Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an effort to guide students so that they can master and practice the teachings of Islam according to the guidance of sharia. To improve the quality of Islamic education learning, one way is to develop Islamic education learning materials with psychology. The role of psychology is to build spiritual and social attitudes in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education is needed because in accordance with the current curriculum, building spiritual and social attitudes aims to produce graduates who are productive, innovative and affective or have character, through strengthening attitudes, skills and knowledge in an integrative manner. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature model. Researchers documented and analyzed literature on the role of educational psychology in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in madrasah from primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that a teacher must study the science of educational psychology fundamentally with the intention of gaining knowledge about various aspects as the main foundation, especially developing Islamic education learning materials.

Abstract

Psychoanalytic theory is a theory that attempts to explain the nature and development of human personality. The main elements in this theory are motivation, emotions and other internal aspects. This theory assumes that personality will develop if there are various conflicts from these psychological theory based on psychoanalytic analysis is that the counselor guides the counselee to understand what the counselee wants to achieve, the activities they will carry out, and the progress that the counselee has achieved. In group counseling, counselees can use interactions with other counselees in the group to help increase understanding of certain values and goals as well as to learn or eliminate certain attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

This paper examines the concept of spiritual education according to Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya, who identifies two main types of trials: fitnah syubhat (caused by weak understanding and lack of knowledge) and fitnah syahwat (caused by a corrupt heart and pursuit of desires). Ibn Qayyim emphasizes the importance of having a tranquil soul (an-nafs al-muthma'innah) that fosters commendable qualities and noble character. Additionally, the concept of tahqiq ‘ubudiyah is described as the process of internalizing the values of worship in daily life as a form of devotion to Allah. This spiritual education also includes muhasabah, or self-examination, to consistently evaluate and improve oneself. Dzikrullah, or remembering Allah, is deemed essential as it provides peace of heart, erases sins, and brings great rewards. By integrating the values of worship and self-examination, Ibn Qayyim's spiritual education aims to develop a strong and Islamic character, enhancing faith through patience, reliance on Allah (tawakkul), and constant remembrance (dhikr). This spiritual education helps individuals overcome worldly temptations, improve their spiritual quality, and guide them toward a meaningful and Allah-pleasing life.

Abstract

The challenges faced by teachers in implementing educational assessment standards in the affective domain is an important issue that needs attention. This research aims to understand how teachers implement educational assessment standards in the affective domain at Pesantren Mutiara Quran Pracimantoro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method with a phenomenological approach to draw conclusions and address issues related to the topic. The results indicate several difficulties encountered by teachers in implementing educational assessment standards. Efforts to enhance the implementation of these standards in the affective domain include comprehensive approaches such as developing teacher skills, increasing awareness about authentic assessment, and training in data collection techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of educational programs in improving the quality of learning at State Junior High School 51 Surabaya. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation which are then narrated in descriptive form and systematic literature review or known as SLR, which in Indonesian means tinjauan pustaka sistematis namely a method by collecting literature or theories relevant to the article sourced from various references such as books, journals, and other reference sources that discuss related to program evaluation in educational units. The results showed that in improving the quality of learning, State Junior High School 51 Surabaya focuses on character education, literacy and numeracy, and IT-based learning. The evaluation of educational programs is carried out routinely every year based on 6 indicators contained in the education report card, then the process of collecting evaluation data is carried out through AKM activities, then to identify which areas need to be improved based on the results of the evaluation of educational programs, the school uses a priority scale.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is a process of assessment and supervision carried out systematically to obtain real results and will be used as a reference for further performance development. Teacher performance evaluation is very important to determine the quality of a teacher in doing his job. By knowing the weaknesses or shortcomings of a teacher, the principal can plan a training program that is in accordance with the quality of the teacher. Good teacher quality is very important in the quality of learning, both to achieve learning goals at school and student activeness in the learning process. This article aims to analyze how to evaluate teacher performance at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques in the research are observation and interview. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers, and students. The results showed that the Principal of SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya is quite good in evaluating teacher performance, this is evidenced by the principal in providing guidance, supervision, and motivation to teachers so that teacher performance can experience good development.

Abstract

A problem checklist is a tool used to identify problems or difficulties faced by individuals. This research aims to assess the needs of secondary school students regarding problem checklists in the context of understanding and solving problems. The literature review method is used to collect information from relevant sources. The results of the literature review show that problem checklists can be an effective tool in helping students identify problems, understand their root causes, and find appropriate solutions. This article provides valuable insight into developing a more holistic approach to integrating problem checklists in secondary school curricula to improve students' problem-solving skills. The results of this research include the implementation of a problem checklist which can help improve communication and coordination between school staff, parents, and students. By using a problem checklist, all parties can have a clear understanding of the problems that need to be resolved as well as the actions taken to resolve these problems.

Abstract

Building an effective communication system in the educational sector or institution is a way that an educational organization/institution can respond to global challenges so that it is able to produce appropriate expectations. Effective communication between educational management and educational staff is the most important part of the supervision process in the educational sector which moves education to become more interactive, collaborative and able to be oriented towards achieving learning goals. What will be achieved in this research is analyzing the role of effective communication in supervision or educational institutions and also emphasizing the concept of the importance of effective communication in order to improve the cooperative attitude and performance of educational staff. The method used in this writing is through interviews, observation, data analysis from observations and interviews, collecting and reviewing relevant literature published in the form of scientific works that are appropriate to the topic of this research. The results of this research show that effective communication plays a very important and necessary role because it is crucial in building an attitude of cooperation, providing facilities for the exchange of performance and experience and input of brilliant ideas can also increase the quality of supervision from supervision, providing constructive feedback can also be achieved. provide solutions to problems of opinion in the field of education. Abstract

The Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) approach is the view that all people have a tendency to think irrationally and this can be achieved through social learning. Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) aims to eliminate emotional disorders that have a negative impact on a person, because they can cause emotions such as anxiety, hatred, fear, and anger, etc. Motivation is one of the factors that influences student performance. The motivation that students get encourages them to study harder, be persistent and have full concentration in the learning process. The type of research used in this research is library research. The aim of this research is to determine the REBT (rational emotive behavior therapy) approach to increasing student learning motivation. The data collection technique used in this literature study is documentation technique, namely searching for data about a thing or variable in the form of notes, books, essays, or articles. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Content analysis research involves the process of selecting, comparing, combining, and rearranging different meanings until relevant meanings are found. From the research results it can be concluded that the "REBT (rational emotional behavior therapy) approach can be used to increase student learning motivation, thereby increasing learning motivation in students with low learning motivation".

Abstract

The rise of patriarchal culture in the 5.0 era is still a topic of conversation and debate among society. The observed patriarchal culture is still a hot topic of discussion because its dominance in society influences various aspects of life, such as gender inequality. Men have power in society, while women have a small percentage of influence. The method used for this research is a quantitative method which is defined as research in the form of numbers processed through scoring. Quantitative research was processed and analyzed using statistical calculation techniques with 277 respondents collected. And from the analysis carried out by researchers, Surabaya State University students disagree regarding patriarchy which is still a strong culture among society in the 5.0 era.
