Abstract

In marketing, word of mouth (WOM, whether positive or negative, can have a significant impact on overall marketing success because it influences the reputation of the company and the product brand. To foster positive WOM, marketers should manage the consumer experience when consuming a product brand. This study applies brand love, brand image, and brand loyalty to the effect of brand experience on WOM. Brand love, brand image and brand loyalty are posited as mediators. The present study employed consumers of a pharmaceutical brand originating from Japan. The online survey gathered 293 data that could be used for analysis. By using the two types of positive WOM (face-to-face WOM and electronic WOM, later abbreviated as f-WOM and e-WOM) this study revealed that the brand experience was positively associated with e-WOM and f-WOM. Brand experience was associated with e-WOM through brand love, brand image and brand loyalty. In addition, brand experience was associated with f-WOM through brand love, brand image and brand loyalty. The study offers important information to marketers. Through brand property management, organizations would scan positive WOM from their consumers, in turn it may be a good spontaneous promotion at their brands.

Abstract

Investments are influenced by the level of education and work participation in Indonesia; this happens the same with Human Capital. The importance of human capital and investment can have an impact on economic growth and emission reductions. Based on the results of previous studies, the demand for studies on economic growth, human capital, labor participation, and emission reductions is increasing. To determine the causal link between variables, this study used "autoregressive vectors" modeling across 21 years from 2000 to 2020. World Bank’s data with the Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan are the foundation of this study (KLHK). We take into account Indonesia's economic development, labor force participation, investment, level of education, and emission reductions. Based on some conclusions from this research, we found that increased economic growth will also result in higher labor participation rates. Still, it will also result in a drop in Indonesia's investment climate, which will raise emissions while simultaneously encouraging higher levels of education. As investment declines, labor participation will rise as well. Future research should attempt to associate total investment with the level of labor participation in Indonesia because this study has a flaw in that it only considers "foreign investment", and not the whole amount of investment.

Abstract

Contemporary problems are often visible only from one facet, even though there are many components that could become the solution to the issues. The sphere of sciences which are to be had in several universities can also be correlated with the current issues through their views. This research aimed to facilitate and assist college students in relating modern problems to their discipline of sciences. This research offered Seven Jump Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Purposive sampling was used in this research sample and a survey was conducted to collect data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and using multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% analysis of the data This study found that work loyalty and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance with the F value obtained at 6.550 which is greater than F table (3.24), this is also strengthened by the significant level value of 0.004 or the significance obtained is smaller than = 0.05. The results of the t-test of work loyalty show 0.231 > 0.05, which show that work loyalty has no effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of work motivation show a t-statistic value of 0.004 <0.05, which show motivation partially has a significant influence on employee performance.
