Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) the optimization of SLiMS automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS (Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University), (2) the constraints encountered in applying automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS; and solution to the application of automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS in order to be more maximal. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The sampling techniques employed were purposive and snow ball sampling ones. Data sources employed were informant, place, and event, as well as archive and document. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source and method triangulations. Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysis. The result of research showed that the application of SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) automation in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University included: circulation service, retrieval system (OPAC), member administration, and literature processing. The constraints encountered in SLiMS application are administrator’s poor competency in using SLiMS automation system leading to less maximal system utilization, and inadequate facilities including the availability of one computer unit only, the limited number of reading table available, and the inadequate space condition. Availability of library materials is still lacking in terms of both quantity and content. The attempts taken to deal with such constraints were: to hold training activity for SLiMS automation system conducted by administrators of reading room, to repair and to provide facilities in reading room by proposing it to the central office through study program, for example, increasing the number of air conditioners (AC). In addition, he also asked for donations from alumnus to increase the collection of library materials.

Abstract

Abstract The study was aimed to determine (1) the effect of self-regulated learning on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; (2) the effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; and (3) the effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research with a correlational method. The population of this study was twelfth grade students OTKP of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year, 102 students. The researcher used incidental sampling with 81 students as the sample. The data were collected using documentation and questionnaires. The data self-regulated learning and social environment were collected using questionnaires, meanwhile the data of students’ learning outcomes were collected using documentation. Then the data were analyzed using a prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. This result of study showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning on student’ learning outcomes of twelfth grade students of OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 1,995 > t-table 1,99085; (2) there was a positive effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 2,253 > t-table 1,99085; and (3) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of  grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with F-value 13,088 > F-table 3,11.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not: (1) learning motivation toward the interest in continuing study to college, (2) the influence of the peer group toward the interest in continuing study to college, and (3) the influence of learning motivation and peer group toward the interest in continuing study to college. This study is a quantitative correlational study. The population in this study is students of class XII at SMK Sukawati Gemolong. Samples were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. There is a sample of 92 respondents consisting of 12 men and 80 women. This study uses observation, documentation, and questionnaires for data collection methods. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. Based on the analysis, it is found: (1) there is a significant influence of learning motivation toward the interest in continuing study to college at SMK Sukawati Gemolong ( or ), (2) there is a significant influence of peer group toward the interest in continuing study to college at SMK Sukawati Gemolong ( or ), and (3) there is a significant influence of learning motivation and peer group together toward the interest in continuing study to college ( or ). Regression equation Y = 1,486 + 0,473 X1 + 0,373 X2. The relative contribution of learning motivation is 66%. The relative contribution of the peer group is 34%. The effective contribution of learning motivation is 35,30%. The effective contribution of the peer group is 18%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan e-arsip dilihat dari kinerja petugas kearsipan dan perangkat pendukung penerapan e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar kelas II. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan Ketua Pengadilan Karanganyar sebagai key informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar ada dua yaitu SIPP (Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara) dan PTSP Plus (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Plus). 2) Kompetensi petugas arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar masih kurang hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kesulitan mengajukan tambahan pegawai dan petugas arsip yang ditunjuk tidak memiliki latarbelakang pendidikan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan. (3) fasilitas pendukung dalam penerapan e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar masih kurang. Cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut akan dibahas dalam artikel ini. Kata kunci: penanganan arsip, arsip elektronik, kompetensi arsiparis, perlengkapan arsip.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the activenessin Archive subject matter of the students in Grade X of OfficeAdministration of State Vocational High School 3 of Surakartathrough the application of combination of the cooperative learningmodel between the mind mapping type and the make a match type.The type of research conducted by the researchers is theClassroom Action Research (CAR). This research used theclassroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted ofplanning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of research were 32 students grade X department of office administration of State Vocational High School 3 of Surakarta. Thedata sources of research were the subject matter teacher and thestudents. Techniques of data collected trought observation,documentation and interview method. The data were analyzed byusing the descriptive comparative technique of analysis. The result ofresearch shows that the application of combination of the cooperativelearning model between the mind mapping type and the make a matchtype can improve the student‟s activeness in archive subject matter asmuch as 53.75%. Prior to the treatment the students‟ activeness is31.26%. Following the treatment, it becomes 55.01% in Cycle I and85.01% in Cycle II. In addition, the percentage of each aspect of thestudents‟ activeness also improves as much as 50%. Prior to thetreatment, the percentage of the visual aspect activities is 34.38%.Following the treatment, it becomes 56.26% in Cycle I and 84.38% inCycle II. The percentage of the oral aspect activities improves asmuch as 59.37%. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the oralaspect activities is 2.88%. Following the treatment, it becomes46.88% in Cycle I and 81.25% in Cycle II. The percentage of thedrawing aspect activities improves as much as 87.51%. Prior to thetreatment, the percentage of the drawing aspect activities is 0%.Following the treatment, it becomes 53.13% in Cycle I and 87.51% inCycle 2. The percentage of the mental aspect activities improves asmuch as 56.26%. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the mentalaspect activities is 31.25%. Following the treatment, it becomes59.38% in Cycle I and 87.51% in Cycle II. The percentage of the emotional aspect activities improves as much as 46.87%. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the emotional aspect activities is 37.51%. Following the treatment, it becomes 59.83% in Cycle I and 84.38% in Cycle II. Thus, the application of combination the cooperative learning model between the mind mapping type and the make a match type can improve the activeness in Archive subject matter of the students in Grade X of Office Administration of State Vocational High School 3 of Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruhi: (1) Komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, (2) Kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, dan (3) Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri berjumlah 47. Sampel berjumlah 47 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan analisis dokumen dengan melakukan uji coba angket kepada 20 karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 16.

