapangan oleh karyawan produksi, b) breafing karyawan produksi area finishing, c) monitoring karyawan produksi oleh supervisor, d) evaluasi berkala dari manajemen.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out: (1) On the Job Training implementation program  in Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar,  (2) readiness to  enter the world of work in Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era after implementation On the Job Training of students expertise competence Office Management Automation of Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar, (3) the constraints and solutions on implementation On the Job Training in preparing students to enter the world of work in Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. There data source obtained from informant, place and event, as well as archive and document. The sampling techniques employed were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and documentation. The data validation was carried out using source and method triangulations. Techniques of analiyzing data used was an interactive model of analaysis. The result of research obtains (1) On the Job Training implementation in Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar going well and has positive role in preparing students to enter the world of work in industrial revolution 4.0 era. (2) Students readiness to enter the world of work in Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era after implementation of On the Job Training seen from compentencies needed such as IT knowledge and abilities, data and information processing and analytics, trust, self and time management, adabtability skills, follow the development of technology and want to learn, and communication skills (3) Implementation constraints such as the place less support skills needed on the world of work in Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, distance of students place with On the Job Training location, incompatibility the type of  job that exists in the industrial world, discrepancy between the school and the industrial world, and difficulty on implementation a job in industrial world, while the solutions is location selection On the Job Training implementation, displacement On the Job Training location, synchronize curriculum and competencies, exploratory, and mentoring by teacher and the preceptor instructor

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui: (1) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; (2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; dan 3) pengaruh minat belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.Populasi adalah kelas OTKP tahun 2017/2018 SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta jumlah 53 siswa dengan metode korelasional dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel ialah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Tenik yang diterapkan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode angket didukung dokumentasi adalah metode yang dipakai teknik mengumpulkan data dengan SPSS 17 untuk menganalisa data.Kesimpulannya antara lain; (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 83,43%; (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 66,1%; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  dan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Tingkat pencapaian variabel (Y) sebesar 81%. Dengan SE  sebesar 30,3%, SE  sebesar 30,4% dan SR ) sebesar 50,0%, SR () sebesar 50,1%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out theimprovement of students learning outcomes in subjects staffadministration subject using Prezi software media at the XI AP classgrader of SMKN 3 Surakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015, (2)to describe problems and solutions in the implementation of scientificapproach using Prezi software media in improving learning outcomesof staff administration subject at the XI AP class grader of SMKN 3Surakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015. This research iscollaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in twocycles, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, andreflection with two meetings in each cycle. The subjects were the XIAP class grader of SMKN 3 Surakarta, totaling 29 students andconsisting of 29 female students. Based on research that has beenconducted, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learningoutcomes of staff administration subject through the application ofscientific approach using Prezi software media. It was showed bypercentage of learning completeness result of staff administrationsubject with minimum grade criteria more than 75 in the first cycle of79.3% or 23 students and in the second cycle of 100% or 29 students.Problems occurred in the application of scientific approach usingPrezi software media, namely (a) teachers were lack of mastering theclass, (b) the division of time was not optimum, and (c) teachers wereless responsive to students who are inactive. Solution for thoseproblems are: (a) teachers are given guidance and motivation in theimplementation of scientific approach using Prezi Software media, (b)teachers should manage time effectively, and (c) teachers should bemore responsive to the students who have not been active in learning.

Abstract

Abstract The Implementation Of Teaching Internship 3 Of  Teacher Taining and Education Facultyebelas Maret University (Case Study Of Final Assessment Internship Program At Vocational Senior High School 6 Surakarta 2018/2019). This research aims to find ; 1) the implementation of teaching Internship 3, 2) the Problems in the teaching internship, and 3) the way of solving  the problems of teaching internship 3 at Vocational Senior High School 6 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research ith a case study approach. The sampling technique was purposive and snowball sampling methods, the head of the teaching internship 3 is as the key-informant. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation. The  validation of data was the source triangulation and method triangulation. The data were analysed using reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show: 1) the implementation of the final assessment of teaching internship program was not in accodance with its  guidlines, 2) the problems of teaching internship, for instance lack of coordination between students, lecturer, UP2KTM, and high school teachers during the teaching internship program, the purpose of teaching internship was not in step with the internship guilines, the quality of instruments of the teaching internship, an inadequate assessment form, and a limited number of student who have abilities in the extracuricular field, and 3) the effort to overcoming the problems, such as increasing coordination between students, lecturers, UP2KTM, and high schools teachers, the evaluation of internship goal based on UP2KTM, evaluation of teaching intership guidlines instruments by UP2KTM, and the evaluation of assement system on extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to determine: (1) presence or absence of a positife and significant effect between how to learn on the learning result of office equipment managements. (2) presence or absence of a positife and  significant effect between discipline of learning the learning result of office equipment managements. (3) presence or absence of a positife and significant effect between learning style and discipline of learning on the learning result of office equipment managements. The type of research is clausal correlation methods in quantitative research. The population of this research was all students in grade X office administration skill competency of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta in the academic year of 2015/2016 some 120 students with a sample of 55 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique. Data callection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation technique. Analysis using the statistical test of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis can be summarized as follows: (1) there is a poaitif and significant effect of how to learn on the learning result of office equipment managements, with tobtained > ttabel (3,403 > 2,006), while relative and effective contribution (X1) to (Y) of 49,18% and 50,8%. (2) there is a positif and significant effect of learning discipline on the learning result of office equipment, with tobtained > ttabel (3,595 > 2,006), while relative and effective contribution (X2) to (Y) of 21,59% and 22,3%. (3) there is a positife and significant effect of learning style and learning discipline on the learning result of office equipment managements, with Fobtained > Ftabel (20,379 > 3,17), with R Square percentage of 43,9%.
