Abstract

The agricultural sector in the industrial world, both food and textiles, is very important to support progress and the country’s need for food and textile staples. Where this can help economic growth is in the provision of employment, as a supplier of industrial raw materials such as food and textiles to other countries as well as the country itself. The research question is: “Does leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment affect the success of farmer groups in Grogol Village?” In this study, the population used to determine the population was all members of the Farmers’ Group in Grogol Village, totaling 40 individuals. A saturated sample, often known as a census, is one in which all members of the population are included. A sample of the population is taken. Leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment are known to have a significant influence, partially and simultaneously, on the performance of farmer groups in Grogol Village. According to the findings of this study, leaders must be more accountable in carrying out their responsibilities, and members must be more responsible in their organizations.

Abstract

The difficulty of memorizing verses of the Qur'an is a situation that makes it difficult for students to embed memorized verse material into memory when recalling verses that have been memorized. The research objectives were to find out: 1) Students' difficulties in memorizing verses at Sungai Pua 2 Public Middle School, 2) Supporting factors and obstacles in memorizing Al-Qur'an verses at Sungai Pua 2 Public Middle School. The research method is qualitative with observational data collection techniques, interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers and several students as well as documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: 1) students' difficulties in memorizing verses of the Al-Qur'an. : a) the appearance of laziness in the memorizer. b) Students lack focus and concentration. c) when you experience this, the mind will be overstimulated (distracted), thus reducing the ability to remember. 2) Supporting factors and obstacles in memorizing verses of the Qur'an for second grade students at SMP N 2 Sungai Pua. There is support from parents and Islamic religion teachers and there is cohesiveness to motivate students to always memorize verses so that there are no mistakes when depositing verses those who have memorized, to know and understand the meaning or meaning contained in the verses of the Qur'an a) cannot divide the time properly, forget about similar verses. b) love disturbances, difficulty repeating memorization, weakening enthusiasm for memorizing, and not being consistent in memorizing verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to use information and communication technology in character education in elementary schools. This research can help educators understand character education using the use of information and communication technology as an important thing in the development of children's character. This study uses the method of literature study. Information and communication technology is utilized by educators to provide more effective learning in the current new normal era, with ICT-based learning media. Character education is very appropriate if it starts from the elementary school level where elementary school education is the foundation for further education. In order to prepare future generations who do not lose their identity as the Indonesian nation. the use of information and communication technology in character education is an alternative that must be applied in character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by observational data which shows that the acquisition of student learning outcomes in science material is very low. To respond to this, researchers conducted research aimed at improving student learning outcomes. The objectives to be achieved in this study include: (1) To describe the application of the Project Based Learning method at SDN Sukabumi Selatan 06 Pagi, (2) To describe the problems encountered in implementing the Project Based Learning method at SDN Sukabumi Selatan 06 Pagi, (3) ) To describe science learning outcomes by applying the project based learning method at SDN Sukabumi Selatan 06 Pagi. This study used a qualitative method and was conducted in grade 6 with a total of 32 students. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes. With the project based learning method students can improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the integration of Indonesian language learning in schools that is related to language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing with digitalization of learning that strengthens character education in students. Teachers have an important role in implementing character education to students. In this case, Indonesian language learning can be maximized with the variety of digital learning that can be utilized. In this case, teachers can maximize the basic competencies that can be integrated in strengthening character education can be narrowed down to religious values, national values, togetherness values, independence values, and integrity values. This article focuses on descriptive qualitative methods and literature studies from various relevant references regarding character education that can be integrated with Indonesian language learning at school. The results show that the basic competencies of class XI SMA can be integrated with the focused character education. Then, learning using digital technology can provide new things for teachers, students, and education units. This research focuses on the study of character integration by involving digitalization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the inheritance system of the Zapin Penyengat dance in a closed and open manner on Penyengat Inderasakti Island, Riau Island. Inheritance activity is an activity of transferring, continuing, inter-generational ownership to maintain dance and maintain cultural values in the past so that there are always. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis method. The research object of the Zapin Penyengat dance,with the main instrument of this research being the researchers themselves by making direct observations in the field with supporting instruments such as; statioery, digital cameras, and tape recprders. The results of this research show that the inheritance system in the Zapin Penyengat dance in Penyengat Inderasakti, Riau Islands experienced two inheritance systems, namely the closed inheritance system from 1919 to 2009 and the open system from 2009 to the present. This dance was created during the late Riau-Lingga Malay kingdom on Penyengat Inderasakti Island, Riau Archipelago with a closed system by Mr. Muhammad Ripin in 1919, passed on to King Ahmad bin Raja Daud in 1919, then passed on to King Ahmad bin Raja Daud in 1919 King Mahmud bin Raja Ahmad in 1919. 1950, and inherited it to King Nafisah bin Raja Ahmad in 1970 and Tohar Fahlevy in 2009. In 2009 Tohar Fahlevy banned Ihsan, Riyan and Rizki as the first towing with an open system