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out: (1) the impact of organizational activity on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University; (2) ) the impact of learning achievement  on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University; and (3) ) the impact of  both organizational activity and learning achievement on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University. This reseacrh employed a quantitative research and the sampling system used census sampling, the population of which was all student of Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University, consisting 50 student. Techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire and documentation. The data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis techniques with analysis prerequisite test includind normality, linearity, amd multicolinearity tests. The results of research were as follows: (1) there was a significant impact of organizational activity on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University;(2) there was a significant impact of learning achievement  on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University;and (3) there was a significant impact of  both organizational activity and learning achievement on the work readiness of Students in Office Administration Education Study Program year 2013 of Sebelas Maret University.

Abstract

ANALISIS MANAJEMEN KONFLIK PADA SOLO INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS (SIPA) COMMUNITY DALAM KEBERLANGSUNGAN EVENT SECARA ONLINE. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan narative inkuiri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan mengenai manajemen konflik pada SIPA Community dalam keberlangsungan event SIPA diperoleh konflik yang terjadi diantaranya (1) konflik pribadi, di dalamnya merupakan konflik antar panitia dan konflik antar panitia dengan direktur, (2) konflik kelompok, yang mana konflik antar panitia dengan pihak vendor, konflik antar panitia dengan Pemerintah Kota Surakarta,  (3) konflik konstruktif yang bersifat membangun yakni konflik yang dikarenakan adanya pandemik covid – 19, sedangkan penyebab konflik diantaranya (1) miss communication atau salah persepsi, (2) tidak adanya sinkron data, (3) masalah pribadi terkait asmara; perasaan iri; dan sebagainya, (4) adanya kasus pandemik covid – 19, (5) munculnya gank atau gap antar panitia. Bentuk manajemen yang diterapkan adalah metode penyelesaian konflik, sedangkan strategi yang digunakan yaitu avoiding dan compromming dengan upaya tindakannya adalah (1) merubah sistem keberlangsungan event SIPA, (2) meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam rangka menarik penonton, dan (3) meningkatkan komitmen panitia SIPA.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Office layout that has been established in spatial planning Sub Division of Public Relations and Protocol. (2) Obstacles and efforts to achieve employee convenience in Sub Division of Public Relations and Protocol. (3) The office layout design which effective to optimize the employee performance at Sub Division of Public Relation and Protocol. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject taking technique used purposive sampling and snow ball sampling. The validity of data were triangulation of source data and triangulation of method. Data analysis technique used interactive analysis model. This Research shows that (1) Office layout in Sub-Division of Public Relations and Protocol Secretariat DPRD of Surakarta has not fully apply the principles of office layout. (2) The factors to derive the employee’s work convenience consists of light, air conditioner and ventilation, paint color of the wall are enough to encourage staff more comfortable in doing their work. (2) The effective office layout for the Sub-Division of Public Relations and Protocol is an open office layout with the placement of computer placed in accordance with the needs of staff who often use it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of distance learning, 2) the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning, and 3) the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Sources of data used are informants, places, activities, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and document analysis. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of distance learning includes preparation in terms of teachers, learning tools, facilities and infrastructure, as well as information technology, media and learning methods, learning activities, assessments, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of distance learning include: a) there are students who do not have smartphones or computers, b) limited internet quota, c) students find it difficult to understand learning materials, and d) a less supportive learning environment and atmosphere, 3) Efforts are made to overcome obstacles in learning, namely: a) assistance free smartphones for students in need, b) free internet quota assistance for underprivileged students, c) using learning videos as learning media, and d) conducting home visits to students' learning environments.
