Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes essay berbasis website dan mengetahui apakah model tes essay berbasis website dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai alternative solusi pada mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Manajemen program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck yang terdiri dari tiga proses utama yaitu tahap analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain dilanjutkan dengan tahap pengembangan dan implementasi. Sumber informasi didapat dari informasi primer berasal dari hasil wawancara dan kuosioner dan sekunder berasal dari dari buku dan jurnal. Model kuosioner yang digunakan menggunakan kuosioner skala 4 dengan metode EUCS yaitu content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Analisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment pearson dan uji realiabilitas dengan menggunakan teknik Cronbrach’ Alpha. Analisis kualitatif yagn digunakan yaitu deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model tes essay berbasis website merupakan model  tes yang efisien berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dan penggunaan aplikasi tes essay berbasis website sangat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan tes. Oleh karena itu, model tes  essay berbasis website dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai alternatif solusi permasalahan tes tertulis konvensional yang menggunakan kertas untuk menuliskan jawaban essay.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students' learning activity of class XI AP SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in following the subjects of managing the archive system of Lesson Year 2016/2017 through the implementation of cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method with combination of learning method of Mind Maping. type of research conducted by researchers is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study were students of class XI AP SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 36 people. This research is conducted by involving the teacher of managing system archives subjects, researchers and the participation of learners. Data collection techniques are conducted through several activities: (a) observation, (b) interview, and (c) documentation. The research procedure includes stages: (a) action planning, (b) implementation of action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection of action.Based on the results of the study, it can be application of cooperative learning model student team achievement division (STAD) method with combination learning method mind mapping can improve the activity. This is evident in the cycle I and cycle II the learner activity continues to increase. The liveliness of the learner during pre cycle has not reached 75%. In Cycle 1 the activity has increased on visual aspect activities 61,11%, oral activities 55,56%, drawing activities 75%, mental activities 69,44% and emotional activities 75%. Furthermore, in cycle 2 the activity had significant improvement on visual aspect activities of 94,44%, oral activities 91,67%, drawing activities 94,44%, mental activities 94,44% and emotional activities 97,00%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method with combination of learning method of Mind Maping can increase learner activity on archive system management subject.Keywords: STAD, Mind Maping, Cooperative Learning

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the influence of librarian services on the reading interests of the community in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library; (2) the influence of the collection of library materials on the reading interests of the community in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library; and (3) the influence of librarian services and collection of library materials together on the interests of reading communities in the Gemolong Subdistrict Library. This study uses correlational quantitative methods. The research population is the visitors of gemolong sub-district library in December 2020 and January 2021 which totally 886 people. Sampling technique is using simple random sampling with 133 visitors as samples. Data collection method using questionnaires, interview method, and document analysis. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis test i.e. normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study were as follows: (1) there was no significant positive influence of librarian service on public reading interests (tcount 1,779 < ttable 1.9784); (2) there is a significant positive influence on the collection of library materials on people's reading interests (tcount 3,816 < ttable 1.9784); and there is a significant influence on the service of librarians and the collection of library materials together on the reading interests of the community (Fcount 14,467 < Ftable 3.07).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the increase in typing speed using typingmaster. This study was descriptive research supported by qualitative data andquantitative data. This type of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR),a study that emphasizes on improving the quality of learning in the class. This studyused a cycle model that implement through four stages activities: planning, acting,observing, and reflecting. The results of these observations indicate that the valueof rapid typing in students were still red, students less active in following theongoing learning only a handful of students who were enthusiastic following theteacher's learning. This led to a lack of student understanding of the fast typingmaterial described by the teacher. Based on the result of evaluation test at cycle 2it can be seen that as many as 29 students have reached minimal criteria (MCM)with percentage 76,31% average of 76.33. And another 9 students with apercentage of 26.69% still have not reached MCM that has been determined. Thenumber of students who score above the MCM is more than 70% so it can be saidthe target researchers have achieved

Abstract

The research was conducted at KPP Pratama Surakarta, with qualitative research using a case study approach with an intrinsic case study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations, and document analysis. The validity of the data was obtained by: (1) Credibility, among others by doing a) extending observations, b) increasing persistence, c) triangulating of sources and methods, and d) membercheck, 2) transferability, 3) dependability, and 4) confirmability. the data analysis technique used a miles and huberman interactive model.The results show (1) The application of the e-billing system in the KPP Pratama Surakarta are: a) planning for the implementation of the e-billing system at KPP Pratama Surakarta, b) implementation of the e-billing system at KPP Pratama Surakarta, and c) monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the e-billing system at KPP Pratama Surakarta, (2) The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the e-billing system faced by the taxpayers of KPP Pratama Surakarta are: a) taxpayers’ understanding of access to the e-billing system is still low, b) the ability of taxpayers to use technology has not been maximized, and c) system failure, and (3) The solution in overcoming the problem of the e-billing system is: a) socialization and education to taxpayers, b) provide offline and online services, and c) KPP Pratama Surakarta in cooperation with the Center for Information System and Technology

