Abstract

Every student is an idealized human resource to become a source of strategic strength for the nation now and in the future. The construction of national and state life is determined by the quality of students who are formed properly and correctly through a learning process. A learning concept designed for students in the future by considering the essence and main functions of education in developing the quality of human resources in the future. The concept of futuristic learning is used to prepare oneself for the future, therefore a wise attitude is needed in facing globalization, namely by preparing oneself as best as possible by taking advantage of the opportunities that are open in it. The success of students in the world of education, one of which is from the learning process that they follow. The multicultural learning process that involves the role of educators and students is indeed a learning process that involves two strategic student subjects. Educators are the ones who transform knowledge about multicultural values, while students are the ones who accept them to be used as knowledge or a foothold in building attitudes and behavior amidst diversity. This can be a capital to face the futuristic aspect.

Abstract

Assessing the performance of school principals as learning leaders is a necessity that can provide positive, constructive and productive value for school principals and schools in improving school accountability and quality. The performance assessment of school principals is carried out to provide input, guidance and professional development for school principals. The performance assessment of school principals provides information on a map of the strengths and weaknesses of each principal, as a basis for coaching, transfers, promotions and demotions. This research aims to examine how principal performance assessments are carried out in schools that implement an independent curriculum. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation from SMPN 34 SURABAYA. Observations were carried out to see directly the learning process, interactions and school environment based on the independent curriculum. Documentation is carried out to collect data related to the principal's performance assessment, such as instruments, procedures, results and follow-up. The assessment of the principal's performance also involves various parties, such as teachers, students, parents, school committees and the community. The conclusion of this research is that assessing the performance of school principals as learning leaders can encourage school accountability and quality in implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of industrial work practices on the readiness for work among 12th-grade students in electrical installation engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Solok. This study falls under quantitative research, with the research subjects being 26 12th-grade students in electrical installation engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Solok. Data collection was done through questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was used to measure variables related to industrial work practices, student readiness, and the location of industrial work practice. Data analysis was conducted using data analysis tests for normality, homogeneity, and the F-test. The questionnaire results indicate an influence on the readiness for work among 12th-grade students in electrical installation engineering, with an average questionnaire score of 178, a maximum score of 218, a minimum score of 117, and a standard deviation of 23.681. The normality test yielded a sig(2-tailed) value of 0.894 > 0.05, the homogeneity test had a sig value of 0.758 > 0.05, and the F-test had a sig value of 0.013 < 0.05. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that there is an impact after conducting industrial work practice on the readiness for work among 12th-grade students in electrical installation engineering.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies that can improve the performance of teaching staff and education staff at SMPN 15 Gresik. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative research approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and document analysis. The findings show that the implementation of professional training and development, welfare development, as well as improving learning facilities and environments are the main factors in improving the performance of teaching and education staff. The results of this research can contribute to school administrators in designing effective strategies to improve the quality of education at SMPN 15 Gresik.

Abstract

The arrangement on the advancement of counseling instructors is an imperative perspective of making strides the quality of direction and counseling administrations in present day instructive settings. This brief examines the challenges and prospects of implementing such a policy in the current educational environment. Challenges include limited resources, gaps in access to training and resistance to change. Be that as it may, with the proper approach, there's extraordinary potential to move forward the quality of instructive administrations, back all encompassing understudy improvement and create a positive learning environment. Recommendations include updating curricula, improving accessibility to training, emphasizing practical skills, strong organizational support, building professional networks and continuous evaluation. By actualizing these proposals, it is anticipated that the usage of the counseling instructor teacher improvement arrangement will have a positive affect on the quality of instruction and the welfare understudies.

Abstract

Educational psychology is an important foundation in curriculum development and understanding student character. The Qur'an plays a central role in the perspective of Islamic education, emphasizing the concepts of extraordinary life. Islamic psychology enriches the view of psychology with religious values. Human beings in the Islamic view have unique potentials and special traits, such as learning abilities and good and bad tendencies. The Qur'an encourages people to make use of reason and go through the learning process, paying attention to the ethics of students towards teachers. The verses of the Qur'an reveal the motivation for learning through requests, commands, exhortations, and threats. It includes intrinsic drives such as curiosity and learning tendencies as well as extrinsic drives such as rewards and commands. The harmony between material and spiritual aspects is important in overcoming internal conflicts, while the positive human potential is often emphasized in the hope for change for the better. The Qur'an also describes man's psychological struggle between conflicting traits such as lust and spiritual instinct. By combining psychological views and religious teachings, this approach provides a rich foundation for human self-understanding and development in the context of education and life.

Abstract

Education continues to experience dynamic development and is related to both philosophical and practical aspects, so that education will continue to experience development and re-deconstruction, in accordance with these fundamental needs and values required. This article aims to try to explore various possibilities that will occur in the future, with the philosophical value of futuristic pedagogy which contains aspects whose urgency does not contradict the needs that students must have in the future. In addition, the curriculum initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture is related to the independent curriculum, which has the feel of freedom for students and teachers, for teachers as providers of learning materials or for students as recipients of learning. The problem that occurs in education today, there are many students who fall into the snare of disorientation, so that many students do not have and optimize what are the advantages and talents they have, education that does not optimize and develop the fundamental aspects possessed by students will not able to make students survive in the future, with increasingly complicated problems. Therefore, the presence of futuristic pedagogy can be realized in an educational climate and not become an ivory tower concept.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the teacher recruitment process at SMPN 47 Surabaya and its impact on improving the quality of education at SMPN 47 Surabaya. This type of research is using descriptive qualitative research, which is a research procedure carried out by producing descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from someone who is observed. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the implementation of the recruitment of teaching staff (teachers) in SMPN 47 Surabaya is carried out or submitted to the education office, where each level of education such as elementary, junior high, state high school will be submitted to the education office. Recruitment of teaching staff (Teachers) before being submitted to the education office, the first stage carried out by the school is to analyze the needs required. After analyzing the school will report the shortage of educators to the education office, and then the education office will conduct selections such as PNS tests, or PPPK tests. The test aims to get employees who have certain technical competencies and are professionally certified in order to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand theoretically and philosophically about the role of guidance and counseling teachers in the 21st century through group guidance services that can increase independence in making career choices. We have used qualitative methods of literature study in conducting this research. Literature study is an integral part of research that involves gathering information and data by examining and evaluating theories contained in related literature. Abstract

Organizational culture is a unified system of values that is adhered to and used as guidelines by an organization. Very organizational culture important for achieving organizational effectiveness. Cultural implementation School organization is not much different from the implementation of culture organization in general. Apart from functioning as a school identity what differentiates one school from another, Organizational culture can become a standard of behavior for school citizens influencing the school community to take action experienced. Development of a strong, intimate, conducive organizational culture, and being responsible will provide various benefits for all school residents. This article aims to analyze how students are towards the development of organizational culture in the SMAN environment 13 Surabaya. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the development of organizational culture is very influential and important towards SMAN 13 Surabaya, this is proven by culture The organization influences the final results expected by the parties' school as well as being the foundation for implementing internal activities school organization.
