Communication is the process of delivering or receiving messages from one person to another, either directly or indirectly, in writing, verbally or in nonverbal language. Teachers' communication skills in learning activities include 4 main abilities, namely: First, the ability of teachers to develop positive attitudes in learning activities. This ability consists of: (1) Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of students in learning activities. (2) Helping students to develop self-confidence in learning activities. (3) Help clarify thoughts and feelings so that others can understand and exchange ideas in learning activities. Learning motivation comes from the Latin word "movere" which means "encouraging or moving". "Motivation is something that encourages individuals to behave which directly causes the emergence of behavior. A person will do an action no matter how hard it is if he has high motivation. Likewise, in learning motivation plays a large enough role in achieving results. Another opinion suggests that motivation is the basic drive that moves a person to behave. This drive resides in a person who moves him to do something according to his inner urge.

Abstract

Superposition of waves experiment in physics subject need more innovation to dig up student knowledge about the essential of waves in physics. Such innovation is using Audacity software for analyze it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the superposition of sound waves using Audacity software in the wave superposition experiment. The method used is to prepare tools and materials, namely PC/laptop, 250 Hz, 1 kHz audio files and Audacity Software. Then, 250 Hz and 1 kHz audio is sampled in one wave using Audacity after which each audio sample is imported twice and then combined with Audacity software and saved. This is done for different audio frequencies as well. Then, the results of the merger are opened with Audacity and then analyzed and compared with the initial wave. And the resulting superposition of two 250 Hz waves produces an amplitude of twice and 250 Hz and 1 KHz is produced over a 4 ms wave period and the constructive and destructive wave amplitudes depend on the phase of the two waves. Thus, wave superposition experiments using Audacity software facilitate the analysis of superposition results and characterize the period and amplitude properties of waves.

Abstract

Learning to tell me what you see (see word) aims to provide opportunities for students to develop existing abilities by giving freedom of imagination in telling about idol figures. Based on the results of the documentation obtained information that from 26 students of class VII such as class VII C the average score obtained is only 7.03, while the maximum classical completeness score (KKM) determined by the teacher is 7.0. The data collection instruments in this study were test, documentation, and observation techniques. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that individually in the learning process telling about idol figures has not been satisfactory, the highest score is 80 and the lowest score is 56. If categorized, 17 students with high ability or 61.54%, moderate ability will be obtained. as many as 9 people or 38.46% and those with low abilities did not exist or 0%. In the group (GPA) including Normal with a value of 68.31. In the first cycle, it was quite satisfactory, namely the highest score was 80 and the lowest score was 64. If categorized, it would be obtained students who have high abilities as many as 24 people or 92.31%, moderate abilities 2 people or 7.69% and those with low abilities do not exist or 0 %. In the group (GPA) Normal with a value of 73.23. While in the second cycle it is very satisfying, namely the highest score is 84 and the lowest score is 64.
