Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on liquidity and profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in 2015-2019, which amounted to 155 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 28 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test with SPSS IBM 20, it was found that operating cash flow had no effect on liquidity as proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) because the t-count value was smaller than t-table (0.427 < 1.665) and significant value (0.670 > 0.05), and operating cash flow has an effect on profitability which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) because the value of t-count is greater than t-table (2.646 > 1.665) and significant value (0.010 < 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' learning motivation in mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic is a health crisis that occurs throughout the country and has an impact on many sectors and one of them is the education sector. Therefore, to reduce the spread of the corona virus, the government asks all students from the Kindergarten to Higher Education levels to do online learning from home. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research which is intended to create a description of student learning motivation during online lectures during the covid-19 pandemic. Purposive Sampling method was used in determining research subjects and data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires (via google form), interviews and documentation. Based on 7 indicators assessed including concentration, curiosity, enthusiasm, independence, readiness, enthusiasm and self-confidence, in general the results show students' motivation to learn during the Covid-19 pandemic, found results of 58.16% which are included in the enough category.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is an understanding or ideology that highly upholds, recognizes differences. The existence of multiculturalism is expected not only to be recognized but also to accept the differences in it both ethnicity, race, religion, between groups and ethnicities, thus requiring the people who live in it to be able to understand these differences and can live side by side properly. The author raised this title with the aim of providing an overview and solution to the conflicts that will be faced in the future. The method in this research is to use literature study, namely by using several references from journals and books so that it can assist the author in completing this discussion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and evaluation of online learning at SDN Perumnas 9 Tangerang. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research method used in collecting information is by using observation. The results showed that online learning at SDN Perumnas 9 Tangerang mostly used the WA group application as a medium in providing learning materials and the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation medium. There are several shortcomings in this online learning, such as not all students have Android phones, the background and characteristics of children are different, so it is necessary to evaluate learning as a benchmark for the success of learning. Based on the results of research conducted, online learning is not the best learning method because it is still less effective and difficult to do. Teachers cannot directly assess the development of students. The teacher also cannot see whether the students have understood or not the material that has been delivered.

Abstract

Prayer is a means of communication between a servant and the creator. Prayer has pillars that must be fulfilled as a measure of whether the prayer is valid or not. The pillars of prayer are prayer movements that must be done and should not be abandoned. The pillars of prayer are also taught in the science of schools. Madhhab is an understanding or school of thought that comes from the ijtihad of a mujtahid about law in Islam which is excavated from the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. Low knowledge of it will create a new theory that results in many errors and is not in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to create a mobile application for learning the pillars of prayer fardhu according to 4 priests of the school to increase students' knowledge about the pillars of prayer based on the theory of 4 priests of the school and not cause differences of opinion in the community. The learning media uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model with 6 stages. This application was tested in black-box testing, the results of all aspects of this study were good.

Abstract

Study this aim for know and analyze management development curriculum Major PAI in College of Science Tarbiyah Palapa Nusantara (STITPN) East Lombok, namely ; Study this use approach qualitative with method studies case . And for data analysis performed with using an interactive model . .Results study show that ; First , planning curriculum arranged with use approach consolidation and solution problem with take into account internal and external factors , future developments as well as factor not always sure _ attached to every change . Second , organizing curriculum arranged based on decision Minister of National Education No. 232 of 2000 which consists of from : Subject Development Personality (MPK), subjects expertise and knowledge (MKK), subjects Skill Works (MKB), Subjects Behavior Works (MPB), and Subjects alive Community (MBB). Abstract

Genetically modified food (GMO food) or in English genetically modified food which in Indonesian is popular as genetically modified food (GM food), is a biologically engineered food produced from organisms that have undergone changes that are inserted into their DNA using the method genetical manipulation. GE food is unavoidable, due to the narrowing of land and the increasingly dense population of people. Currently Worldometers notes that the world's population in 2019 reached 7.7 billion people, where the world food and agriculture organization (FAO) stated that the world must increase food production by 70% by 2050 to meet the food needs of the world community which is estimated to number 9 .1 billion at the time, meaning that fertile and very large land would be needed for agriculture to achieve this. So that GE foods, which have been initiated since 1994, must continue to be developed. This paper will focus on discussions related to legal products in the country, health and the view of Islamic law as the majority religion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the role of parents in assisting student learning at SDN Cimanuk 3. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants of this study were the parents of 2rd grade students of SDN Cimanuk 3 as many as 3 parents and guardians of students. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of parents has a very important role in the process of assisting children's learning, such as providing correct direction to children, support, and providing solutions to children's problems during learning, besides the attention and affection of parents can make encouragement in learning. motivate children's learning. If the child is able to feel the attention and affection of his parents, then the child will feel more comfortable and will be obedient to his parents and will give good things in the learning process and improve children's learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of complete learning strategies (Meteri Learning) in improving student learning outcomes for class II SDN 1 Paraya Central Lombok Regency in the academic year 2021/2022 with a population of 24 people, sampling by means of saturated samples, i.e. all populations are taken as samples, because the population is less than 100 the research is a demonstration research that directly demonstrates the process in front of the class with the guidance of teachers and other teachers as research colleagues in conducting research, and in collecting data in this study the authors used interviews, documentation, observations and tests in order to obtain results in the form of qualitative data in the form of an elaboration to determine the extent to which the implementation of complete learning strategies (Meteri Learning) in improving the learning outcomes of second grade students at SDN 1 Paraya, Central Lombok Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of this study are: there is an effect of the Implementation of Complete Learning Strategies (Meteri Learning) in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Class II Students of SDN 1 Praya. So in this case it can be concluded that the use of the teacher's demonstration method greatly influences students' learning abilities which in quantitative form obtained from educative interactions are: initial value = 5.04 and cycle I value of 6.87 and grade = 7.66. So that the use of the demonstration method can affect students' learning abilities in increasing their creativity and effectiveness in learning together both at home and especially at school and under the guidance of the teacher's mother and father.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the challenges of parents in accompanying children during their special learning during the current pandemic where the role of parents is needed by children. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, this research involves parents, and teachers in Pandeglang District, Picung District. Collecting data in this study using direct interview and documentation techniques, in this study we can find out how the challenges faced by parents in accompanying children during learning at home, learning at home is carried out during a pandemic in this learning, parents and children must work together so that the learning process at home it goes well and is easy for children to do, there are many complaints from parents and children in carrying out the learning process as it is today, there are positive and negative impacts. In the implementation of online learning so that parents must be able to divide the time where the work of parents must be divided by time by accompanying their children during learning at home, parents must prepare learning equipment such as cellphones, laptops and internet quota. Parents must be able to participate in the child's learning process where parents must understand how to use zoom in children's learning activities, parents must be required to master technology which can be called a new learning system.
