Abstract

The role of communication between parents and teachers in enhancing student motivation in elementary schools is crucial. Referring to various studies conducted by experts, it is found that strong and regular communication between parents and teachers has a positive impact on strengthening collaborative relationships, facilitating the exchange of relevant information, and helping to solve emerging problems. Additionally, a good partnership between parents and teachers can influence students' perceptions of learning and assist in better understanding the individual needs of students. Therefore, it is important for educators to recognize the significance of parent-teacher communication, overcome potential barriers, and build positive relationships with parents to support the optimal development of students in elementary schools.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to improve literacy and numeracy skills for lower class students at SDN Durung Bedug. Then the results of the research we obtained are presented in the form of articles to fulfill the assignment for the Educational Evaluation course. This research was conducted at SDN Durung Bedug which is located at Jl. Durung Bedug, New Bedug, Lebo, District. Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java 61223. This research uses qualitative methods by coming directly to the research location then observing interviews, namely questions and answers with the school, then we analyze the results of the research to produce articles. Researchers also use literature study methods, by collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. With the research we conducted, it can be concluded that reading or literacy and numeracy skills in the lower grades are very important and must be possessed by a student. Without literacy and numeracy skills, it will hinder students' progress in the learning process. Literacy and numeracy skills have a big impact on students forever. By having this ability, students can understand and absorb every word or explanation the teacher says in class and can understand every question they face, so that students will easily understand the questions and minimize misunderstandings in understanding and working on the questions. Literacy and numeracy skills can also hone students' abilities in thinking critically, making decisions, and understanding information from reading.

Abstract

Conflict is something or an event that everyone in this world has experienced. Conflict management is a process where the conflicting parties or third parties design conflict strategies and use them to resolve the conflict in order to achieve the desired solution. The aim of this research is to determine conflict management and the welfare of educators and education staff at SDN Lidah Wetan IV. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, question and answer and documentation. The results obtained from this research are 1) the way the school handles conflicts between educators or educational staff. 2) steps taken by the school to prevent conflicts between educators and education staff.

Abstract

Plants are the reason why we all human beings or living beings are alive. We are nothing without plants. We Nepalese are lucky that we don’t only have a large variety of plants but also many more rare plants which are not easily found all over the world. Some of the rare plants are Rhododendron, Jatamanshi, Yarshagumba, etc. which not only have medicinal importance but also are very expensive. Above 80% crude herbs are exported to India, China and other countries. But one of the saddest things is Nepal hasn’t yet become one of the most popular or largest countries to export herbs. Maybe because we are surrounded by land. But there are various geographical importance of Nepal. We should consider it and extend the export rate. Nepal is rich in medicinal plants and aromatic plants, from Terai to Himalayan region. Due to the geography, Nepal. Consists of some of the unbelievable medicinal herbs which can cure various diseases. In this project I have discussed some of the precious herbal plants found in Nepal.

Abstract

Parents are responsible for the development and education of their children. Parental involvement determines the success of implementing inclusive education in an educational unit. With the involvement of parents in the implementation of inclusive education, synergy in the implementation of inclusive education runs well. The aim of this research is to describe collaboration between schools and parents in inclusive education. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection uses observation and documentation techniques through journals and books on the internet. The research results show that the role of parents in implementing inclusive education can be carried out in a participatory and collaborative manner. The positive role of parents can influence the implementation of inclusive education. The results of this research also show that good cooperation between parents and the school, in this case teachers and education staff, is very influential in the process of implementing inclusive education and supports the creation of better and more meaningful inclusive learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze inclusive education as an important focus in the context of educational development in Indonesia. This article explains the implementation and benefits of inclusive education in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative using primary and secondary data. The results and discussion of this research highlight the benefits of an inclusive environment for children with special needs, the important role of school principals in communication and coordination, the benefits for special and general students, as well as the importance of collaboration between teachers and other school officials. In addition, this article emphasizes that inclusive education programs help children to be independent in daily life and improve their academic abilities, as well as providing opportunities for them to make decisions according to their talents and interests.

Abstract

In the era of Web 3.0, digital technology has transformed various aspects of life, including education, necessitating that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) adapts to remain relevant and effective. This article examines the development of PAI learning models that utilize digital technology to enhance the quality of education, by exploring fundamental PAI theories and the role of technology in education. The findings indicate that integrating technology into PAI can increase student engagement, enrich learning experiences, and facilitate a deeper understanding of the subject matter. However, there are still challenges in this innovative era that pose tasks for relevant stakeholders. In conclusion, developing adaptive and innovative PAI learning models is crucial to meet educational needs in the Web 3.0 era, with recommendations for further research and practical implementation to assist educators and policymakers in improving the quality of PAI education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify weaknesses in the education program that has been carried out, formulate concrete improvement recommendations, and implement these corrective measures to improve the quality of education produced. The research method in the preparation of this article is to use data obtained by researchers through journal references, e-books, and other information media that support the title that the researcher raises or that is relevant to the problem raised by the researcher. The results show that conducting a thorough evaluation will help educational institutions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing educational programs, so that continuous improvement and improvement can be made. The results of this study also highlight that holistic evaluation of educational programs involves various important aspects such as curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff, learning, facilities, and student support.

Abstract

The role of the Koran teacher in improving reading of the Koran is very important, because the Koran teacher's job has a big influence on the learning process. As a Koran teacher, you must always be able to master the learning material being taught and develop yourself in the sense of improving your skills in relation to existing knowledge. Because these things really determine the learning outcomes that students must achieve. Basically, the role of a Koran teacher is the same as a school teacher, but Koran teachers have a certain schedule which is determined based on an agreement with parents, which is different from state schools which have a special schedule. This type of research is field research using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that teachers play a very important role in improving the ability to read the Al-Quran, especially in Simbangwetan Village. The role of the Koran teacher is as a teacher, as an educator and as a leader.

Abstract

Program evaluation is an activity that aims to collect information from an implementation and a process in an organization consisting of a group of people who participate in decision making. This research uses a literature review method from e-book journals. The purpose of this article is to help teachers in preparing evaluations in an educational program in a school institution. The results of our research, namely analysis of school program evaluation results, show the extent of school program achievements in the previous year. Various policies in the education sector are also presented as a reference for preparing evaluations. The results of this analysis are the starting point for evaluating school programs in previous and subsequent years as well as steps that supervisors must take.
