Abstract

Evaluation activities are comparing what has been achieved from a program with what should be achieved based on established standards/criteria. In principle, program evaluation is an integral part of educational evaluation in general. The type of research used by researchers is a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out to find out the problems faced and to design solutions. The data collection technique is through literature study. This evaluation makes it possible to identify needs for program improvement and development to make it more effective and efficient in the future.in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate regional autonomy and education financing management in relation to efforts to improve the quality of education. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, defined as a systematic literature review that is translated into Indonesian. This SLR method uses the PRISMA model. The results of this study show that education financing management affects the quality of school education. Financing management is a process of optimizing existing sources of funds, allocating available funds and distributing them as facilities or means of supporting the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient and much better learning process. To achieve good school quality, education costs must be managed optimally and maximally. Therefore, the stages of education financing management need to be considered and prioritized.

Abstract

Behavior counseling is a therapeutic theory in counseling based on the learning theory that focuses on individual behavior. The research aims to find out how behavioral counseling can be applied in schools and to help counselors learn new behaviors in solving problems through action-oriented techniques. The method used in research is literature review by looking at articles, journals, and books relevant to research topics. The results of the study are discussed in the study of behavioral group counseling, namely: 1) Definition; 2) Techniques, such as systematic desensitization, assertive behavior training, aversion conditioning, modeling of behavior, and behavioral contracting; 3) Implementation stages, like when starting a group, limitation or determination of problems, development and social history, goal setting, technique implementation, evaluation, closing; 4) Use of group behaviors counsel in research; and 5) Advantages and weaknesses of conduct counseling. The expected outcome of behavioral counseling is to change the negative behavior of the individual and maintain the positive behavior that can be done in groups.

Abstract

The study assesses a learning and teaching process that has been done and done in the lirboyo lodge that some of the applied methods may contribute to a learning evaluation. With teaching methods characterized by boarding schools, it will bring new variations and innovations in education. Learning assessments in boarding schools are also developing according to the anthrax environment. The study taken on both the smooth and quality of the work is the approach that researchers use in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of research is based on natural phenomena or phenomena. Analysis used using the mills hubberman model (1) the data reduction (reduction of data), verification (data presentation), inequality or verification (drawing conclusions and verification). Research shows that some methods employed by ustadz in learning activities, requiring a teacher's ability and skill in applying relevant methods with purpose becoming a must be developed in a good non-forma class, as well as having a method of learning done is expected to produce a success in learning. Such success can be obtained through application of the type of evaluation tool.

Abstract

Human resource planning in education plays an important role in improving the quality of education. This research aims to reveal the results of research regarding the analysis of planning needs for teachers and education personnel at SDN Lidah Kulon IV, Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observational and interviews with school principals. The research results showed that the school collaborated with the Surabaya City Education Office in HR planning. However, schools do not have independent authority in teacher placement. The main challenge faced is a shortage of teachers which has resulted in double workloads for some teachers. To overcome this, SDN Lidah Kulon IV utilizes IT personnel to teach. However, the position of IT personnel has not been officially recognized as a teacher. In conclusion, educational human resource planning requires good coordination between schools and related agencies to ensure teacher needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In the era of globalization that continues to develop, an integration strategy for the development of teaching and education staff in the era of globalization at SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya is crucial to ensuring the success of the education system at the school. This research aims to collect interview results in the form of articles, by means of observations regarding integration strategies for developing teaching and education staff in the era of globalization. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where the researcher will describe and explain in detail the integration strategy for developing teaching and education staff in the era of globalization. This research applies interview data where this data is taken observationally, and various journal sources that are still related to the research title.

Abstract

Demotion is a decrease in the position of an employee that occurs because the employee does not meet the requirements in carrying out the responsibilities of the assigned duties and violates a serious code of ethics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the role of demotion in improving performance professionalism for educators and education personnel. The research method used is a qualitative method, by conducting an interview with one of the teachers at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that there is no demotion in public schools, as well as SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya, but private schools have the possibility of demotion by reducing one's position from GTY (Permanent Foundation Teacher / Permanent Foundation Employee) to GTT (Non-Permanent Teacher / Non-Permanent Employee). MGMP and certification are things that can be done to avoid demotion. The conclusion of this article is that demotions do not exist in public schools but may exist in private schools and to avoid demotions, cooperation between employees, teachers and schools is needed to improve the quality of performance.

Abstract

Counseling Cognitive Behavior Therapy is an emotional activity that perceives someone else's feelings about that person's point of view. of the person without knowing their identity. Behavior therapy also introduces group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques. Not only is it that teenagers also experience developmental periods especially in the ability to choose careers for their future. Cognitive Behavior Therapy also helps to solve career problems of students.nThe role of guidance and counseling to help students is with a cognitive behavioral approach. Toxic Relationships have a negative impact on others well being of every individual. Toxic relationships affect adolescent mental health . Toxic relationships can be avoided through increased knowledge. Not a few teenagers engage in the environment of friendship, which causes teenagers to experience social life problems such as the negative impact of friends who socialize with others and people who are friendly with them. Cognitive behavior counseling is also an approach between counseling by focusing on unpleasant or adverse events. The aim of this study was to explain how counselor approaches in cognitive behavioral therapy wants to approach the counselor so that it can be more confident and focus on not having bad thoughts that make him uncomfortable. Such events occur so often that adolescents are not offended by the solutions given and help adolescents solve their individual problems.

Abstract

The role playing technique in group guidance is a role playing technique that aims to solve problems by involving social relationships. The aim of this research is to help counselors and counselees in the process of solving problems by understanding each other through the social relationships they form. This research method uses library research by collecting several sources such as journals, articles, books and other sources. The research results found in the application of role playing techniques in group guidance are, the benefits of role playing techniques in group guidance, the application of role playing techniques in group guidance, the effectiveness of role playing techniques in group guidance, and obstacles to implementing role playing techniques in group guidance.

Abstract

Bibliocounseling technique in the context of counseling guidance is an approach that utilizes reading media, such as books, to facilitate interaction between counselors and counselees. The purpose of this study is to assist counselees in anticipating and overcoming various challenges that they may face in the future. In addition, this method is also proven effective in improving learners' ability to identify, respond to, and overcome potential problems more independently and proactively. The research method used is a literature study, which involves searching various sources such as journals, articles, theses, and other reading materials. The results concluded that the use of bibliotherapy techniques in group guidance can provide a deeper understanding and improve learners' ability to deal with potential problems in the future.
