Abstract

The supply chain system is the relationship between the parties from the vertical structure to the horizontal structure in the system of a project being implemented. In the supply chain system, there may be uncertainties that pose risks. Construction project risk management needs to be implemented in the supply chain system to determine the success and objectives of project procurement. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the risks that occur in the supply chain system in the Makassar Trans Studio Mall upgrade project. Data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to be filled out by the parties to the project according to their respective work experiences. Respondents amounted to 13 people. Data analysis for this study used the Likert scale method using the severity index (SI) formula. From the results of this study after collecting data, it can be concluded that there are 22 risk factors identified. These risks occur with various types of risks, namely 2 risks that are categorized as high, 19 risks that are categorized as moderate, and 1 risk that is categorized as low.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the material, the composition of the AC-WC mixture, the use of the AC-WC mixture, and determine the IKS value of the stone of Sungai Leoran, Pinang Village. Testing the characteristics of aggregate, asphalt, and filler then designing LASTON AC-WC followed by conventional Marshall testing and Marshall Immersion testing is the method used. The results of this study indicate that the material from the Leoran River meets the specification standards in road pavement work. The composition used for the AC-WC mixture is 36.75%, fine aggregate 50%, filler 5.75%, with KAO of 7.50%. The Residual Strength Index is 96.57% with a KAO of 7.50%. The results of the study meet the standard specifications, namely obtaining a Residual Strength Index value of 96.57% with an OAC of 7.50%.

Abstract

This test aims to determine the durability value of the crushed stone material obtained from the Batupapan River, Telluwanua. Marshall's soaking method is used to determine the durability of this Laston AC-Base mixture. The duration of soaking used is 30 minutes to 48 hours with a stability value of 2455.26 kg – 2136.08 kg, a flow value of 3.30 mm – 4.60 mm, and for a durability value at a duration of 30 minutes to 36 hours is still below the maximum value of durability (below 90%) while 48-hour soaking does not meet (above 90%).

Abstract

Styrofoam is a material that has the same additive properties as asphalt, namely thermoplastic, and is a new binder Styrofoam as an added material, which has the aim of knowing the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture using Teik river aggregate with raw materials. The characteristics of the AC-WC mixture using used Styrofoam added through the Conventional Marshall test obtained the largest average VIM value at 1% = 4.21%, for the FLOW value the largest average value was obtained at 1% = 3.50 , for the VMA value the largest average value was obtained at 1% = 17.83, for the VFB value the largest average value was obtained at 5% = 80.87 and stability obtained the largest average value at 5% = 1559 , 48 has met the 2018 Highways Standard. The effect of adding used Styrofoam to the AC-WC mixture greatly affects the Flow, VIM, VMA, VFB and Stability values.

Abstract

In the casting work of beams and plates on the 8th floor of the unhas FISIP Education Center building construction project using ready mix concrete produced in batching plants with dry mixed type which is then distributed to the project site using Hino Ranger FM 260 JM truck mixer capacity of 7 m3. The casting process uses a concrete pump tool with the IHI IPF100B-6N29 model with a capacity of 10-100 m3. This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of the equipment used. From the results of the analysis conducted it can be known that the composition of the equipment used experienced a loss of production, especially in the truck mixer so that idle time occurred on the tool, therefore correction was made and from the results of calculations carried out it was proposed to reduce 3 units of truck mixers that previously there were 11 units used. Truck mixer reduction is done to reduce idle time on the equipment so that the tool can work more efficiently. From the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that the composition of the equipment used has lost production, especially in truck mixers. Once corrected, it is proposed that the composition of the equipment is effective by reducing the use of truck mixers so as to reduce the waiting time (idle time) for pumping so that the performance of the tool can work more optimally.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the characteristics of the mixture with the addition of Styrofoam waste in the AC-WC mixture. The test was marshalled. From the results of testing on the AC-WC mixture with the addition of styrofoam waste, conventional marshall method obtained mixed characteristics with stability, flow, VIM, VMA and VFB values that have qualified in bina marga standard 2018. Styrofoam waste greatly affects the values of stability, flow, VIM, VMAs, and VFBs. The use of styrofoam waste levels that makes the cavity in the mixture becomes small so that the mixture can be more resistant to water, but the strength of the mixture decreases due to increasing levels of Styrofoam waste so that the cavity in the mixture is filled with styrofoam waste grains that have dissolved and mixed with asphalt which resulted in asphalt is not effective in binding aggregates so that the strength of the mixture becomes reduced.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the characteristics of Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) using Tandung river stone, North Toraja Regency with added sugarcane fiber waste with levels of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%. The methodology of this research is to test the characteristics of coarse, fine, and filler aggregates and then design the composition of the Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) mixture with the addition of sugarcane fiber waste and also conventional Marshall testing to determine the characteristics of the mixture and the Marshall Immersion testing to obtain residual Marshall stability values. The results of the Marshall immersion test for the Stone Matrix Asphalt mixture with the optimum sugarcane fiber waste content of 4,00% obtained the remaining marshall stability/ durability of 95,45% meeting the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018.

Abstract

This observation was carried out in order to obtain data on the advantages of labor productivity and labor product (SNI). Human resources to the performance of project implementation and to obtain factors to establish the quality of such human resources. Primary data collection in the form of data taken in the field is data on the number of artisans and the production of handymen every day. The handyman who took the data was only 4 people. Secondary data were obtained from the drawings of the tidying work plan to compare the product of the field labor and the labor product of the labor force (SNI). The results of the study stated that field products increased by 3% compared to the SNI that had been carried out at the Trans Studio Mall Makassar Development Project, it can be concluded that labor productivity in column-fixing work is more productive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of stability, flow and the effect of immersion time on the durability of the AC-BC mixture by using time variations by utilizing Concrete Waste aggregate based on laboratory testing. The method used in this study is the Marshall method to determine the strength of the mixture after immersion. From the results of research conducted through the marshall immersion test with immersion duration of 0.50 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours, and 60 hours. The results of the marshall immersion test showed that the stability value was between 1053.36 Kg - 1304.73 Kg, the flow was between 2.58 mm - 3.00 mm, and the immersion duration was obtained which affected the durability where the longer the immersion duration the smaller the stability value and the lower the stability value. flow is getting bigger.
