Abstract

Maqashid The Islamic cooperative is a congregation in a business or community-based business activity. His own philosophy is independence, starting from the self then becoming the independence of the group (people). Or vice versa, group independence that encourages individual independence within it. The resources collected from members are a way to achieve economic sovereignty, so that cooperating is actually a long-term business strategy that secures the business interests of each member from unfair competition. Cooperating is building a fortress from efforts to destroy and colonize large investors and more established business owners. Maqashid The sharia cooperative at the religious level is a concentration of power in driving out the forbidden forms of muamalah and misleading ideologies. Only solidarity that is able to withstand the onslaught of expansion of capitalist business ventures, institutionalized solidarity is called cooperative. Maqashid syirkah sharia cooperatives contain six maqashid: 1). The accumulation of large amounts of capital so that it can be used to hold large jobs; 2). Streamlining macroeconomic rates; 3). The creation of broader and more adequate jobs; 4). The establishment of a sense of brotherhood among fellow capital holders and work partners; 5). The idea of advancing the company is better because it comes from many people too; 6). General transactions can end or cancel.

Abstract

In this article, we explain several things related to the concept of nasiyah in QS. Al-Alaq verses 15-16. This study uses a qualitative research approach to the type of literature (library research). Sources of data taken in this study are scientific journals and articles that support and are relevant to the title of this article. According to the commentators Nasiyah is the central crown where the orders of all the organs of the human body. In Nasiyah (the crown) it is based on character, because the owner of the crown is the cause of an action. Nasiyah itself does not just mean the crown but also includes the entire human body. Then the relationship between character formation and the human brain is a character located in the frontal lobe and parietal lobe. Based on the views of commentators and scientific scientists on the meaning of nashiyah in the Qur’an, that when the crown is damaged, this will have an impact on changes in human behavior and mindset. When in the afterlife humans are physically tortured, the first and foremost organ of the body that will feel the torment is the crown. Because, the crown is what will give the color of good and bad to human actions.

Abstract

Implementation is the most important policy element, and the policy implementation process is a very important final determinant of policy making. Policy implementation is an activity that is seen after a valid direction has been issued from a policy which includes efforts to manage inputs to produce outputs or outcomes for the community. The implementation of education policy is one of the activities in the policy process that determines a policy in contact with equal educational stakeholders can be accepted by the community. Policy implementation is a complicated matter with a complex process. This journal article discusses the implementation of education policy implementation in Indonesia, and the research method used is qualitative by quoting from various sources. The purpose of the research is to obtain information about the implementation of educational policies, influencing factors, approaches, methodologies, and several probes of education in Indonesia. The results of this study are, 1. The implementation of educational policies is the implementation of the results of policies set by officials related to the implementation of education, 2. Factors that influence the implementation of educational policies, among others, resources, communication, disposition, and structure, 3. Approach in implementation education is top down, bottom up, procedural and managerial, and also political approaches.

Abstract

The existence and position of land plays an important role in encouraging and developing the potential of available natural resources, that is why land is a very valuable asset of the nation and state. In carryng out activities and fulfilling their needs, customary law communities will not be separated from using customary land which is utilized and empowered to obtain agricultural products and food ingredients. This study aims to determine the existence of customary or ulayat land right in the land law system in indonesia, where this ulayat land needs to be regulated in indonesian positive law. The research method used is literature study, which is a systematic and explicit method for identifyng, evaluating, and synthezing research results that have been produced by researchers and practitioners.