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok teman sebaya dan perhatian orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 83 peserta didik yang ditentukan dengan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert yang dimodifikasi dan didukung dengan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kelompok teman sebaya dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Nilai koefisien korelasi X1 terhadap Y = 0,471; X2 terhadap Y = 0,601; dan nilai koefisien determinasi = 0,401 atau 40,1%. Dapat ditafsirkan kelompok teman sebaya dan perhatian orang tua memiliki kontribusi sebesar 40,1% terhadap motivasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) Active dynamic archive management at the Sukoharjo Population and Civil Registration Office, 2) Obstacles encountered during the active dynamic archive management process at the Sukoharjo Population and Civil Registration Office, and 3) Solutions to overcome obstacles encountered during the active dynamic archive management process at the Sukoharjo Population and Civil Registration Office. This is a descriptive qualitative study employing a case study technique. The study was carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Office in Sukoharjo. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were used to collect data from places and events, instruments, papers, and archives. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Test the validity of the data obtained by triangulation of sources and triangulation of methods. The data analysis technique used interactive model data analysis. The results showed that: 1) active dynamic archive management at the Sukoharjo Population and Civil Registration Service includes: planning, organizing, implementing, and maintenance. 2) the management of active dynamic archives at the Sukoharjo Population and Civil Registration Service, there are several obstacles including the lack of human resources, rediscovery of old archives, and the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support active dynamic archive management, and 3) Solutions in overcoming some of the obstacles that arise. found in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Sukoharjo, among others, looking for human resources in accordance with the competence of archives, making special agenda book for all types of archives according to their classification, and planning budgeting to complete the facilities and infrastructure to manage active dynamic archives.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui terdapat tidaknya: 1) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Klaten tahun ajaran 2018/2019; 2) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Klaten tahun ajaran 2018/2019; dan 3) pengaruh minat belajar dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Klaten tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Klaten yang berjumlah 107 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling sejumlah 84 siswa. Sumber data dari petugas tata usaha, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (5,586 > 1,98969) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05); 2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (8,600 > 1,98969) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05); 3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan minat belajar dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar teknologi perkantoran dibuktikan dengan Fhitung >Ftabel (67,285 > 3,11) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan sumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama sebesar 62,4% dan sisanya sebesar 37,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, keseluruhan hasil analisis ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) Customer satisfaction with clean water services (2) Obstacles faced in the implementation of clean water services, (3) Efforts performed by PDAM Tirta Bening, Pati Regency in solving obstacles of clean water services.This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study came from informants, events, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Customer satisfaction on water services related to tangible; assurance; responsiveness; and empathy dimensions are great. Nevertheless, the customer satisfaction related to reliability dimension is low and it needs some improvements, (2) Constraints faced in the implementation of clean water services are: (a) Lack of water sources, (b) Old piping networks, (c) Power outage by PLN, and (3) Efforts made in facing obstacles related to clean water services are: (a) Finding and opening sources of raw water, (b) Changing pipes gradually, (c) Increasing the number of generators.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not there is (1) the influence of the teachers’ pedagogical competence on the learning outcomes; (2) the influence of students’ communication competence on the learning outcomes; (3) the influence of teacher’s pedagogical competence and students’ communication competence on the learning outcomes. This study used a saturated sampling technique or census because the population was less than 100 students, so the samples in this study were all students of grade XI of Office Administration Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 6 of Surakarta, which involved 95 students in total. The result of the study were as follows (1) there was an influence of the teacher’s pedagogical competence on the learning outcome of Public Relation Administration and Protocol Course based on the value of rcount > rtable which was 0.523 >0.202; (2) the was an influence of students’ communication competence on the learning outcomes of Public Relation Administration and Protocol Course based on the value of rcount > rtable which was 0.400 > 0.202; (3) there was an influence of the teacher’s pedagogical competence and student’s communication competence in the learning outcomes of Public Relation Administration and Protocol Course based on the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 20.978 > 3.095. The contribution of the teacher’s pedagogical competence and student’s communication competence to the learning outcomes of Public Relation Administration and Protocol Course was 31.3%.