Abstract

Parents' attention to children's learning problems is lacking, parents ignore children's learning problems, parents leave early in the morning and come home in the evening to earn a living, generally as farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the attention of parents in Kangarian Pulakek Koto Baru to the learning problems of elementary school level children, which are related to attention to children's discipline in learning, homework, completeness of learning facilities, textbooks, and guiding children in learning. The research method is a qualitative descriptive method. Key informants were parents of children and informants supporting the nagari nagari guardians and children of both high school and junior high school students in Kanagarian Pulakek Koto Baru. The research results show; 1) the attention of parents in Kanagarian Pulakek Koto Baru to the discipline problem of children learning less, 2) the attention of parents in Kanagarian Pulakek Koto Baru has not given enough attention to their children in doing schoolwork at home, 3) the attention of parents in Kanagarian Pulakek Koto There is also a lack of new learning facilities for children and 4) The attention of parents in Kanagarian Pulakek Koto Baru in guiding their children to study at home is very lacking. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that parents in Kangaria Pulakek Koto Baru still do not pay enough attention to the learning problems faced by their children.

Abstract

In this chapter, I have tried to highlight some aspects of the two perspectives. The first is the perspective of the researcher who recalls his past as a student in a communist country, interpreting his life experiences given his impact on his education and teaching profession. The second perspective is that of the researcher who looks to the future, initially lacking in resources but willing to connect with global research in his area of interest, educational ethics. International studies that support and inspire our research in the domain of educational ethics include philosophical works, the study of moral psychology, and resources from sociology and organizational psychology as well as from pedagogy. Regarding expected trends in comparative and international education, I have grouped them into three categories: (1) Trends related to research themes in comparative education: many of the main themes of education have been filtered or will be filtered through a comparative lens (educational history, philosophy- educational physics, curriculum and didactics, sociology of education, politics and economics of education and educational psychology); (2) Methodological trends in quantitative and qualitative methodologies together will support the research process in comparative education; and (3) Trends regarding the impact of research in comparative pedagogy: Global Models of will Inspire Local Initiatives without Copiable Beings.

Abstract

The Covid Pandemic outbreak has become an international disaster that has occurred almost all over the world which has had an impact on many lives, including the field of education which currently uses distance learning. This study aims to determine the implementation of classroom-based distance learning as a learning resource for students, besides that this research also aims to find out how to use the classroom platform for distance learning and how to evaluate and follow up on the implementation of classroom-based distance learning as a resource. studied in class IV at SDIT Lantera Sciences, Tangerang City. Data collection techniques in this study are by using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used 29 people as informants. The application of the class platform at SDIT Lentera Ilmu as a learning resource can provide many conveniences in the distance learning process that is currently ongoing. Teachers and students already understand the use of the classroom platform as a learning resource, and have received support from foundations, schools, and students' parents in its implementation. The class platform will still be used during face-to-face learning.

Abstract

This study aims to produce reliable and valid topical questions about higher order thinking skills (HOTS) that can measure the creative thinking abilities of fifth grade elementary school students and are able to explore potential impacts that will occur when students are about to work. topical HOTS questions to assess creative thinking skills. In this discussion, the research method to be used is the research and development method. In this development there are two stages of which the first stage is the introduction, the second stage is the evaluation process. And the research subjects used were 19 fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pakulonan 1. There were several data collection techniques in this study, namely tests and interviews. There are 15 HOTS thematic questions in this study to measure students' creative thinking skills including indicators of creative thinking, namely fluent thinking. Based on the results of the study, the test was declared valid because some students were able to think fluently.