Abstract

Gambling is very rampant in the Kamuyang Sungai Nagari, although there are already rules that regulate it, which is stated in the Kamuyang Sungai Nagari Regulation No. 07 of 2003 concerning Community Diseases. This gambling does not recognize age, ranging from children to adults doing gambling practices and does not recognize gender. They think that by gambling it is easy to earn money without having to work hard. The method used here is the sociological method, namely research conducted based on the understanding and interpretation of an event in the reciprocal relationship between law and social phenomena by identifying the law and how this law applies in society, gambling here is very difficult to eradicate because of the ineffectiveness of the regulations. has been created and published. even those who practice this gambling from among those who make rules regarding this gambling ban. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of overcoming gambling in Sungai Kamuyang Nagari is due to the ambiguity of the Nagari government in implementing the existing rules, where the government should implement the rules even those who participate in playing the gambling. As well as the lack of public awareness in implementing the applicable legal rules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of assisted flashcard match media has a significant effect on students' vocabulary mastery of body parts in grade 3 students at Peninggilan 01 State Elementary School. There will be hypothesis testing using t test at the end of learning (posttest) in the control class and experimental class. obtained tcount = 3.25 using a significance level of 95% (∞ = 0.05) obtained ttable = 2.001 because 3.25> 2.001 (tcount> ttable) then Ho is rejected. using this at the end of the lesson various learning differences of the student classes between the control and experimental classes. using it according to what will happen in research that has been done that the method of making flashcard media matches has an effect and increases students' vocabulary mastery. Its application in the classroom can produce students to play an active and creative role.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of parents in assisting children in reducing the influence of online games with the application of religious values and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the digital era. In this study the data obtained in the field using observation, documentation and interview techniques. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach with two methods of collecting data, namely primary data and secondary data, primary data by interviews and secondary data by collecting from journals, books and archives related to the research objectives. The results of the research on the role of parents in assisting children in reducing the influence of online games with the application of religious values in the digital era.Shows that parents are the main responsibility for inculcating religious values in the digital era and play an active role in reducing their children playing online games for the future of their children's education. In the current digital era, parents play a very important role in instilling religious values and motivating children so that they are not influenced by online games, making the child overwhelmed, confused in interacting with other people and can also damage the morale of the child to be selfish.

Abstract

The importance of English to be learned in this era of globalization, it would be better if English is taught early on. The earlier you get to know a foreign language, the easier it is to develop your skills. The focus of this research is some students who have difficulty pronouncing English vocabulary in class V SDN Pondok Makmur. The purpose of this study was to describe the difficulty of pronouncing English vocabulary for the fifth grade students of SDN Pondok Makmur. The type of research method used is a type of qualitative descriptive analysis research method, namely the researcher will describe the difficulty of pronouncing English vocabulary for the fifth grade students of SDN Pondok Makmur, Tangerang City. Data collection techniques using tests, observations and documentation. Students found difficulty in pronouncing vocabulary from the results of this research test, there were errors of consonants as many as 4 words, vowels 3 words, intonation 10 words, and word stress 27 words. The most dominant errors are on word stress, second intonation, third consonants, and lastly on vowels.

Abstract

The learning process is the main key in improving the quality and quantity of a nation’s people.There are many aspects that influence or support the creation of a quality learning process to achive learning objectives, one of which is the use of technology and information. In line with the development of sience and technology that is so powerful, especially with regard to information technology in the field of education. Information technology is becoming increasingly important.The porpuse of this study was to determine the urgency of learning media based on information technology in fiqh subjects at MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan.This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the observed people or behavior. While the results of this study are that the urgency of information technology-based learning media in Fiqh subjects At MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan already uses information technology-based nedia in learning such as the use of laptops, LSDs, Mobile Phones, internet and digital Al-Quran althought they have not always used technology media. Information in each study of fiqh.Through the use of information technology, the learning process carried out by the teacher becomes easier and the learning models used can also vary. It is easier for students to concentrate in learning with the information technology media as a support. While the steps taken to overcome the problems of the importance of information technology-based learning media are by involving teachers in training and making ninformation and technology-based teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of Mathematics with the Assignment Method for Class V.B SD Negeri Mataram Model Even Semester for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were students of class V.B SD Negeri Model Mataram, totaling 20 people, consisting of 7 female students and 13 male students. The stages of this research include: (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting in each cycle. The results of the study show that the learning outcomes of class VB students at the Mataram Model State Elementary School for the 2020/2021 academic year, using the assignment method can be improved with the final result of the study being the average grade before the action 75.85 or classical completeness 65.00%, to 77 .70 or 75.00% classical completeness in the first cycle, increased to an average of 82.45 or 80.00% in the second cycle and increased to a test average of 91.65 or 100% in the third cycle. From the results of student observations showed that there was an increase in student activity which in the first cycle obtained a score of 18 or 64.29% to 21 or 75.00% in the second cycle and 25 or 89.29% in the third cycle. Increased student activities in learning Mathematics are supported by increased teacher activities in maintaining and improving the learning atmosphere using the assignment method, this can be seen from the observations of teacher activities where in the first cycle a score of 23 or 63.89% was obtained, to 28 or 77.78 % in the second cycle and increased to 32 or 88.89% in the third cycle.
