Speaking is one of tough skills that should be mastered by students in learning English. The aim of the research is to improve student’s speaking skill through role play technique. The subjects of this research were 24 students at the third semester of Secretary Department of Universitas Teknologi Mataram Academic Year 2019/2020. The result showed that there was a significant improvement of student’s speaking skill after using role play technique in teaching learning process. The students are able to speak in English fluently and confidently. The finding shows that role-play teaching technique is work well and can be applied to improve students speaking skill.

This study aims to see the activeness, initial competence, material readiness and final competence of students during online lectures. The assessment carried out is a self-assessment or self-assessment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with research subjects majoring in Informatics Engineering 2nd semester who take the Electronic Circuit course. The results of this study indicate that the activeness of students in self-assessment is very high. However, learning readiness is still low at only 21%. Likewise with the initial competence where students still answer questions randomly so that there are still many misconceptions. Meanwhile, after the lectures were carried out and students filled out the form again, there was a significant improvement both in terms of students preparing for lectures and also in terms of final competence. The biggest difficulty of self-assessment for remote competency testing is that students can open Google to see answers to questions both during pre-test and post-test. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and constraints of parents in assisting children to learn from home during the Covid-19 pandemic at RT 008 RW 03 Semanan Village, West Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 13 students’ parents. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that (1)the role of parents in online learning are: (a) As a motivator, namely giving praise and gifts. (b) As a facilittaor, parents provide needs during onlibe learning. (c) As a mentor, namely parents as well as teacher when children face material difficulties. (2) the obstacles faced by parents are the lack of ubderstanding of the material by parents, the difficulty of parents in fulfilling online learning facilities, the lack of patience of parents in accompanying their children, the difficulties of parents in growing their children’s interest in learning, and the lack of time in accompanying their children.

The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the application of the assignment method for Class II students at SD Negeri 19 Mataram in the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects of this study were 17th graders of SD Negeri 19 Mataram, consisting of 11 female students and 6 male students. This research uses action research in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students II at SD Negeri 19 Mataram in the 2021/2022 academic year, with the assignment method, could be improved with the final result of the study being the class average score in the initial conditions of 69.47 or classical completeness 58.82%, becoming 73. .53 or 70.59% classical completeness in the first cycle, increased to an average of 78.18 or 82.35% in the second cycle and increased to an average test of 87.71 or 100% in the third cycle. From the results of student observations showed that there was an increase in student activity which in the first cycle obtained a score of 19 or 67.86% to 21 or 75.00% in the second cycle and 25 or 89.29% in the third cycle. The increase in student activities in learning Mathematics is supported by increased teacher activities in maintaining and improving the learning atmosphere using the assignment method, this can be seen from the observations of teacher activities where in the first cycle a score of 25 or 69.44% was obtained, to 27 or 75, 00% in the second cycle and increased to 32 or 88.89% in the third cycle.

This classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of Early Childhood Reading Skills with Media Cards for Group B Kindergarten Negeri Mataram Pembina Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were 15 students of group B of the State Pembina Mataram Kindergarten, consisting of 8 female students and 7 male students. This research uses action research in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection. The results based on research and discussion can be opened that the initial reading ability in children aged 5-6 years TK Negeri Pembina Mataram can be improved using picture word cards media. This can be proven from the results of increasing the original reading ability. In the initial conditions the average achievement was 70.56% and an increase of 13.34% so that in Cycle I it reached 71.11% and in Cycle I to Cycle II it increased by 33.33% so that in Cycle II it reached a score of 100 %.

The purpose of this study is to define curriculum development. The process of designing a curriculum determines educational goals. The main purpose of education is to improve one's knowledge, attitudes, and skills, but society no longer considers the religious component that is essential for education. In this study used a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Therefore, we must pay attention to this, because the development of an advanced society depends not only on cognitive understanding, but also on the qualities of faith and positive attitudes, which enable individuals to apply the knowledge they have acquired in a way that is approved by Allah. S.W.T. A curriculum based on religious culture needs to be developed to produce graduates who are oriented to Allah SWT in the application of the knowledge gained in social life.

Speaking skill is one of the language skills that must be mastered by students because speaking competence is the most important component in learning Indonesian language learning objectives, but most students consider speaking skill as a difficult skill according to second grade students of SD Negeri Pasarkemis III. The problem discussed in this study is how the students' speaking skills when completing pictorial conversations. This study is to describe the speaking skills of students in grade II at SD Negeri Pasarkemis III, Tangerang Regency. This research uses qualitative research with 27 students in class II and teachers in class II as the subject. The technique used to collect data is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the things that cause a lack of speaking skills in students are due to shyness, lack of confidence, nervousness, and lack of practice and the learning process is still not using the media. Based on the analysis of the test results, there were 11 students with a percentage of 55% whose speaking skills were very poor, namely in the aspects of fluency, sentence structure, communicative/eye contact.

This classroom action research aims to improve language skills through storytelling using picture series media for group B4 students of the Mataram State Kindergarten for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This classroom action research was conducted at Pembina Mataram State Kindergarten, with the research subjects being students of group B4 with a total of 16 people and the object being language skills. This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of four competencies from each cycle, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation data. The results of this study indicate that the use of serial image media can improve language skills through storytelling. This increase can be seen from the average score of students in the first cycle, which is 64.62 to 81.5 in the second cycle. This shows that learning by using picture series media can improve language skills through storytelling to students in the B4 group of the Mataram State Kindergarten.

Children with special needs are children who have characteristics that are not the same as children in general. Students who have abnormalities in the eyes are called blind children. Abnormalities in the eyes that cannot see are caused by genetic factors and also accident factors. Blind students in learning need to use assistive devices such as regred and pen for writing Braille letters on paper. Educators in learning need to use different methods from students in general so that it is easily understood by blind children. Islamic religious education needs to be conveyed to blind students so that they have a high spiritual attitude, are able to carry out worship well and also understand the learning material properly and correctly. The learning methods delivered to blind students are lectures, audiotorials, question and answer and practice. This study aims to determine the learning methods of Islamic religious education for blind children at SLB A Yaketunis Yogyakarta. The data collection technique uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative method is a process to find and examine in the research process based on an event. In this study, it examines a variety of fairly complex descriptions and also includes reports from respondents' views directly according to the existing situation. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Which primary data was obtained from respondents directly at the blind inclusion school SLB A Yaketunis Yogyakarta.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using a realistic mathematical approach to improve critical thinking skills in fourth grade elementary school students at SDN Perumnas 9 Tangerang. The method used is experimentation by giving an initial test in the form of story questions that provoke students to think about solving these questions. After the results were obtained on the initial test, a realistic mathematics approach was carried out with two lessons. After that, a final test was carried out to test the effectiveness of a realistic mathematical approach in learning. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be described as an increase in the critical thinking skills of elementary school students after being taught using a realistic approach. Students can connect formulas, numbers in mathematics to solve everyday problems. In addition, students are more enthusiastic and motivated to solve the problem.
